The reason it’s not a 5 ⭐️ review is because you have to wade through water up to your underwear to board the boat of you embark at the Grace Bay Club. It’s not shin deep by any means. Maybe board g at the Ritz is less deep. I dunno. The crew was great, the drinks and food were lovely and the Princess Grace is a beautiful catamaran. Hiking up your dress to wade through water up to your hoo-haw (and I’m fairly tall), was not shin deep as advertised.

When you click on Lady Grace sunset cruise departing from the Ritz one would think that’s were your scheduled to depart from. They’ve added another pickup / drop off.
Says top shelf bar service. Not that the liquor is the focal point of the evening but when your only whiskey option is jack Danials and vodka is Absolute
We’re not talking top shelf brands here.

What a cool experience! Even though it's only an hour and a half to 2 hours or so, this is definitely something to do...and go with this company, not the others please! We had just enough wind to to hoist the sails and then the rest of the time was enjoyed with great views of Grace Bay with the champagne flowing along with a nice assortment of appetizers. Our trip was perfect as the sunset was a gem! Got back in time to still head out to dinner. Thanks to Captain Roger and crew!

The captain and his staff were wonderful! The food they served was delicious! The sunset was incredible. We were on the Princess Grace which was a brand new boat so it was beautiful. If you get on in Grace Bay you may get a little wet climbing on board!

Our sunset sail on the Princess Grace was phenomenal. The boat is beautiful and immaculate. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. The food was superb! We have been on dozens of sailing catamaran tours in Hawaii and in the Caribbean and this was by far the best. Definitely the highlight of our trip and would recommend to anyone.

When I booked the experience it sounded promising. As we entered the boat we were greeted with Prosecco, which was a nice touch, however, after the fact, there wasn’t much more that was provided. The d’oeurves were limited in option as well as the drinks and the guests were not served.

Probably the highlight of our trip, we loved cruising on the water. They are very generous with the food provided and it was all very tasty! We very much enjoyed this high-end sunset cruise with our 3 children (22, 19 and 13). It is a beautiful boat, not too crowded, and there are delicious apps and plentiful adult drinks available. The only draw back is older children are charged the same rate even though not having any alcohol.

We had an incredible time on this sunset cruise. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The crew was friendly and welcoming, and the DJ kept the energy high—our little one danced nonstop on the net! A special highlight was when the Captain let her steer the boat, which became her favorite memory of Turks and Caicos.
This is a no-shoes boat, so you’ll need to remove your shoes before boarding, but don’t worry—they’ll be neatly laid out for you when you return to the marina. We were greeted with a glass of champagne as soon as we stepped on board, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this experience for families and anyone looking for a magical evening on the water!

We booked the Lady Grace Signature Catamaran Sunset Sail expecting a relaxing sailing experience with a great sunset, but it did not quite meet expectations.
The trip was supposed to depart from the Ritz-Carlton but was relocated to a marina due to swells. While this did not significantly shorten the trip, it did change the experience. The sunset itself was a major disappointment. I have been on many sunset sails and they are one of my favorite vacation activities, which made this one feel like a letdown. Whether it was the location, time of year, or something else, the sunset was underwhelming.
Another key issue was that this was advertised as a sail, yet the sails were never raised and the boat ran on the motor the entire time. That took away from the authenticity of the experience.
The crew, however, was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, and I have nothing negative to say about them.
Overall, the trip was okay but not what I expected and felt overpriced for what was delivered. In the future, I would personally choose a smaller-capacity and possibly adults-only option for a more relaxed experience.
