Booked this day of and we were nervous after reading reviews from other horseback riding tours. However this tour was exceptional! We got lucky and it was just me and my partner and our amazing tour guide Fausto (sorry if I misspelled). Horses looked well-kempt and they were very well trained. Beach was beautiful and mostly empty. They even let us take pictures on our own phones. Everyone was nice and not as pushy as the other tours we’ve been on.

The worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would! The horses are UNDERFED and super sleepy like they are DRUGGED so they listen to their owners who obviously do NOT care about their well being. The horses are terrified of the whistling the owners do to make the horses go, so you can just imagine the treating behind the close door… The group is very big (like 40 horses all together) so they step over each other so the whole experience is very not pleasant! So if you do care about horses this is a nightmare for you and do not support this abuse!

Fausto was an amazing guide riding horses with him was a 10/10 I would 100% recommend it’s a unforgettable unique experience you need to try if you are in Punta Cana they even let you take photos on your own phone which is a huge plus Fausto once again was a 10/10 he took us privately because wed been on horses previously and that made our experience so magical and special however once you’re done BEWARE OF GIFT SHOP as they will try and hustle you at the gift shop they say they are giving you a discount but they don’t even know their own prices they charge you by the way you look then say the prices in pesos to get you to pay without looking at the dollar amount once you ask it will be 200 for 4 bracelets a ring and a wooden pipe then they’ll lower the price lower and lower which is fine I’m not mad at the hustle but once they tell someone else the price is 10 then I look at Mine and your charging me 40 per bracelet something is wrong!!! That was truly the only thing the rest was amazing !!

We were late being picked up. Was a nice ride but didn’t get to trot or canter. Great for beginners. Horses are trained to walk too close together and was back before sunset, so it wasn’t a sunset horseback ride.

Make sure to bring bug spray. If there are a lot of mosquitoes. The horseback rider guide was very knowledgeable he was very nice and took us on quite a long horseback ride. The only disappointing thing of this trip was that the local shop that tries to sell you things really comes at you strong and if you don't buy something they get rude with you try to make you feel bad that you're not purchasing anything from them. Unfortunately not everyone is made of money and I'm one of those people if I had it I would have bought something but I just don't have it like that

It was fair. The horses were pretty stuborn. The trail was awful. Riding through garbage. And where we stopped for a break was disgusting 🫣

It was supposed to be a sunset beach ride, a bit disappointing as we watched the sunset through the window of the mini bus taking us back to the hotel , the horses didn’t look very well kept

Quite a few pros and cons. The pickup from hotel option was very convenient. The car was air conditioned and clearly marked so we felt safe. However because this one van picked up several parties, we spent the majority of the day in the van (the tour is listed as 3ish hours. We spend 2.5 hours in the van and 1.5 hours actually riding). This would've not been an issue if I hadn't felt that the riding time was disproportionate to how long we spent in the car. The tour was pretty good. The beaches here are beautiful. The guide did get the whole group into a bit of a gallop a few times which was quite fun. I was sad to see how skinny the horses were. Me and a few other guests noticed that the horses were visibly malnourished. This kind of destroyed the vibe. I wish with these fees better care was provided for the horses. The gift shop had lots of fun souvenirs so that was a great plus. Sodas are advertised as included but weren't available. Not a big deal but to note. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Very friendly people and docile horses. The amount of time on the horse was sufficient. It does take about 20 minutes to get there and the transport we had did have air conditioning. The horses pretty much follow one another. This was a nice excursion! Well worth the money!

I would book a morning ride next time because the horses are tired by the end of the day. The horses are calm and gentle, the workers are friendly and helpful.

The scenery was amazing we were very lucky it was just my wife and I. The horses were extremely gentle and you don't need ti be an experienced rider ti enjoy it. Would definitely recommend. It was worth evedy penny.

Excellent tour! The horses walked right by the water with some intermittent splashing, and then through the trees for a bit as well. The whole trip lasted around 1:40 minutes. The organizers take your pictures individually right at the shore, and also took our group photos together, all with our own phones! They have a small gift shop at the same site, and we were able to negotiate a good deal with them. Everyone was super friendly! The only downside was we didnt get to see the sunset since we were about 1 hour early. Highly recommend!

I am about a month late to writing this review but life got in the way :') anyway, I went on August 13th with my little sister and we had so much fun! The views were beautiful and it was very relaxing despite my initial nervousness since I never rode a horse before. My horse was Sueño and he was such a good boy, quiet but with a feisty side, I think my sister's horse was Terror who was also good to her! The horses all have their own personality and beef and it was entertaining to witness 😆 I also bought a frame of my sister and I on our horses which we forgot at the shop but the owner was kind enough to bring it back to us despite offering to pick it us ourselves since we were the ones at fault, which I still haven't forgotten 🥹 all in all, it was a 100/10 experience and I will definitely go back when I revisit Punta Cana!

This beach horse riding was a dream come true! My husband and I went on our honeymoon. The horses were very gentle and knew exactly what they were doing, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean. The only bad part was the bugs when we stopped for a break. Our tour guide Fausto was wonderful and even allowed me to canter twice. It was very fun going so fast!

The horses looked malnurished. We didnt ride sunset. Ride said it was coming at 330 arrived close to 4pm. My horse kept fighting with other horses. The path wasnt clear, so many trees, sticks, bottles and trash. When we got til the end going one way they were selling coconuts. When it was over they were selling pictured 2 for 40 only if you had cash. More if you didnt have cash. Heading back to hotel At
Night driver pulled over we had to switch vehicles…didnt like that AT all! Road was extremely busy. Only giving 3 stars because of husband i would give it 1 star. Feel sorry for horses. They kept trying stop eat trees too

The horse back riding experience was ok. The scenic view on the beach was great, just a little boring. The guide just rode with us without any word. So we all just rode the horses along the coast silently until I had to play some music to lift the vide. I been on plenty of horse rides in other countries and this was the most boring ride ever. The guide makes all the horse walk in a close formation, so it gets really tight time to time. Also you cant call it sunset if the sun is still shining down on us at the end of our tour. Advise the sun sets on the other side and not on the beach.

Even though it rained and we got drenched, this was a great experience. There ended up being just 3 of us and 2 guides. When asked, I told our guide that I had riding experience. We rode along the beach on the way out and then through the forest and village on the return route. Toward the end of the ride, one guide told me to follow him away from the group for an exhilarating run along the beach. My driver was waiting after the ride so I didn't look in the shops much, but they looked interesting. Your picture is taken on arrival and then you are offered a framed photo and bottle for purchase, but there was no pressure.

The experience itself was peaceful. However the mosquitoes are very aggressive which took away from the experience. The entire group were smacking their legs from bites. 2 days later, both my legs are covered in bites and it’s extremely uncomfortable.
