The Fast track service was efficient and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were immediately guided through customs without delay. Customs agent was quick and friendly. We picked up our rental car and were in our condo in no time.

Worth every penny. Walked us to front of line, helped with missing form and then escorted us to where we check in for plane to other island. Nice, friendly, helpful! Highly recommend

Fast Pass was worth with the money so we didn’t have to wait in line at customs. At the time we saw it inside, there was probably about a 20-30 min wait. We were able to go to a get in a much quicker line for a customs officer right away after entering the building. What is not clear is when you can skip the line outside. There were no signs that I saw until we entered the building and walking down the path to go inside. It would have been helpful to know we probably could have gone around everyone
Especially if the customs line was all the way outside.

We bought the fast pass not knowing if we would need it. That’s the chance you take. This saved us at least 45min to an hour of wait time. Totally worth it.

Just do it! We must have been one of the last flights to arrive, so there were easily 150 people ahead of us in the customs line. We wizzed right past them to the immigrations officer, past the baggage claim (we brought only carryons) and we past the final checkpoint in UNDER FIVE MINUTES. We got to our hotel 1.5 hours before some passengers that were on our flight. We’ll also be paying for the airport departure service as we were that impressed.

I was rushing to meet other friends on an excursion soon after I arrived. I debated if I should buy the service or not and decided to get it just in case. Turns out that while my plane was early, 2-3 other planes before mine were delayed and arrived right before. The line to get through customs was long. Most likely 45+ minutes. With my pass, I walked right up to customs and had one person ahead of me (compared to hundreds).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and joyful to start my vacation off right.
It was absolutely worth paying for the pass. And I made it to the excursion on time with time to spare.

Waste of money!! We were told at least 5 times a our prepaid taxi was requested for us. 1.5 hours later we would told "better hurry, there it is", then after a 15 minute discussion with the driver we were told to wait again. Do not waste your money on sky pass, they do not ensure quick departure from airport. Arrive at airport before 3pm and arrived to hotel near 5pm.

Best use of money. This made the process at passport control so much easier and we didn’t have to wait in the long line. They made sure we were in the right area to pick up our driver. Highly recommend.

This was recommended to us by friends to get through the immigration lines quickly upon arrival. I’m sure that on certain days and times it’s worth it, but when our family flew in on a Tuesday afternoon, the lines were wide open. It probably saved us about 5 minutes. Definitely not worth $76 per person when we used it.

Worth every penny, especially traveling with children. It’s a long day of travel and moving right thru immigration and to our transport to the resort was nothing short of amazing. The airport was crowded and hot and we did not stand in a line. Second time we used this service and it was worth it every time.

Not much interaction with personnel. They came, put a wristband on, walked you to customs, you pick up your luggage, then they walk you outside. You’re done. Not sure the cost is worth a total of 5 minutes of service.

Everyone at SkyPass was wonderful. I’m not quite sure we needed it as it wasn’t that crowded when we were at the airport. However if it’s crowded it’s definitely worth it.

Wasn't worth the price on this trip. The service is excellent, the representatives were waiting inside the terminal prior to immigration. The que for fast tracks was longer than expected. The " regular " line was long but moved very quickly as there were a lot of customs officials working. I'm guessing I saved 10-15 minutes

Service was fine but the way the island has been operating lately by controlling the volume of flights coming in, there’s no need for fast track. Last two visits, consisted of ground delays from TCI side so departure is late and upon arrival there’s no immigration line. Fast track was slower than regular line. It’s a hit or miss but not the fault of the fast track services offered.

Well worth the money. We arrived and the representative met us at the counter. She walked us right through. We had cleared customs in about 5 minutes. The lines were horrendous. We waited for our bags and then they escorted us out to the curb to meet our pre arranged driver . We in fact were in our room drinking champagne when our driving service called us back bc there was a mix up and they wanted to be sure that we were picked up. He told me that he was STILL waiting for a couple to clear customs that was on our flight … I was like WOW…. this service saved us at least a two hour wait in line…
100% worth the cost… just pay it and start to enjoy your well earned vacation as soon as you land!
