Itinerary
After pickup from your Providenciales hotel—make your own way to the meeting point in Leeward Settlement if you’re staying elsewhere—join your guide and your group of maximum eight travelers and board your transparent kayaks.
Follow your guide through the calm, clear waters, getting a snorkeler’s eye view of the mangrove estuaries and the marine life that call them home. Your guide helps you spot the likes of conch, groupers, stingrays, sea turtles, baby sharks, jellyfish, and more.
You have more than an hour on the water, capturing photos and marveling at marine life, before returning to the meeting point and, from there, to your hotel.

We travelled with family and friends and we t in the tour together, so there was 6 of us. Our tour guide was Mikey and he was awesome. Super knowledgeable and fun. We learned a lot and saw a ton. It was a beautiful day and we felt very taken care of.

This tour is exactly as it is described. The clear kayak tour takes you out into the mangroves to see the natural habitat. The water, of course, is incredible and there is some physicality involved in maneuvering the kayak. We saw a few turtles, a stingray and some baby lemon sharks which was cool. The guide found a small jellyfish and a conk shell we could check out.

Our guide, Robert was spectacular! So knowledgeable and friendly. They tow you out to specific area to begin tou, but don’t worry you will get plenty of paddling time.

Daniel was an amazing tour guide. We loved the entire experience we saw tons of turtles, baby sharks and fish. We loved the tow to and from the mangroves if we could give a 10, we would.

Saw tons of turtles , a few baby sharks , and a conch out of its shell. Very cool experience ! At the end you get to get out of the kayak and swim around in beautiful water .
It Was a little crowded in the mangroves which is the only reason I give it a 4/5 instead of 5/5. Our group had 5 boats but there were probably 5-6 groups in the mangroves so it got a little crowded at times .

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and the tour was the best experience I had since being in Turks and Caicos. They picked us up, which is a plus considering the extremely high cab prices here. We saw baby shark, a lot of turtles, jelly fish, and some conch. They allowed us to get out the rafts and took pictures with our cameras. The coolest part was the tow to and from the area where we rafted. Like 15 boats were connected in tow to get there, but once in the area, we were separated back to our original small group of 5. I recommend this tour to any and everyone of ALL ages!!

The experience was not fully as advertised. However, it was somewhat interesting especially for grandkids. The major drawback was entirely too many kayaks trying to navigate the mangroves at the same time; this was more like bumper cars. Not enough time spent getting to watch the turtles and way too much time spent standing in the water and the end of the mangrove tour. This was twenty minutes doing absolutely nothing.

The mangrove channels are a popular attraction, and during busy periods there may be multiple groups exploring the area at the same time. Our guides do their best to manage spacing while ensuring everyone has the opportunity to experience the ecosystem safely.
The time spent at the end of the tour is typically used to allow guests to rest, ask questions, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before returning. We understand that this may not have been the experience you were hoping for, and we appreciate your comments.
Regarding wildlife, our guides always do their best to position guests for the best possible viewing opportunities. However, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat, we cannot control how long they remain visible or where they choose to surface.

This was 100% worth every penny!! Our guide, Robert, was so amazing and very informative. We saw probably 20-30 turtles within the first hour and had such a great time! I would do this again in a heart beat.

We spent more time sitting in the direct sun, parked in our kayaks learning about the different types of turtles, jelly fish and conch than actually kyaking. I didn't know I was signing up for an eco tour

Our Mangrove Clear Kayak Tour is designed as an eco-adventure experience, combining kayaking with opportunities to learn about the unique mangrove ecosystem and the marine life that calls it home. Many guests enjoy the educational aspect of the tour, as it allows them to better appreciate what they are seeing beneath and around their kayaks.
That said, we understand that every guest has different expectations, and we're sorry if the balance between paddling and the educational stops was not what you were looking for.

You get towed to and from the mangroves so you barely paddle at all and you only see very limited marine life. Did not meet expectations.

I loved this tour! The pickup was so prompt and exactly where they said they would be. Our tour guide was so kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We got to see so many turtles, fish and even some lemon sharks. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to see wildlife

Our kayak tour was magical! We saw several sea turtles, jellyfish, live conch, and even lemon sharks! Our guide Mikey was fantastic and so kind. He took time to make sure we all got to see the different marine animals. It was really cool to see a different part of the island.
Disclaimer: paddling is strenuous but worth it. We were worn out after. It was also kind of windy/choppy the day of our tour.

The guides were extremely knowledgeable about the ocean and marine life! We saw turtles, barracudas, lemon sharks, and conch. We were even able to step out of the kayaks and walk around an extensive shallow area just outside of the mangroves!

Definitely a great way to see turtles. Guide was good, but some type of mic might help everyone hear what is being said. Overall it was a good experience. He was even able to pull a kayak along with him attached to his paddleboard to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience.

The kayaking excursion itself was exceptional. Daniel was a great guide and very entertaining. The transport back however, was a bad experience. We literally got left behind at the dock. The driver asked us to get our stuff off the bus and drove off. We were 5 passengers stranded. We had to solicit the assistance of one of the tour guides to arrange a new ride back. Thankfully, he was able to reach someone that was a few minutes away. The new driver got us to our hotel, but the delay caused us to be late to our next activity. The driver that left us stranded was irresponsible and inconsiderate. This is why I gave 3 stars.

To clarify, it was actually the driver who contacted and arranged for another company vehicle to assist with transportation. Unfortunately, the original vehicle could not accommodate everyone safely, so the driver made the decision to leave some guests for the arriving vehicle to ensure proper and safe transportation for all passengers.
We understand how frustrating this situation may have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as we continue working to improve our guest experience.
