Fabulous day on a gorgeous catamaran. The crew were very friendly and eager to please. The food was delicious and drinks were abundant- after snorkeling- this is not a booze cruise (which we did not want) but there is plenty to imbibe. The snorkeling was fun we saw lots of fish and coral. My favorite part was the stop at Iguana island. The beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Insane electric blue water, gentle waves perfect soft white sand and empty! We loved this day and would recommend booking this tour.

The boat and the crew were great. They did the best you could hope for under the conditions they were given. The tour only three stars from me because it was way too crowded for the size of the boat and the crew. I am not sure if the Sept 5 trip was over booked or that is what the tour operator determined to be capacity. But with as many pasengers as were on the boat there needed to be additional crew for it to live pump to its luxury experience tag. I’ve watched the boat go out on multiple other tours from our resort and it hasn’t been near as crowded, so likely we were just on an unlucky tour that was just too crowded.

Beautiful boat and amazing staff. The only reason we didn’t give a full 5 stars review is that we have children 12-16 years old that do not drink and were charged the full adult price. They should not make the age for children be 9 years old and younger. Also; the weather was not great and we didn’t see much, but that is not the crews fault. We just didn’t see much on the snorkeling or at the iguana island.

Highly recommend. First class service. Very Safe & professional. They provide snorkel, towel, shower along with drinks and food. Pro Tip: don't rush to try and sit on the trampoline in front. It gets very crowded and there are limited tables. When drinks and food are served you have no where to put them. The two tables on either side of the bar are the best imo.

Beautiful sail. Unfortunately we had to stay close in to snorkel due to a storm but then we went and experienced iguana island and had a great lunch and sail! Fun crew!

I went on this excursion with a friend. Snorkeling was top tier. We saw so many colorful fish and coral. The moment we entered the water we saw a shark! Later on at Iguana Island we saw a handful of iguanas and even were able to see an Eagle Ray in the water back by the catamaran.
Lunch was delicious. Drinks were fantastic. The crew was top notch, and very attentive.
It was overall an amazing day. We would absolutely book again!

Our crew was absolutely fantastic and made the beds of a day with rough waters. We were able to still have an incredible time snorkeling and saw creatures like turtles and squid as we swam through the reef. The food and drinks were wonderful, and the environment was incredibly relaxed. The captain even let me join him and steer the boat for the journey back.

The entire experience was amazing- enhanced by the crew as well as the other guests. It rained on us and the water was a bit choppy but Tim and Jessica kept spirits high while prioritizing safety and the food and drinks were quite good! I have been on another provider’s excursion here and this was so much nicer in every way! Highly recommend!

Very fun trip. Great staff and captain. Highly recommend. Drinks flowed, snorkeling was fantastic. 2 cons, we met and the hotel for pick up but there were no details on where we were to meet them and the hotel staff did not know either. Tried calling and messaging company without response. I suggest they add in their description where to meet the boat. Luckily we made it and it was worth it. Secondly, could not accommodate vegetarian, I only had side dishes, left hungry.

Magnificent experience aboard the Lady Grace Catamaran. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the entire trip. Easily the best snorkeling and boat tour experience we’ve had in Turks and Caicos. The food was excellent as well, I believe it was catered by the Ritz-Carlton. Highly recommend, worth every penny!
