It was great to be on a small boat rather than crammed with 50+ people on larger boat. Our guide brought us to every location before the big boats and crowds arrived and then we moved on to the next. They arranged a nice private lunch on Saona. We had a great day.

I’ve been looking for a private experience , away for the crowds, as the service stated.
Nothing like it happened , just the speed boat was for both of us, then they operated like if we were 30.
The exact same spots , itinerary , and routes as the massive tours for a hefty price tag.
Even though a photographer was on the boat and he told us that was for us.
He tooked pictures and later on told us that was on a extra cost (upon the hefty price we paid)
I do not recommend this and is really hard to find a proper tour no matter the costs that is different tailored and alternate to the massive repetitive sad tours that go to isla saona and surroundings , a shame.

Convenient and quick ride to/from boat and to Sauna Island. Lunch was delicious.
Everywhere we go is too crowded.
Workers on the boat were desperate for money, trying to sell us jewelry and photos (quite annoying). At the end, the captain asked me 3 times to tip them and made sure i tipped everyone separately which ruined my trip.

Private tour was the way to go! Avoided crowds, got to do what we want. Beautiful beaches. I’m photographer was definitely on boat so be forewarned. Though, the pics were good so we opted to buy - nice to have.

Wouldn’t recommend - day ruined by the rain which was forecasted but the company weren’t willing to rearrange for us. You get taken to 3 pre planned stops and the snorkelling is in a dirty part just off a place from the restaurant. You’d expect more from a private boat tour

Unfortunately, we did realize that the speedboat trip to the island would be so rough and we had to turn back because our kids were so scared and one of our passengers had a bad back. We never made it to the island and we’re very disappointed.

The best way to experience Saona Island. Private van, to and from port, private boat with photographer. They were ready to make sure we had a great day and we did!

it was perfect! our tour guide was Max had 2 helper/bartenders on the boat, they had a professional camera guy, who took the best pics of us. they were all amazing, we had a group of 12. and he pretty let us do whatever we wanted. it was so nice doing the private tour and worth every penny. would highly recommend, I loved how we got around fast in the speedboat too. Bring sunblock!

Great experience! The crew was so helpful and awesome! We had our own real life Pirate who was very attentive to what we wanted. The lunch provided was amazing! The only down side that the crew can’t avoid is the vendors on the beach, they are annoying! Overall, it was an awesome experience!

Beautiful day on an amazing island with wonderful friends! The champagne and drinks were great and served all day, and was very welcomed, however, there was no bottled water. The lunch on the island was great with a beautiful table setting. We were able to see turtles, stingray, star fish and we had a great snorkeling experience, however, there were not enough snorkels available for the 12 of us on this private tour. The only downside was having a few unexpected additional guests with us the entire day, a photographer selling photos all day and a jewelry salesman dressed up like Jack sparrow. As a private tour, we were surprised with the addition of these people joining us on the boat all day. Overall, the host was great. The views were spectacular and it was a beautiful day in paradise.
