Our tour guy named Fausto, he is a nice guy, was guiding us the whole tour, helping each one of us on and off the horses. The I definitely recommend it!

This is a great activity for kids or inexperienced riders. The horses know what to do on their own. It's a nice relaxing walk on the beach. If you want to do advanced riding than book the private ride.

My mom and I had booked the day prior to go horse back riding, we were told they would be here at the lobby to pick us up for 4pm. They messaged us at 3:10 saying pick will now be at 3:20, so we rushed all the way to the lobby even though we thought we had another hour left to relax in the pool. We then sat there for over an hour with nobody responding to us, and then finally someone answered and eventually got a refund. But honestly very very disappointed

You were told pickup would be at 4:00 pm, then suddenly moved to 3:20 pm, and after rushing to the lobby you were left waiting with no clear
communication. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have felt-especially when you planned your day around the original time.
We're glad your refund was processed, but we know that doesn't make up for the lost time and the overall experience. Please accept our sincere apologies.
We're already reviewing what happened with our team to ensure this doesn't happen again.

The experience was okay. You can book with any provider since they all seem to use the same horses in the same area, and the tour is mixed with people from other groups not just the one you booked with.
They pick you up at the hotel’s main entrance, not the lobby, so make sure to allow extra time to get there. You’ll likely need to catch a golf cart from the lobby to the entrance.
It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get from the hotel to the beach with the horses. You ride on the beach for a short time, but most of the ride is actually on the street.
The guide doesn’t really interact with you it feels like everyone, including the horses, is just tired and over it.
Also, don’t buy the tour from people at the hotel or on the beach they overcharge a lot because they’re getting commissions. It’s better to book it online.

The staff was great and very accommodating and did an EXCELLENT job of keeping us all safe. My wife and I were thrust into a large group with other people and plopped onto the horses, which don't really respond to anyone except the staff. The ride was crowded and we were constantly bumping into one another. The scenery is AWFUL. The first beach is decent, then you are taken through a literal garbage dump with derelict busses. My wife said at one point a man with a machete was following our group and the head staff member had to chase him away. The second beach was covered in refuse. Again, the staff was very nice, but the "scenic sunset ride" is more like a trot through the slums of Punta Cana.

My partner and I had an unforgettable ride in Punta Cana, thanks to our fantastic guides, Sandre and Fausto. Since I had prior riding experience, they took me for a special gallop along the beach while the rest of the group, including my partner, enjoyed a relaxed walk. This personal touch made the experience truly special!
Fausto even gave us a ride back when the minibus was full, showing their exceptional hospitality. The scenery was stunning, the horses were well cared for, and the service was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

This was such an amazing experience! We took a scenic ride along the beach and a bit through the palm grove, with a 10-minute rest half-way through the ride. Amazing views throughout! The horses are so friendly and calm, and you can tell that they are happy and well taken care of. Our tour guides were great! Fausto took amazing pictures and videos of me on the horse. You are allowed to take your own photos and videos, and you can also purchase the pictures that they take - either framed in an nice picture frame or printed on a bottle of mamajuana. They pick you up from the hotel/resort and bring you back. The length of the ride is perfect for the beginner/infrequent rider. Do not miss this tour and the chance to make some unforgettable memories!

Greetings, how are you? First of all, your hotel is very far from our ranch and our driver was there at 3:30, which is the pick-up time, but he was not available. I have a lot of pick-ups and 4:00 pm was very late, so I wanted to change the time, but I was going to send you transportation and you did not give me time. You just hung up the phone and we refunded you right away. We are very sorry that you did not come to enjoy yourself. Sorry for your bad time. Thank you very much.

It was a great time. Horseback riding on the beach was a beautiful and romantic experience. My horse was so gentle, even though his name was coyote. We had an amazing time. Our pick up driver was nice enough to take lots if pictures, and our Cowboy guide took loads of pics too to capture this fun adventure.

I had an amazing time! The tour guide was so nice and helpful! The view was beautiful and we have so many pictures to cherish. It went by so fast but it was worth it. Make sure you stretch and your hips are nice and warmed up before! Would def rebook when we come back again :)

Farturo our guide was super nice. The ride is very tranquil. The horses are not aggressive, riding a horse on the beach is something I dreamt about as a child, and my daughter was following the same wishes. It was a beautiful experience for both my daughters and I.

Very well organized trip. We were picked up on time by a lovely gentleman with great English who told us many facts about this beautiful country on the way there. The horseback riding on the beach was amazing! My family created a wonderful memory to cherish forever. The staff were kind and sweet and eager to help. Horses are healthy and well maintained, and the price was the best part from all. We were transported back by a private vehicle by one of the ranchers. Highly recommended this sunset horseback riding experience👍🏻. Angelica

2nd experience with this ranch and the tour was spectacular. We have two 6 year olds who rode with us and they want to do this horseback riding every visit to the DR. Friendly and Faucho(sp?) were amazing and made the experience top notch. Transportation from our hotel in Bavaro was seamless and we had contact with the ranch from the time of booking to answer any questions. Our driver was 5min early and waiting at our hotel entrance at the specified time.
