We had the most incredible experience on the ATV & UTV + Dune Buggy Island Excursion in Providenciales! It ended up being just our group on the ride, which made it feel like such a private, VIP adventure. The guides were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great time from start to finish.
They went above and beyond by treating us to a delicious meal and even taking us shopping, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The entire experience was fun, relaxed, and perfectly personalized.

Before we left the owner advised to leave phones coz we lose them I wish I didn’t because it wasn’t a ride she made it seem to be. She said we’d come back white from dust, we were barely dirty it was mostly a pavement ride and not super safe either with the traffic. Not far into the excursion someone renting another utv rear ended us so that wasn’t pleasant. I would have liked if it was more off road I was expecting to get DIRTYYYY! I wore black shorts and they were still black when we got back. Definitely an excursion that was wasteful in my opinion because I have the same type of UTV at home and do the same thing so it felt like I was home riding through my neighborhood.

So sorry to hear that's your feedback. We never instruct our guests to leave their phones, we advise them to secure them in a bag or zipper pocket because more often than not, they lose them along the way. The fact that you came back safely is a testament to the extra care we take to ensure tour safety during the tour and that is why we take pride in our 100% safety record. In the briefing, we ask that if there is anything uncomfortable while on the tour, to let us know as the tour goes along. If it is something we can fix, we fix it. If it is something such as wind and rain to give you a "dirty" tour, then that is out of our control. When we asked how was the tour during lunch, you all said it was great. Our pre-briefing serves 2 purposes, to give you safety and other instructions about the tour and secondly to honestly put your expectations in alignment with the tour. Again, sorry that was your experience because we understand different strokes for different folks.

Need sunglasses and a mask or gator as it's dusty. More on road than off. Total blast and driving is fun. Felt safe even when driving in traffic.

Amazing excursion! The staff provided excellent customer service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. We saw some really cool sights, and everything was well organized. Highly recommend this trip if you’re looking for a fun and memorable experience!

We really enjoyed this tour. Was a nice way to see parts of the island we didn’t see driving around. Our tour guides were wonderful and explained everything. The Hole was an interesting spot to stop and see and Mr. Groupers for lunch was so good!! Would definitely recommend

We had a fantastic adventure and enjoyed seeing the various sights as we toured around the island, both on road and off road. Our guides were constantly watching for our safety.
They were very knowledgeable of the history and the culture of Turks & Caicos, and we enjoyed all that was shared with us. Lunch was a tasty and refreshing stop at Mr. Groupers. You definitely want to have your sunglasses to keep the dust out of your eyes and wear your sunblock. I wore flip flops and was the driver, it was ok, but suggest sneakers. Plenty of stops to take fun photos! We were blessed to enjoy this adventure and take many wonderful memories and photos home with us! A great big Thank You to Nicole, and our guides;”One Love” and “Lover” ( I am pretty certain that these are not their actual names) but they both were excellent😎

This dune buggy excursion was a 10/10. We traveled around the island and stopped at “the hole” a little scary lol and we also stopped at grace bay beach to cool down and enjoy the beautiful turquoise water. We were able to stop and grab a few souvenirs and learn some history about the 8 islands that make up Turks and Caicos. After we stopped at the beach we grabbed lunch at Mr. Groupers. The food was amazing 😍 I 100% recommend booking this excursion.

Had a nice tour and a very friendly staff. The UTVs were worn out. The tires were bald, the steering pulled very hard to the left and the gas pedal was extremely uncomfortable to drive. Very loud. The other couple on our tour felt the same about their vehicle. Would not recommend.

The equipment is in terrible condition. Suspension and steering bad. Bald tires. When I booked I was under the impression that me and my nephew would have our own separate vehicle but this was not the case. In spite of the wore out condition of quad ru,ers, the guides are very friendly and knowledge

Sorry to hear about your experience. If you had requested separate vehicles we would have given it to you without the extra charge of a solo rider. You were the only 2 persons on the tour and I am certain if you had communicated those issues to us, we would have dealt with it immediately as we do in all cases. More importantly, we are happy we brought you back safely from pickup to dropoff. Just a word of advice from our experience, if you are not feeling well to do a tour, don't push it. Adventures won't make it any better. The truth is, you communicated that you weren't feeling well.

This was a fun way to see different parts of the island in a less traditional way! We booked the UTV/buggy and had a lot of fun. Our guides were great and the company was extremely responsive. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic from start to finish. First we had an error in booking. Our fault, we booked 6 instead of 8, and they accomdated didnt miss a beat. Tour was wonderful and lunch after unexpectedly good. Highly recommend. Total bargain for the price.

Our hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable. The dune buggies could use a bit of an upgrade, but they did the job just fine. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—our guides knew the answers to everything! It was a fantastic tour to kick off our vacation, helping us connect where we’d been with where we wanted to go for the rest of the week.

One of thr carts broke down a few times during our journey but the guides were always able to start it again. Also, there was a stop at a gift shop that seemed a little forced collaboration with local commerce friends. Otherwise, it was a lot of fun and I would recommend this tour to anyone interested!

We had an amazing time on the dune buggy tour in Turks and Caicos. The staff was very professional and gave clear instructions before we headed out. The buggies were easy to drive and well maintained, and we got to see parts of the island we wouldn’t have otherwise—especially The Hole, which was a must-see. Lunch was perfect. This is truly a must-do experience!

From the moment we arrived, the entire crew made sure our family of 8 felt taken care of and top of mind. Every detail was thoughtfully handled—they anticipated stops and preferences before we even asked and made sure we hit every part of the island that was at the top of our list.
The experience was seamless, high-energy, and incredibly well organized. You could tell the crew had planned for every contingency, which made it easy for us to just relax, have fun, and enjoy the ride. Truly top-notch hospitality and an unforgettable way to explore the island.
We’d do this every single time we visit Turks and Caicos—no question.
Pro tip: While a neck gaiter and goggles aren’t required, I highly recommend them. They helped a ton and made for some epic photos too 😎📸

Nikole and her group were the consummate professionals. Nicole answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. She was there to greet us and she was there when we returned. She even met us at lunch to make sure everything was going as planned. Everything worked on time and as planned starting with a 15 minute cab ride to their location, and ending up with a 15 minute cab ride back. The two gentleman that helped direct us and keep us safe did a great job and really were informative about the local culture. The lunch at Mr. groupers was excellent and the service there was superb. It is all seafood, which we absolutely love. we would highly recommend this excursion.

Nikole and her team were amazing! The ATV ride was so much fun, and they made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The lunch at Mr. Grouper’s was incredible — we actually went back the next day because it was that good! The island tour had some awesome stops and beautiful views. The trip was amazing! They took us around the entire island, showed us some locals only spots, and the guides were incredibly cautious of everyone's safety. Most of all, they made sure when we travelled on main roads that traffic was held so we could enjoy our time. The final stop Mr. Groupers for lunch was INCREDIBLE too.
