Everyone at SkyPass was wonderful. I’m not quite sure we needed it as it wasn’t that crowded when we were at the airport. However if it’s crowded it’s definitely worth it.

The ladies, all of them were quite lovely and made the whole experience super easy. For someone who was traveling alone to meet up with people later at hotel, I didn’t know what to expect. Wasn't worth the price on this trip. The service is excellent, the representatives were waiting inside the terminal prior to immigration. The que for fast tracks was longer than expected. The " regular " line was long but moved very quickly as there were a lot of customs officials working. I'm guessing I saved 10-15 minutes

Service was fine but the way the island has been operating lately by controlling the volume of flights coming in, there’s no need for fast track. Last two visits, consisted of ground delays from TCI side so departure is late and upon arrival there’s no immigration line. Fast track was slower than regular line. It’s a hit or miss but not the fault of the fast track services offered.

Well worth the money. We arrived and the representative met us at the counter. She walked us right through. We had cleared customs in about 5 minutes. The lines were horrendous. We waited for our bags and then they escorted us out to the curb to meet our pre arranged driver . We in fact were in our room drinking champagne when our driving service called us back bc there was a mix up and they wanted to be sure that we were picked up. He told me that he was STILL waiting for a couple to clear customs that was on our flight … I was like WOW…. this service saved us at least a two hour wait in line…
100% worth the cost… just pay it and start to enjoy your well earned vacation as soon as you land!

We were greeted immediately upon arrival with a warm welcome by the airport rep who took us to pick up our luggage. Two reps even helped us find our rental car in the parking lot. Excellent service!! Thanks!

It saves time in Immigration specially when they are multiple flights. The personal service is great, but you still have to wait for your bags. If you haven’t checked bags in then this service will get you in and out within 5 to 7 minutes.

Our travel was so disrupted that we weren’t arriving in our destination on the day I’d booked the fast track service - but the team on the ground in Turks and Caicos honored my booking anyway. Cannot express how appreciative I am for that kindness. And the service itself was excellent. Right off the tarmac, the Sky Pass team was friendly and attentive. Made everything smooth and easy. The agent that helped us was friendlyish, but she didn’t say more than 10 words to us. We landed at 3p on a Saturday and figured it would be busy based on prior research. It wasn’t crazy busy however what would have taken maybe 20 minutes to get through security took about 2 minutes. Not sure it was worth the cost but that’s the risk you take :)

The line was far longer than usual and moved far slower than the regular line. They had 1 customs agent who moved at a snails pace. It was a colossal waste of money. Never again!

Due to flight delays, weather related and runway issue, there were multiple flights coming in. It was also dark out with torrential rain. It was so helpful to have someone help us navigate the airport and get us to where we needed to be.

No line, personalized service. Attendants stayed with us and directed us from the time we entered the airport until we exited the airport. Whole thing took like 20 minutes. The only thing we waited for was our luggage.

Skypass far track made our arrival through PLS quick and easy. Instructions and communication via Viator were clear, agents were friendly and helpful, even filled out customs form for my spouse after airline attendant confirmed, incorrectly, that only one form required per family. Yes it's a gamble, line wasn't crazy long when we landed 145pm, but still skipped right to the front saved at least 30 mins.
