Skeleton horses

Full credit to the driver who picked us on time and Joe who took us on the horse back ride. They were both awesome. My issue is with the horses. They looked as if they were about to die. They were hungry and skinny. We felt bad for even riding on those. We didn’t go all the way to the beach as the ride would have been more than 3 hrs long if we did and that would be a lot. I wish this place was closer to the beach. On the way we stopped at this coffee and chocolate store which tried to milk us for $35 for a half pound of beans. The experience was good, we enjoyed it, people were awesome but I wouldn’t recommend this to others if you are expecting a comfortable ride in some good looking horses.

The total duration is approximately three hours, and this is communicated clearly before booking. Regarding the horses, we take their well-being very seriously. They are under the care of experienced handlers and receive regular veterinary attention, proper nutrition, and rest periods to ensure they are healthy and fit for riding. Additionally, we want to clarify that your decision to cancel the service after arriving at the beach was entirely your choice, and per our policy, refunds cannot be issued in such cases. Our team works hard to provide a well-organized experience for all our guests, and we are transparent about the itinerary and duration of our tours. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and your positive remarks about our team. Horses, what horses

I wish we could share memorable moments but the horses didn't show up until after we waited two hours and had already decided to head back to the resort. One employee did step up and drove us back to the resort and apologized for what happened but I will never book with them again.
