This is well worth the money. I would recommend. We were greater at the curb when we arrived and through security in 4 minutes.
The airport is small and it is not worth it. Arrive early. The employees at the airport doing the job are very courteous and professional.

We were told about the fast pass and this was some of the best money we spent. They stay in communication with you the whole time. Our flight was delayed over two hours but they text with me and gave very good instructions. After we checked in with Delta our agent took us through security and we were at our gate in no time. This is a must when traveling to Turks.
We decided to get the fast track departure pass and we are so glad we did. We left on a Saturday and the airport was full. It saved us over and hour of waiting in line outside. Well worth the money.

So easy especially if you have children. Checked in quickly, dropped off our bags with the airline and was walked through security so fast. Less than 5 minutes total. We used it only for departure and had no regrets.

Worked out perfectly!!! Our departure was on 2 Jan so the airport was extremely busy. Security Checkpoint was backed up to the airline counters. Soon as we dropped our bags off we walked to the counter and was escorted to the front of the line where we immediately showed our passports and went thru screening with 3 mins of check in. The wait was a minimum of 45 mins to an hr. Would highly recommend during peak seasons.
The fast track people were easy to find, and the directions were great from Viator. They told me where to meet them and they were easy to spot.

We landed and made our way inside the customs area to the fast track greeter, our guide was Danello ( I hope I am spelling correctly) she was so lovely, so efficient and we didn’t have to wait in the very long customs line to move on to our hotel.
Worth it for me, even though it turned out to be unnecessary on this trip back from PLS on Sat Dec 20th 2025. Skypass instructions and communication via Viator were clear and efficient. At airport, agent does not expedite your wait to check bag with airline. They do move you to the head of the security line; in our insurance, maybe 10-15mins saving only. Agent then leaves, not tip expected. It's a gamble, but gave me peace of mind, especially since we had to go back to hotel in the middle of our airport transport to get a forgotten bag. The service provided is as advertised.

This is a tiny airport and there wasn’t much of a line so it wasn’t actually needed . We traveled 11/7
This was terrible. Never could find a representative and then find that even if I had found someone, they don't help you with bags, they don't assist you in security, so I'm not sure exactly what you get with the $80/pp cost.
Absolutely worth every penny. Skip long lines - sometimes VERY long lines - and go straight to your transportation with efficiency. Saves time and headache! I will never do it any other way!
Not worth the price as expedited was about the same as regular entrance time. Might be more valuable during peak times
It was a waste of money in my opinion for the departure side. All the staff are just standing around on their phones not really doing anything special.
We were so excited to use this service because we used in Aruba and it was top notch. This was a waste of money. While the gentleman that meet us was very kind, we walked us to security and never spoke to us again. The service in Aruba grabbed of bags, helped to check them, walked us though security and stood with us until we got to the lounge. This was not worth money!
They get you through fast but not sure its worth $75 per person. We used it for departure because it was a saturday bu the line wasnt more than 45 minutes anyway.

This was the best thing I did
I got right through with no issues. There was someone greeting at the gate soon as I got off the plane. And someone was greeting me when I pulled uo to the curbside. I love it I would do it again.
It was very organized and all the staff is very courteous and helpful. They made the trip stress free.
Seamless and helpful!! Find the staff in bright blue shirts and they will fast track you through customs!
