3 of the 4 horses were very uncooperative. There were 2 guides so it was hard for them to get the horses wrangled in and do what they were supposed to do. After a while the horses finally settled in and we were able to get going smoothly. The guides were nice and spent time to get my daughter a large conch shell and took a lot of pictures for us. We were expecting to be able to ride the horses in the water for a little bit, but all they did was get us barely into the water to take a picture at the end of the ride, and that was all. Was a bit disappointed. I booked this tour because it was the only horseback riding on Viator, but if I had to do it again, I would use another outfit even if they aren’t available on Viator.

One thing once you followed the guides instructions you wouldn’t have a problem because all the horses are well trained as well as the water was a little rough the waves this is the reason why the guides didn’t spend lots of time in the water with you due to safety reason. For the past weekend the weather wasn’t fine at all.
As a company we do care for our riders safety.

This was the part of the trip our son was looking forward to the most and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the conversation with our driver Jerry immensely. He was very knowledgeable about the island and took the time to show us highlights we would otherwise not have seen. The horseback riding was a great adventure for our family. The crew took great care of our 5 year old and made him feel extremely comfortable for his first ever horseback ride. They allowed me (a more experienced rider) to ride more freely. The part of the island where we rode was more natural and less commercialized than some other parts we saw on other outings so we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The fresh coconut at the end was a nice treat. Would recommend this excursion.

The guides were sweet and knowledgeable. They picked us up near our hotel, took us on a very gentle horse riding trail on the beach. We ended the trip with coconut water. Highlight of our trip.

WAY overpriced. Very small malnourished horses are brought beach side for you to ride for only 45 minutes and the horses do not even go into the ocean except for a very quick photoshoot in the end. The beach, the view, the experience is definitely not worth the outrageous price they are charging. People come to Turks & Caicos for the famous “horses on water” experience and this company misleads you into thinking that is what you will be getting— it’s not. Do not waste your money. This is clearly a tourist trap cash grab — Avoid.

With kindness thank you for your feedback, but with the same kindness everything you mentioned is not true.
The Ride was not 45mins. The ride started on time we even put 10 more mins on it for you to enjoy even more we always put a 5 or 10 mins extra for our riders so that they can have enough fun. I don’t think your clock was accurate.
Our horses have the best vet who always making sure they in good condition and fit.
One thing I know there are people even if you give them the whole world they will not be pleased.
We will continue to give and provide the best service we normally give.

It was a wonderful experience. The guide was very patient, and the horses were very gentle. After the ride, the guide even treated us to fresh coconut water picked straight from the tree.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt super safe and comfortable the entire time! It was a really great experience and they also offer to take photos of you which I appreciated. I was given fresh coconut water and a bottled water after the ride.

Such a great experience! I highly recommend booking this tour. Prior to our your we received clear communication and instructions from the agency around pick up time and location. The tour guides were amazing. They took so many great photos and videos of us. The horses were sweet and well behaved, it was my first time riding but it was easy to catch on. Atthe end of the tour we also received dome fresh coconuts!

Awesome, amazing experience. It was on my bucket list to ride a horse on the beach and the Beaches at Turks and Caicos are very special. The bluest waters, Conch and other shells on the beach. The horses are not the biggest ones, but the one I had was pretty fast and seems to enjoy going fast. This was such a great experience. Especially, as we booked for a small group and it was just the 2 of us as every family was taken separately which made it even better.

The ride was at most 45 minutes, not the hour advertised. Not particularly interactive guides. A very basic back and forth ride on the beach. On paper( or online) it sounds much more exotic.

I’m sorry to hear you only did 45mins, but to be honest we never have rider did less than 1hr booked. We always make sure all of our riders enjoy and complete their 1hour sometime we even extend it as well as we always make sure we time when started not to create confusion to make sure you finish on time.

I wish I knew each of the guys names that were the guides. They were great! Always checking to make sure you’re doing ok, taking pictures and videos, and one of them stayed close to our daughter the whole time. She is 9 and it was her first time on a horse. She did great and loved it!

The horseback experience was awesome. The location, part of the beach was full of litter and it did not have a comfortable curb appeal to the eye. I felt sorry for the guys working there with the horses and the horses. You need clean up people to clean the beach. It was an uneasy atmosphere. One friend did not finish the ride. It was a struggle for the horses stepping on the litter. It was not safe, and it made it hard to relax. You need to make it relaxing. Why all the old decrepit, abandoned buildings?

I’m glad because the horseback riding experience was awesome, but for the beach it’s a public beach no matter how much we clean it this season the beach is a little rough because it’s raining a little bit as well as lot of seaweed which we can’t control, but the team is doing a wonderful job to make sure the beach stay clean and comfortable for our riders and the horses.
I’m glad you point this out we will double our effort to make sure everything is in order.
