Ever was our guide and he was an absolute blast! He was extremely friendly, explained everything fully, allowed for questions and even let us make decisions on what we were doing (I.e. swim more or see if we could find sea life) He explained history of the National Park and pointed out the amazing animals we came across.
My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend this tour for anyone wanting to have a great time, with a possibility of seeing some incredible sea life and little history included. Thank you so much!!

My partner and I went on this jet ski tour yesterday and we thought it wasn’t too bad until we talked things over at the end. First of all, check in was easy, we had no problem with it and the front desk lady was nice to us and explained everything we were signing as well as a locker to put our belongings in. Our tour guide, Ever, showed up and fitted us with life jackets and gave us some water and we made our way to the marina. He explained the safety signals and also gave us a quick explanation of how to turn the machines on and off.
We headed out and as many have stated it felt very rushed. He drove very fast, which was fine as we were able to keep up and the ocean was reasonably calm, but we would have like the opportunity to stop and take in the scenery and snap some photos and other people unfamiliar with machines like this may feel uncomfortable going so fast so quickly into the tour.
We made it to the national park and he pointed out some pelicans and vultures, offered to let us jump in - which we passed on - and then we took off back the way we came. My machine did stop working at one point but the guide was able to reset it and get it going again, and then his did the same in the marina, which he was also able to get going again. Glad we didn’t have the same issue others had with it not being able to be fixed out in the water.
At one point my boyfriend stopped to take some photos and we turned back to make sure he was OK. The tour guide seemed mad that he had stopped but my boyfriend and I brushed it off. We went back and we were a little early so he let us rip around on the machines at our leisure. Most of the interactions with the guide were very short and borderline rude so we honestly ended up not talking to him much.
We made it back to the marina and parked the skis after another couple of short/rude interactions with the guide, often talking loud at us and repeating multiple times what he was wanting us to do without any explanation, which was kind of crazy considering we had never driven jet skis before. I chalked it up to maybe he was having a bad day.
We checked out, I gave him a tip because like I said, maybe a one off, but after reading some reviews it sounds like other people had the same experience, unfortunately. I rated 3/5 stars because the machine issues were a little sketchy out in the ocean like that, and the guide didn’t leave us feeling overly positive about the whole experience.

Wonderful time! Ever is an awesome guide! Makes you feel comfortable every step of the way and is also fun! It was only myself booked for the tour time so it was like a private session! Enjoyed the snorkeling and seeing the coastline of Vallarta. Even saw some dolphins as well! 10/10 would definitely recommend! Will be coming back!

Excellent tour of Vallarta Bay with Ever! Saw the resort are and romantic zone coastline (Malcon), sea turtles, flying fish, and cool fish while snorkeling. And the jet skis were fun and fast! Highly recommend!

If your traveling to Puerto Vallarta by cruise ship know that there's a time difference from the ship and ported city. I booked this excursion and was unaware of an hour difference from the cruise ship. I missed the excursion and viator refused to refund me after I explained i was unaware of the time difference. Viator ripped me off $318.00.

Great experience, Ever our guide was excellent. Patient, professional, caring and paid attention to everyone's needs. Really went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed the experience. We stopped at a National Park spot and Ever became our photographer taking pictures of us on the water. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone including old men like me, lol.

Had a great experience riding solo with our guide Ever and a small group. The office/meeting point was clean and staff were professional. You can store your bag in a locker, and there’s also a good-sized compartment on the jet ski, plus a waterproof slot for your phone. After a short training, we hit the ocean and cruised out toward Los Arcos, with beautiful scenery of the PV coast along the way…including an expected sighting of two humpback whales and a couple bottleneck dolphins! At Los Arcos, we had a casual 15 minute snorkel (saw some fish, not too much else that day). Then a straight ride back home. The water is a bit choppy in PV, so if you can let your body be loose, it’s a little easier…and partially standing helps as well, if you’re able. Though my thighs were sore the next day, it was totally worth it! Would absolutely recommend this adventure.

My adult son and I had the best time. Our guide’s name was Ever and he was so kind, patient and fun. My son and I were the only ones on the tour due to another group not showing up because they had gotten lost. Although, the meeting place is easy to find using Google Maps. Our guide, Ever pointed out birds and iguanas, we even saw whales. At times we were able to go quite fast on our jet skis, which was awesome. I highly recommend this tour.

Me and my son had a lot of fun!! Would recommend if you like water sport! We had a little hiccup and they rescheduled us for later in the day but we enjoyed the rougher seas anyway!
