The horse hidding was great. The horses were very calm and for the must part listened well. The negative about this experience is we rode to a beach where the handlers friends/family was trying to sell us stuff. Our handler said we have to stay for 2 hours. I asked why and he said because my boss said so. At the beach there were many stands of people approaching us to buy something. Vendors and people trying to have you take picture with animals, trying to put necklaces on you. etc.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the horseback ride and found the horses calm and well-trained. We’re sorry that the long stop and frequent approaches from vendors made you feel uncomfortable. We understand how this affected your experience and will share your concerns with the team to help improve this part of the tour.

Experience was great. Chimbala was an amazing tour guide. Horses are well behaved and easy for a beginner to ride. Would recommend you check it out.

Better than expected!

It is very fun and the people are very friendly, you can go to the beach and they wait for you until you finish swimming, resting, or having lunch.
