Great family day trip. There are plenty of extras to do if you want but included was lunch, open bar, snorkeling, adventure zone and animal encounters.

Do it! Great vibes, snorkeling, food.

Was a fun nice and relaxing time. The hours went so fast though. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Would recommend. Food and drinks were pretty amazing as well.

By far the most fun thing...

By far the most fun thing to do in Puerto Vallarta! Such a fun place to go, the food was amazing, staff was super friendly, and drinks kept flowing. My only complaint is that we couldn't spend more time there. I would go back any day.

Amazing family beach excursion

Vegan families - this one is for you! We saw whales and dolphins on the boat… when we arrived at las caletas there were tacos with black beans and veggies. Tons of beach spots to chill on hammocks and nooks. For lunch a great salad with nuts and veggies, more refried black beans and chips. Lots of bars everywhere, I recommend the strawberry margarita, best I’ve had in Mexico. They don’t provide towels but you don’t really need one because there’s lots of seating available. Towel would just be a nice to have as a bonus. My only complaint is the photographer. We just liked 1 of the photos and wanted to just buy 1 digital photo that could be emailed to us. She refused and said we must buy the whole package or nothing… why not make some money instead of $0? That was a temporary bummer feeling, but the rest of the staff was great. Recommend just taking your own photos because they wouldn’t sell individual ones.

Family fun!

Amazing family experience! Our 9&10 yr old girls loved the zip line, waterslide, and bananna boat experience. Tons to do so do your homework to sort out what you would like to do. Even then, we had a few hours at the end to enjoy the beach and snorkeling and IMO was just the right amount of time. Wish I wore teva sandals as zip line, slide, etc (activity zone) is a bit of a walk and can't take slippers on the zip line.
