Fabulous day on a gorgeous catamaran. The crew were very friendly and eager to please. The food was delicious and drinks were abundant- after snorkeling- this is not a booze cruise (which we did not want) but there is plenty to imbibe. The snorkeling was fun we saw lots of fish and coral. My favorite part was the stop at Iguana island. The beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Insane electric blue water, gentle waves perfect soft white sand and empty! We loved this day and would recommend booking this tour.

I went on this excursion with a friend. Snorkeling was top tier. We saw so many colorful fish and coral. The moment we entered the water we saw a shark! Later on at Iguana Island we saw a handful of iguanas and even were able to see an Eagle Ray in the water back by the catamaran.
Lunch was delicious. Drinks were fantastic. The crew was top notch, and very attentive.
It was overall an amazing day. We would absolutely book again!

While there were more people on board than we anticipated it still didn’t feel crowded. The stops were beautiful and we wish we did the trip earlier in our vacation.

Our crew was absolutely fantastic and made the beds of a day with rough waters. We were able to still have an incredible time snorkeling and saw creatures like turtles and squid as we swam through the reef. The food and drinks were wonderful, and the environment was incredibly relaxed. The captain even let me join him and steer the boat for the journey back.

The entire experience was amazing- enhanced by the crew as well as the other guests. It rained on us and the water was a bit choppy but Tim and Jessica kept spirits high while prioritizing safety and the food and drinks were quite good! I have been on another provider’s excursion here and this was so much nicer in every way! Highly recommend!

Very fun trip. Great staff and captain. Highly recommend. Drinks flowed, snorkeling was fantastic. 2 cons, we met and the hotel for pick up but there were no details on where we were to meet them and the hotel staff did not know either. Tried calling and messaging company without response. I suggest they add in their description where to meet the boat. Luckily we made it and it was worth it. Secondly, could not accommodate vegetarian, I only had side dishes, left hungry.

Magnificent experience aboard the Lady Grace Catamaran. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the entire trip. Easily the best snorkeling and boat tour experience we’ve had in Turks and Caicos. The food was excellent as well, I believe it was catered by the Ritz-Carlton. Highly recommend, worth every penny!

Excellent excursion, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Communication was great throughout. It is not a free dive experience, safety belts worn, but beautiful natural reef, and a great view. Then time to explore and walk into the bay on lguana island. Then a relaxing sail back. Good jerk chicken btw.

This was such a great excursion! The group is either operated by or affiliated with the Ritz Carlton and they have all of the class you would expect at this service level. The onboard team was exceptional - professional and very safety conscious, but able to have a great time and help us enjoy our time as well. The food and drinks are delicious. I was worried there might not be enough lunch based on someone else's review but I went back for more after my first plate (it's a light meal) and had no trouble getting enough. Let the bartender make drinks for you if you don't know what you want - they have great taste!
Keep in mind the snorkeling is not going to be as brightly colored or as close-up as your 4K TV showing National Geographic, but it's a fun experience. Also, we mistakenly stayed on the boat side of Iguana Island instead of walking over to the other side, so we had a beautiful beach stroll but missed the iguanas that others saw on their walk. We also didn't realize the island is on the edge of Mangrove Cay, which would have been a beautiful view to see (learn from us - walk over to the other side while you're there).
Also, make sure you reapply sunscreen when you finish snorkeling! I forgot a few areas and ended up with quite a bit of discomfort and my skin is still peeling two weeks later. No fault of the excursion team whatsoever - this is just your reminder to learn from our mistake :)

This snorkel trip was absolutely amazing. Top level service from knowledgeable and friendly staff made it fantastic. We went out on a day with fairly rough swells yet everyone had a chance to get in the water and see beautiful fish on the Leeward Reef. The cocktails were delicious and the trip to Iguana Island was so much fun. It was so pleasant to sail back to the Ritz after motoring out there. Truly a remarkable catamaran!!! Five stars!

Lady Grace is definitely the company to go with here on Turks for this experience. Interestingly enough, our day had hardly any wind which wasn't a big deal because just being on the boat and the experience was well done. Snorkel spot was fine, reef was healthy, saw plenty of fish, even a Grouper. Some others saw a barracuda and octopus. No sharks this time...apparently the day before. All good, sometimes it's just hit and miss. Iguana island was cool...definitely need to venture off the path to find them though. And, the beaches there are divine. Lunch was great, bar was flowing, and the staff were fantastic lead by Captain Tim. Highly recommended!

Wow, this was single handedly the best boating excursion I have ever been on! Captain Tim and Jessica were both fantastic!! They made sure everyone had a great time. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were flowing! The boat was new, clean and beautiful! The boat was spacious and despite having a large number of passengers, it never felt crowded like some tours can. Iguana island was spectacular and we saw sea turtles, dolphins, crabs and plenty of beautiful fish. If I could give this 10/5 I would!

Everything was great except for the fact there wasn’t enough food for everyone. I received 1 chicken wing, 1/4 if that of a sandwich with almost ham and cheese 4 penne noodles and some greens for a salad. The cookies were demolished by the hungry kids on board. .

Nice boat, crew and food. But we were neither allowed to snorkel or swim. Waves were 3 to 6 feet outside the reef where most everyone on the island said the owners knew a day before that no one was going in the water under their very conservative standards and the cruise should have been canceled.

Sailing, iguana island, and the crew were awesome. The snorkeling is not in calm waters. You must be strong enough to swim against the current.

It was overpriced. 500.00? Lunch was not great and ran out of sandwiches. Snorkeling was ok but certainly not like Bermuda or St. John. Liquor was cheap and says top shelf in Jose Cuervo tequila??? I would have expected better food and liquor for the price.
