Our sunset sail on the Princess Grace was phenomenal. The boat is beautiful and immaculate. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. The food was superb! We have been on dozens of sailing catamaran tours in Hawaii and in the Caribbean and this was by far the best. Definitely the highlight of our trip and would recommend to anyone.

When I booked the experience it sounded promising. As we entered the boat we were greeted with Prosecco, which was a nice touch, however, after the fact, there wasn’t much more that was provided. The d’oeurves were limited in option as well as the drinks and the guests were not served.

Probably the highlight of our trip, we loved cruising on the water. They are very generous with the food provided and it was all very tasty! Shoutout to Jessica for recommending what ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip: Banksi. Great staff, lovely boat, beautiful sunset. What more could you ask for?

We very much enjoyed this high-end sunset cruise with our 3 children (22, 19 and 13). It is a beautiful boat, not too crowded, and there are delicious apps and plentiful adult drinks available. The only draw back is older children are charged the same rate even though not having any alcohol.

We had an incredible time on this sunset cruise. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The crew was friendly and welcoming, and the DJ kept the energy high—our little one danced nonstop on the net! A special highlight was when the Captain let her steer the boat, which became her favorite memory of Turks and Caicos.
This is a no-shoes boat, so you’ll need to remove your shoes before boarding, but don’t worry—they’ll be neatly laid out for you when you return to the marina. We were greeted with a glass of champagne as soon as we stepped on board, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this experience for families and anyone looking for a magical evening on the water!

We booked the Lady Grace Signature Catamaran Sunset Sail expecting a relaxing sailing experience with a great sunset, but it did not quite meet expectations.
The trip was supposed to depart from the Ritz-Carlton but was relocated to a marina due to swells. While this did not significantly shorten the trip, it did change the experience. The sunset itself was a major disappointment. I have been on many sunset sails and they are one of my favorite vacation activities, which made this one feel like a letdown. Whether it was the location, time of year, or something else, the sunset was underwhelming.
Another key issue was that this was advertised as a sail, yet the sails were never raised and the boat ran on the motor the entire time. That took away from the authenticity of the experience.
The crew, however, was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, and I have nothing negative to say about them.
Overall, the trip was okay but not what I expected and felt overpriced for what was delivered. In the future, I would personally choose a smaller-capacity and possibly adults-only option for a more relaxed experience.

Every time I visit TCI, I book this sunset cruise. It’s the best way to see the sunset. Hospitality is amazing and the employees are extremely nice and friendly. The snacks, charcuterie and sushi were delicious. The Turks and caicos brewery island reach beers are a great way to cool down. If you love champers, they serve you unlimited once you’re on. Lady Grace is a beauty and always a good time. Highly recommend this experience.

We were looking forward to a sunset sail.
We arrive 45 minutes prior embarkment at the instructed location, Ritz Hotel. Once there we were told that we would sail from their marina as per the Viator instructions at 4 pm. Then, minutes later we were told it would embark at another location, different marina and had to go with their transport. We got there 20 minutes later with other misguided passengers, at 4:20 pm. Then we did not sailed but engined through a mangrove. The 4-6 trip was a 4:30 to 5:30 trip.
The crew on the ship were friendly and helpful.
I would not recommend this activity as it was not as described and chaotic at best.

Cruise was great. We were met on board with a glass of champagne. Vibes of both guests and crew were uplifting. Hors d'oeuvres were on point. Beautiful views of ocean/ land/ clouds/ sunset. Know that this is a no shoes cruise. They will keep your shoes dry and safe before you board.

Nice greeting with an immediate flute of champagne. Super friendly staff. Alcohol and refill timings were great. Only neg was hors d voures selection was B or B+ but they ran out of most of the food items and didn’t refill

The catamaran was brand new, clean, beautiful and with very friendly crew and captain. The sunset deserved five stars as did the experience. The only reason I am giving four stars is because they forgot to pick us up at our hotel and we almost missed the boat. We had to take a separate taxi to the experience which out hotel graciously paid for.
