This was our first time parasailing and it couldn’t have gone better. The captain was great with clear explanations and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. Such a smooth ride and stunning views of Turks and Caicos. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Boat picked up on time from beach across from hotel (Ritz). Only 2 other people on the boat. Spent 12 minutes exactly in the air and the crew took great photographs and videos. Everything appeared safe and operated smoothly. I'd recommend to anyone looking to parasail in Grace Bay. Seemed to be a better experience than some of the other operators in the area.

The company was really great to work with - they called and emailed when our first booking was made on a day that was too windy to let us know. Then when we had a misunderstanding about our second booking, the agent was helpful in quickly finding us a back up boat that came right to us! We didn’t speak much to the captain or mate on the boat, so I was a bit nervous about not knowing what to expect/what to do/not do, but it was a fun and easy activity!

This was a last minute add to our itinerary and it was a fantastic addition. Joseph and the Captain were friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of us. The parasailing was fantastic. I couldn't believe the views. What a way to see Grace Bay and the island. Additional brownie points because I left my swim cover-up on board and the crew found my husband on the beach an hour later and returned it to us!

Positive Review (Even Though the Tour Didn’t Happen)

Although we unfortunately weren’t able to take the excursion due to a mix-up, I still want to leave a positive review because of how professionally the situation was handled. There was a small scheduling hiccup and our guide didn’t receive the notification that we had been added to his tour, so he didn’t arrive at the original meeting time. As soon as we contacted the company, both the guide and the team reached out immediately to apologize and take responsibility. The guide even offered to come pick us up within 20 minutes, but since we were flying out that day, we couldn’t make a later departure work. The company refunded us in full right away and also offered a discount for a future tour, which we really appreciated. Even though we didn’t get to experience the excursion itself, their customer service was excellent—responsive, sincere, and solution-focused. Based on how they handled the situation, I would absolutely book with them again on a future visit.

Parasailing experience was amazing. We have done it elsewhere and this was the best crew and best flight ever. It didn’t feel rushed and we were aloft for what, seemed like, forever. No need to bring anything with you, not even your shoes. We boarded from the beach in front of our hotel, which required us to wade in and climb a short ladder. Easiest done without shoes, bags or anything else except you and your camera/phone.

Key to the Sea Parasailing

I was nervous about parasailing but I didn’t need to be because I didn’t even go in the water. I stood on the boat with my life jacket and harness on and was gently brought into the air for a breathtaking & relaxing experience then lowered gently back onto the boat. The crew even reached out to me via text to make sure we would be picked up which alleviated my stress due to a prior excursion who never showed.

Friendly crew, great communication, and they even took photos and video for us! My hat flew off and they insisted on going back and getting it back for me even though I assured them I wasn’t worried about it! This was my first time parasailing and they made it easy and enjoyable.

Our flight times are posted correctly 12-15 min. The crew do give a briefing, in light of you feeling this way we will have a discussion internally. As always please do ask questions if you are not clear on their instruction. I know our Captain made a special trip to drop you off at the beach while he was supposed to drop others prior to you as you had family waiting. Very safe, very friendly! Cliff and Ryan are amazing!! Parasailing is probably the safest adventurous activity you can do that gives you some stellar views, especially of turks and caicos. My girls were very apprehensive but the serene sound ans scene and panaroma at 500 feet is not justified by words. Lose the fear, we were first timers and found it extremely safe and bucket list check worthy!!! Thank you for the amazing experience

The ride is quick. Tour said an hour but it was only 40 mins. Parasailing was beautiful but our timing could have been longer.

We got picked up at the Ritz dock so it was a convenient location to find! This was an efficient and fun excursion. Each group spends about 15-20 minutes in the sky & that is more than enough! It’s a bit tumultuous if it’s windy! For a once in a lifetime experience I’d recommend. Both gentleman were so nice & professional. They even record and take photos of you! It was a great experience and well organized. They know what they are doing!

This tour operator never arrived to get me or my group, told me to request a refund then denied the refund saying I never showed up.. Why would I book an activity out of the country for my birthday and not show up.? I was at the meeting point that we selected through the booking and the operator was not..

Thank you for writing in. As you are aware, this refund request went through Viator, and we provided Viator with all the documentation of emails, texting(which showed “read” but no response) and calls made to you, to arrange your pick up hours prior (we also sent copies of such to you).We received no response. This is why Viator denied the refund as we do have a cancellation policy. You finally reached out through someone on the beach, not yourself to indicate you were on the beach. Grace bay is a long beach, with that being said, the trip had passed hour before hand. We could not sell the seats you booked as you had no showed. While we make every endeavour to make contact with clients, it is also clients responsibility to communicate back. Please note in the booking flow, there is no selection to choose your pick up point, it indicates it has to be arranged and communicated by client. We would have tried to make arrangements to allow you another time another day as we were full for the rest of day, however you proceeded to swear and yell while the person who you had call into us had us on phone. We assure all reading this, that we stand by our product and our customers are contacted. In addition In the booking flow, it does say for customer to reach out to us to make arrangements and let us know where clients are staying. We are sorry you had this experience. We were diligent in trying to contact you multiple times and by different means well ahead of your scheduled time. Thank you for writing in and allowing readers to know that communication is key and we have proper processes in place to arrange pick ups.
