Our guide Saul was a delight for our adventure today. The food was delicious and the tequila was amazing! The horses were had for our rides were very gentle and well cared for. We can't recommend this excursion enough.

Honestly, this was such a lovely experience. It ended up just being me and my dad, which made it feel so much more special and peaceful. We got to enjoy everything privately without distractions. Dinner by the pool was the perfect ending, and the staff were all incredible. Definitely recommend doing this with friends, your partner, or family!

Such a great experience! The swimming with the horse was awesome!! An experience I’ve never done before. Our guides were so friendly, and the food was incredible. Making the salsa was new to me and fun. The whole day was definitely a great time by all of us.

Was straight forwarded with a full day of fun, we went for a walk with the horses for 2ish hrs went swimming with them, then went for tequila tasting, then back for lunch we got to make our own salsa after that we were brought a beautiful lunch
This was my partners first time in Mexico and they absolutely loved it telling me they want to book it again before we go defo worth the price could be 200$ each and I would pay it

Suitable for all ages as we had a 7 year old girl riding thru the river on a bareback horse to a 75 yr old guy enjoying the whole experience

It was an overall nice experience. The guides were super nice and fun.
We had a small group of quiet people which was great since eveyone was on the same wavelength and no one was annoying anyone (which was awesome)
The swimming part is only a few minutes but honneslty, amazing. I've been riding horses for a long time and never got to do that.
The food was ok, the drinks were delicious and probably some of the best Margheritas I've had (the others said the same)
The hacienda is beautiful but nothing too intense which was appreciated. The pool dip for 30min after lunch and before leaving was a blessing.

This excursion was amazing! Both guides were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and spoke good English. You don't need any experiencing riding horses, they will get you a horse according to your skill level. It is incredibly beautiful and serene. I thought I would be sore after a few hours in the saddle but I did not get sore, and I have zero riding experience. The lunch afterwards was excellent as well, you make traditional mexican salsa. Everything is included, even free drinks and free tequila. Don't miss out on this one!

It was difficult to find the meeting place. Go early so you can find it. Once we arrived, and the driver, Fabrizio, arrived it was all good. Fabrizzo was terrific and fun. They matched the riders up with the right horses. So there were beginners, intermediates and advanced. Riding bareback in the river was amazing.

This is not a tour it’s an experience! Horses are well behaved. Experience guides are fun and knowledgeable of the route there and the ranch area.

The guide Saul was truly amazing. We had a meme er in our group who was not going to ride and he made him totally comfortable. He did the whole ride. Very impressed with his ability to help a nervous rider.

The swim on a horse was a once in a life time experience. Wear a bathing suit and water footwear. Use a back pack to carry a change of clothes. A hat is a must. The animals well trained and our guide taught us very well and very helpful.

We had the best time. The bus ride is a bit hot but the horse ride was so nice. Then we got to make our own salsa, learned a lot about tequila and what makes each one different, then the food was phenomenal. The hosts were very entertaining and knowledgeable and it was really cool to see parts of the city outside of tourist areas. It was a real mexico experience, totally worth it.

Excellent!! Saul and Fabritsio were so friendly and nice and helpful. The horses were calm and beautiful. The trip was so great, the food was really really good and you get to salon in the river and a pool is at the BBQ destination. The cowboys are very kind and helpful getting you on and off the horses if you need the help. Would definitely do again! If you like horses tequila and tacos, definitely do this tour!!! A++++

A great experience. The horseback ride was fun, even better when swimming with the horse. The tequila tasting was enjoyable. I particularly liked the almond tequila. We made our own salsa and it was followed by a n excellent lunch. It was a full day and we were tired at the end. I highly recommend it.

What a day. It was awesome. I was worried not being in great shape and older but staff was so supportive. I loved la dolce vista. We are actually talking about the next time. Saul, Raphael and Val were wonderful hosts. I have rode a horse in 30 years but the horses were great and very well taken care of. Get off the beaten path and see a part of Mexico you will not see by yourself.

WOW. What a great day. I am a horse owner, so I often avoid horse excursions on vacation out of concern for the care of the working horses. This place was excellent. The horses were happy, well cared for, and well trained. The ride was fabulous, we climbed into the hills and crossed the river. Fabrizio was fun and accommodating when our ship return time shifted from the original plans. We will definitely seek this company out again-La Dulce Vista

This was an excellent ride for my family of five, our guide Fabrizio was very kind and helpful and made the trip super fun and informative. Of course we enjoyed riding through the rural countryside and swimming with the bareback horses but a surprising highlight was the stop at El Dolce Vista resort for swimming, tequila tasting, and an excellent lunch. This trip gets you off the resort and seeing some more authentic parts of the countryside. Highly recommend this trip and highly recommend Fabrizio!!!

It was so much fun! Martin, Valeria, and Rafa were excellent guides and made the day so awesome. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I would highly recommend. It is also safe for people who never rode a horse before…. But the tequila is way too easy to drink ;)

Fabrizio and Valeria were wonderful hosts along with the other workers who rode horses with us and kept us safe. They were polite, competent, and understood horses!The lunch was delicious and the tequila tasting was very professional and excellent. The resort where we had lunch way exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. We rode through a river and the whole day was delightful. The horses are healthy and we took breaks. They were very gentle and well trained.Highly recommend this experience..

This was a disappointing excursion. First it started with a ride In extremely hot weather in an unconditioned air van to our destination to ride horses. It was supposed to be a beautiful ride including 5 river crossings but the river beds were dry so we ended up walking through roads, paths and hot sandy dry river beds with no shade whatsoever. The amount of trash piles along the way was staggering. The saddles were ridiculous uncomfortable and one of our friends fell off his horse when his stirrup broke off and he slid off his horse. After 1 1/2 hours we got to a location that had lots of vendors pushing their wares and then were led to a table where we had to pay for any alcoholic beverages which was never mentioned in the description. Then finally we were taken to a very pretty location where we had a lovely lunch by the pool and received free drinks. Our group decided to swim after lunch but there were no towels offered which was disappointing but manageable. However this was all preceded by a couple “free” tequila tastings which were just a big sales pitch. I will say that our tour leader was very entertaining and nice. Overall I would not recommend this excursion.

The horse ride was not what we expected. The ride only took us through a local town and not into the mountain trails or rivers.

We went during the rainy season an and couldn’t ride the trail with the river crossings. Instead, we went on a ride through the town which featured a section of nature trail. We then went up the mountain for tequila tasting and the Mexican BBQ and both experiences were very enjoyable! Our guide Martin was super fun. Our tour ended late and we were gone from 10:30am to about 4pm.
