Wonderful horsebacking trip in the water! They picked us up at our resort and had a photographer accompany us on our trip. Horses were well trained and very friendly. We truly had a great time and highly recommend.

Oscar was so very friendly and made sure we understood everything we needed to know prior to the start of the tour. He helped us get onto the horse and how to hold the saddle and the reins. We did a one hour trail ride through the beautiful blue water along the beach. A must if you want to experience riding a horse in the Caribbean. Highly recommend. They picked us up at our resort and brought us back when we were ready to leave. A great experience.

Pros: This was very cute we got picked up from our Airbnb and we got the water that is included in the tour. The tour was private as described. We got our pictures taken and the tour guide was very nice. He even gave us conch shells.
Cons: Please I beg of you save your money this was not worth $700. If you book from unique tours directly you can get a much lower price for the same experience.

We had a private ride with a wonderful guide. The horses were well behaved however it was hot and humid and they had NO water whatsoever, so because of this no would not recommend unless this was fixed.

Our guide was amazing! He took lots of photos and videos and took the time to engage in conversation. The horses were well trained and my daughter said the excursion was the highlight of our trip! Would definitely recommend!

3 stars is for the all around experience. I don’t know whose fault it is but I would not recommend booking through Viator if it’s close to your vacation time. They said the day and time was available, after we went ahead with the purchase it said it was pending confirmation with the operator but was non-refundable. After 48 hours it was confirmed and we got a message from the operator that it was confirmed and they sent us the meet up point and said to be 15 minutes early (we weren’t at a resort for their pickup service). We were right on time, no one was there until right at the tour start time. Probably because they knew the 3 people they brought horses for were not there yet as they had pickup service. They couldn’t accommodate our 4 people and they had to call to confirm we were supposed to be there despite tickets. The 3 people they were prepared for showed up and they took them while we waiting for more horses for us. So we started very late and we didn’t get the bottles or water or alcohol that supposedly came with the tour. We weren’t interested in the alcohol but 4 of us had to share 2 bottles of water. I’m assuming the people before opted for beer so that left us with 2 waters. The horse experience was great and the guide was great. I just recommend going directly through the company to ensure you have the full and best experience. We will try again if we come back to TCI but we will book direct. I feel bad, they did all the could to make it right for us, they were just as confused and it wasn’t their fault, the low rating is to draw attention to the caution I’m offering when booking through Viator.

This tour isn’t worth $700. It’s an hr long, we went up and down the beach coast for 30-35 min. The tour guy was nice but the pictures came out terrible, nothing like the pictures.

You were over 30 minutes late for your tour and we still gave you the full hour as a courtesy to you. The guides take excellent pictures with the phones you would provide, if you wanted something professionally taken we could have called or arranged a photographer at an additional cost.

We really enjoyed this experience but the communication with the vender was lacking. We expected a message the night before telling us what time to expect someone in the lobby for pick up. Since this was an hour excursion, we didn’t want to be late. We waited for a ride and then took a taxi which cost us 40 dollars each way. Once we arrived we asked if their private transportation could take us back and they said no.
This experience is once in a lifetime but it would’ve been absolutely amazing. Our guide Oscar was fabulous and we loved this. The horses are treated well.

Loved this excursion! Tour guides were awesome , super friendly and took so many great photos! The only concern is that the day of the reservation the company couldn’t find our confirmation after we got sent several confirmation emails. They still made sure we got the full tour but just make sure if you’re getting picked up you double check before hand. Was no one’s fault but just more of a heads up.
