Awesome experience, definitely recommend! Depending on where you’re staying, be prepared to have a much earlier pickup time than 8pm. We were picked up at 6:45pm, so spent over an hour picking up others from the other resorts. However, I still would recommend, it was a great time!

GREAT SHOW ... WOW you will have a blast all night with great music, acrobats, dancers, light, lazer and film with your favorite groups of the 70's, 80's, 90's and many latino/rap style performers. The line to get in was long and they open the doors at 8:00PM, from the back of the line with maybe 3-400 people in front of us, we were offered to skip the line and get in earlier for $15 each, it was worth it! With the right package your drinks are free and we had a server coming regularly to offer us more drinks. Few down sides: wear comfortable shoes because you will be standing for at least 5hrs; A crowd of a few thousand people all drinking and dancing over each other, be prepared to be pushed around and receive some drinks on you; loud! loud! loud! music ... but this is why you go there. We enjoyed a great night and we were completely exhausted at the end!

It was extremely over crowed to the point it was difficult to enjoy the shows. People continued to shove you and make you move from places you felt more comfortable. If i’m ever back in DR, I Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s very overstimulating and feels unsafe.

I absolutely love the Coco Bongo Experience. Although transportation was included, the guides did not provided transpiration to/from the area I was staying. They were helpful in trying to obtain alternative transpiration for us. The overall experience was fun. I loved that there was music for all generations and genres. The snack was meh ,but the drinks were good! The servers were very attentive. The shows were very good and would enjoying experiencing them again.

The show is spectacular. The talent was great! Open bar comes in clutch.
Downside
They need to play more music for everyone!
Way too crowded. Open bar is standing room only. You cant see the entire show from the floor. Alot of traffic and movement.
Be prepared to be bumped, drinks spilled on you. My bf got into a fight due to someone pushing me. My drink flew everywhere. The cocobongo staff constantly ask you to move to sweep up confetti.
Big confusion with pick up location for return to hotel. You have to stay on top of your transportation and operator.
For 250.00 it wasnt worth it!! I wish i could refund. They Def should work on their price point. Def need to be more specific with scanning and entry process. Got soaked in the rain.

The particular driver we had was very unprofessional. Pick up time was 710pm with a five mins grace period. We got there by 712pm and driver had already left. Resort said he would be back. Upon return Driver was yelling at us and would not let us talk. Also sent a picture showing he was gone when we got in the lobby.
Besides that the experience was good at coco bongo.

Most memorable part of this experience was how fun Coco Bongo was. We went on a Friday night and it was a lot of people there but my overall experience was great. Coco Bongo is definitely a must do experience it’s so much to see while you are enjoying the music and the people. Our driver to Coco Bongo was great he made sure we made it there and made it back to our resort safely. Five Star experience

I am so impressed with the service last night. We opted for the gold member package in order to have a seat, and we were glad we did as I think it would be quite tiring to be on your feet constantly. With this package, we were picked up from our hotel - on the bus essential information given re where to exchange mobile tickets and where we would be picked up later and at what time. We then skipped the line to exchange our tickets, then were escorted to our seats and then served unlimited drinks of our choosing, regularly all night. My partner when he wanted to smoke was escorted by security and waited on and walked back to his seat. The shows were amazing and a lot of fun and run almost the entire duration of visit. The atmosphere was fantastic throughout. We saw a situation arising with a customer group only because there were a lot of security waiting on standby to ensure nothing escalated. Nothing untoward happened, the small group left peacefully however the whole situation in my opinion was dealt with fantastically. Everyone working here from the drink servers (probably the bar too but I didn't personally visit it!), security, toilet attendant, to the exceptional dancers and acrobats - are amazing at their jobs and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of customers. Thoroughly impressed and feel the money we spent was well worth it.

Todos los shows que brindan me encantó y el open bar magnífico la pasas bien pero les digo la fila para entrar demasiado larga para estar bastante tiempo de espera para entrar y el dueño del tour nos comunicamos porque el chofer no supo esperar y tampoco nos trajo de regreso a nuestro hotel muy mal por eso

El operador turistico Mamajuana travel faltando 2 horas de la supuesta recojida en el hotel y solo porque yo logre contactarlo a él via Whatsapp me informa que no podre ir ese dia porque habia un evento privado en la CocoBongo y no podian recibirme (hice la reserva 17 dias antes), dudo de eso, yo creo que nunca hizo el tramite y punto, opte por ir al dia siguiente y resulto. Muy mala la comunicacion con el operador, Viator pide que lo contacte a el para coordinar via telefono (nunca contesto) o por email (nunca colocaron un correo para esto), solo por mi insistencia logre el contacto via Whatsapp ( sino todavia estaria esperando el transfer), muy informal todo. No mas con VIATOR.
