Made getting to the hotel easy. Professional and timely. Instructions on how to navigate the airport transportation were very thorough and took the worry out of it.
Great service and communication. Met us at the airport on time. Friendly driver who gave us good information about where we were staying as far as local restaurants etc. communicated through the app to arrange pick up which was very easy. Again, right on time and easy ride back to airport. Would definitely use again.
Easy and efficient airport transfers. Our driver also gave us many tips about the island when we arrived.
Our driver was early and ready for us when we were ready to leave. He was helpful and so friendly on the drive to the airport. Really enjoyed the ride with him.

Driver was very courteous! Pick up was smooth and exactly how it was described. Car was a bit run down on the inside which is the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

I was expecting a newer Escalade for the price, the car was quite old and the interior quite old as well, driver was nice but I would highly recommendend asking for a newer car
