We accidentally booked our shoot a day later than we intended, but the team kindly accommodated our request to have our shoot earlier. They directed us during the shoot and sent the photos straight away. Now we have these gorgeous photos for our anniversary.

Photoshoot was amazing! I loved my photos. I really appreciate being helped with the poses. I suggest booking in the afternoon when the sun is fully out. I booked mine in the morning and it was still a little cloudy. But overall amazing experience!

Nothing screams Turks and Caicos quite like your clear kayak photos on social media. Pics or it didn't happen! Not a model? No problem, Evancy provided all the guidance and direction needed for beautiful photos. It was a fun experience and as a non-swimmer I felt safe in shallow water. I arrived earlier than my appointment and the gentleman was kind enough to start right away. He walked me through everything and assisted with posing. Definitely bring sunglasses(I forgot mine). Overall great experience. The pictures and videos are transferred to your phone immediately. Would definitely book again and add the flowers.

I visited Turks and Caicos for my birthday and we booked the clear boat photo shoot for my birthday. The meeting location was easy to find. We arrived early and they both acknowledged and greeted us. They were extremely professional and friendly even before the photo shoot. They directed us and the photos came out amazing. They were very encouraging throughout the shoot. They helped us in and out of the water and we got out photos right there on the beach. Top notch customer service. I’m big on customer service and I expect others in the service industry to be as well. They exceeded my expectations!

My experience was not a good one. The lack of communication, friendliness, and overall customer service made the session uncomfortable. I didn’t feel guided or supported—there was very little help with posing, and no real input or suggestions were given beyond the same 2–3 poses.
The entire experience felt rushed, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the moment. Out of nearly 100 photos, I only liked about 2–3, along with the video.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The staff did not offer much direction or feedback, which made the experience feel rushed and somewhat uncomfortable.

Due to the rainy weather that day the guys had no option but to try to do all the session with haste as the rain was coming in and out which threw them off pace which made other clients have to sit and wait as well. Providing a welcoming, guided, and enjoyable session is very important to us, so it’s disappointing to learn that you felt a lack of communication and support throughout your shoot. We also regret that the session felt rushed and that you were not satisfied with the majority of your pictures.

They were amazing! I was running late due to my taxi taking me to the wrong location and they accommodated me. Then taking my pictures he was amazing! And even retook some that didn’t come out right! Some people would’ve just said welp to bad so sad.

Vendor changed location 45 minutes prior to our photoshoot. When advised we could not change driver did off us a ride but it was after our start time resulting in us not being able to attend do too other plans we had right after. Trying to get a refund and it has been a hassle. Was truly looking forward to doing this photoshoot but do to last minute accommodations we were able too.

This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption and disappointment caused but the conditions of the beach is something that is completely out of our control which can sometimes lead to last minute changes.

Even if you arrive in Grand Turks before time, you will need an additional flight to the shoot. So if on a cruise this is almost impossible.

Selly was an absolute genius. Booked a solo photoshoot for our daughter as a birthday gift and we were pleasantly surprised. Selly directed her and suggested the poses which all came out spectacular. The staff did an amazing job communicating where to meet, the time and answering any questions prior to the activity, which put my concerns at ease. The photo shoot itself was amazing done in a timely matter and everyone was nothing but professional. (My Sister absolutely love the photo shoot. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to take amazing photos in the water!

I would not book this company ever again and you should not either if you are reading this review. There was an issue with the booking and the company assured me that they would rectify it and there was nothing else that we needed to do in order to secure our booking. We called and called back and received no response. Even though he was texting us and calling us just fine before that. He called and texted so much until he decided he wanted to keep our money and not provide any service at all. So, roughly $350.00 gone down the drain and a very distasteful and conniving experience. So, I hope the money was worth it and I hope anyone who reads this uses another service. We ended up using another company and very glad that we did!
