Amazing experience with the family. Excursion lasted awhile got to travel on glass bottom boat and then scooba doo and snorkel in a beautiful location with blue waters and reefs. Saw many amazing things and everyone was very friendly!

Did not receive 24 hour notice regarding pick up time. Notice came at 12:52 pm to be picked up @ 8:10 am, the following morning. We were in the pool and not 'attached to my phone'. The next message I got was shortly after 8:00 am saying they were still waiting for us. As we were at the opposite end of the resort and my daughter uses a rollator (making her slower), we would not be able to make it. I said we weren't ready and asked for either a refund or to be rescheduled to another date. I was told that neither was an option. The 3 of us lost over $80.00 each for this excursion.

We would like to clarify that the pickup time was sent the day prior to the activity at 12:52 PM local time with instructions and meeting point details. On bookings made through the platform, guests are advised that the exact pickup time is confirmed the day before the tour, since routes depend on daily operational logistics and hotel schedules. For this reason, it is important to check messages and emails the day before the excursion.
Our transportation arrived at the main entrance security gate at the scheduled time (8:10 AM) and waited for the reservation. We also attempted to contact you again that morning when you had not yet arrived. Unfortunately, as this is a shared excursion with other passengers and scheduled boat departures, the vehicle cannot delay its departure.
Regarding refunds or rescheduling, these are handled according to the booking platform’s policies. Once the transportation has been dispatched and the pickup time communicated, a missed departure is considered a no-show under the terms agreed at the time of booking, and the operator is not authorized to modify or override those conditions.
We truly regret that you were unable to join the tour and appreciate your comments. Our intention is always for guests to enjoy their activity, and we recommend checking messages the day before excursions to avoid situations like this during future travels.

It was ok. Kind of a learn the scuba scooter excersion.
The diver lead you around so you didnt really ever steer the scuba doo. More for kids, but still a cool experience. Good for the price.

Very hard for people who don’t have good balance. Had to get into rocking boat, then from boat to rocking platform and then from platform to glass bottom boat and then back to small boat to shore. The scubadoo experience itself was amazing, the rest was not very exciting

For the most part it was an enjoyable. However I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have enough scooba do equipment for everyone. So when my daughter got on and went into the water there was not another gear for me and I had to wait about 10 minutes until someone else was finished.

It was a first time thing to do but would not do again .. the scuba do is very cloister phobic and you feel the pressure in your ears .. it’s not for everyone.. like I said it’s a one time adventure I am glad I did but I did nit leave saying I need to do this again

We had an amazing experience! I can't swim and going under water to see the wildlife was something I never thought I would be able to do. I also have a couple of health issues that make my mobility a little less than other people. The crew were so kind and understanding. Tutti Frutti made the day so fun. Worth every penny spent.

We waited for longer than expected for our ride to pick us up. We were pleased with the prompt replies from the company, but there was definitely some confusion between the driver and the home base. Having experienced snorkeling multiple times before, this was the most inactive site I have ever experienced. There were very few signs of life on the ocean floor, coral was virtually non-existent and there were very few fish. The crew members were attentive in terms if delivering instructions and getting us into, and out of, the water. But we had to inquire about bottled water as opposed to having it offered to us, and the snack consisted if a tiny bag of peanuts. In general, it was very disappointing. Tge saving grace was interacting with some friendly tourists on the boat

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately remember this is an Underwater Scooter, the experience is about riding it and be able to explore the underwater marines, also tour includes a brief snorkel experience, but is not the main attraction, if you were looking for a diving or snorkel experience you had booked the wrong experience.
