Very fun - hosts are lovely and friendly. Do note that you will be traveling on actual roads. You need sunglasses. Lunch was wonderful

Marvin and Nico were AMAZING! I traveled with my husband and two sons (12 and 16) and everyone had a great time! Marvin was hilarious the entire time and made the whole experience fun for everyone. We started with a thorough safety check and review of how to operate the buggies, then were off down the highway to a part of the island with rolling hills, beautiful homes and a salt lake. After stopping briefly at a turnaround, we headed out to the Cheshire Plantation, where a tour guide led us through an old cotton plantation, with limestone ruins.
A quick sampler lunch at Mr. Groupers near Grace Bay was amazing, with conch fritters, sweet plantains, jerk chicken wings, fried fish and fried conch. My husband even bought a big bottle of their hot sauce, which is delicious! From there, we headed along Grace Bay to see all the shops and resorts, before turning left onto the highway and back to our starting point. By the end of the trip, we traveled at least 85% of the island, which was amazing. Overall, I would recommend for families with smaller or bigger children - everyone seemed to have a great time. It was pretty hot in the buggies, but with sunscreen and cold waters provided by Marvin and Nico we were just fine.

Well let me start off by saying the owner/tour guide is extremely patient and reassuring. He took the most feared driver and turned her into a pro. He kept us all laughing, made the whole tour around 85% of the island, interesting and fun. We saw multi million dollar properties all of the islands, and some celebrity owned (I wont disclose who, take the tour to find out). I would give this company 6 stars if I could. Its the only company like it in Turks, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. So if you wanna see most of the island, this is the tour you have to take. Trust me, and youll thank me later.

Be prepared to have a great time! Lots of laughs, amazing views of the island and top it off with a great lunch!

My husband and I had a lot of fun on the Love Buggy tour. It’s a great way to see areas we would’ve missed. Lunch at Mr. Grouper’s was good, and our guide, Nico, always had our safety and enjoyment in mind. I’m giving it 4 stars only because my husband wasn’t able to see some of the recommended sights since he was driving. Since the buggies are supposed to stay close and tight, it wasn’t possible for him to look left or right when the guide pointed out something to look at. Other than that, we both had a lot of fun.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you so much for your feedback and we're happy you had a fun time with us. We recommend that operators take five quick looks at sites they are passing rather than one long look. Once they do that, they will enjoy just the same.

It was super fun! A must do on the island! I had a great time. If you have half a day, book this tour.
Minh_N, Jun 2026
It started with an efficient pickup by Patty at Wymara Resort where we were staying. We did the morning tour. Once we arrived, Marvin and Nico took over with the safety and buggy operation briefing. That took maybe 15 min and then we were off.
First off, Marvin and Nico prioritize safety. They worry about the traffic and directions and all you have to do is follow the buggy in front of you.
Marvin is full of energy, smiles and is a walking good time. Nico is the calmer complement and equally pleasant. Together, the two of them gave us a safe and enjoyable tour. We stopped and got a tour at an old cotton plantation, drove around 3/4 of the island and had a nice lunch at Mr Grouper.
You’ll be in the sun most of the time so bring your sunscreen or wear a long sleeve. The buggies are snug so make sure you like to be close to your passenger.

Super fun way to see the island. The tour guides have so much energy and keep it fun. My buggy was on its last legs. But all 4 of us enjoyed it, drivers and passengers alike.
Jennifer_M, May 2026
These guys have an amazing energy. They keep the trip lively and have you laughing. My son was hungry and they stopped and bought him apples just to make sure he was happy. That’s just amazing service

We did not know what to expect going into this. Honestly when we thought buggy we thought like a dune buggy and we would be driving on the beach. But nope, we actually drove these cute little buggies on the main roads of the Island. The staff were so fun and friendly, especially our tour guide Nico. It was honestly a little scary driving these things along the road especially given how bad drivers are on the island. But Nico knew exactly how to get us to be disciplined on the roadway with these things. The end result is we got to see a lot of the Island and mastering the art of driving on the left side of the road, and even got a nice lunch included. I would say this is definitely one of the must do excursions if you are adventurous and a thrill seeker, but if you are overly cautious or scared of driving on the local roads, this may not be for you. Overall this gets 5 stars for the uniqueness, the friendly staff, and the thrill and would definitely do it again.

Fun, fast paced activity. Nice views, learned many fun facts and had a delicious small meal. Owners and people helping with the tour itself were kind and enthusiastic.
Brandi_S, May 2026
The moderator was extremely friendly and hype. The rain was an issue but they couldn’t control that.
Sandra_W, May 2026
We were a group of 7 women in our 60’s/70’s on a girl’s trip and we were treated so badly by “Marvin” that I honestly thought about just leaving before we even started the tour. He assumed we were idiots and spoke so rude & disrespectful it was terrible. We didn’t get to see the plantation we were promised and “lunch” at Mr Grouper was a joke. Don’t waste your time and money on this as it’s definitely not worth it.
Trish, May 2026
Operators Marvin and Niko were super fun and concerned about our safety. We saw a lot of the island and learned of some of its history. Lunch was good too.
Zshila_A, May 2026
It was very fun & safe. Best lesson to follow the leader & look cute doing it. Marvin & Big Perm were great!
Mark_B, May 2026
Great time, very nice people. Marvin and Niko kept us safe giving great instructions and doing traffic control.
Michelle_A, May 2026
Tons of fun! Martin and Niko were fabulous and tons of fun! You get to see most of the island with info about the island and its history
Sheldon_R, May 2026
Neko was an EXCELLENT tour guide. He focused on our safety while making sure we relaxed and had fun.
Patricia and Marvin were also wonderful to work with. Great communication and customer service.
We enjoyed our experience.
One recommendation: incorporate more scenic stops.
Alexandra_P, Apr 2026
This is 100% a must do if you are staying on this island. Marvin, Patricia and Niko are all awesome people that make the absolute MOST out of your buggy tour. It’s fun, light-hearted and is super safe.
Jessica_L, Apr 2026
We had such an incredible time on this excursion! From start to finish, everything was organized, fun, and felt completely safe. You can really tell this is a family-run business that cares deeply about what they do—the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience extra special.
They fed us top-shelf Caribbean food—seriously some of the best we had on the island, Mr. Groupers was a highlight! And the photos… WOW. Marvin took the most amazing pictures of us! If I had known he was that good, I definitely would have requested even more shots haha.
Thank you for creating such a memorable adventure for us. We felt welcomed, well taken care of, and had so much fun along the way. Hands down the best tour on the island—we’ll absolutely be back!
Patricia! Marvin! Nico! We can’t thank you enough for the overall experience ❤️🙏
May god continue to bless your business.

Marvin and Nico were great made us feel
Safe and excited to be there. The views of the island was so nice and the lunch at Mr groupers was amazing.

Very family friendly!!! We took our 6 year old and he had a blast. Definitely recommend and would do again!!
Kim_N, Apr 2026
This was not good. The guide jumped on our buggy and drove it super fast and scary for my daughter. He liked to hear himself speak forever. Waste of time. Don’t do it.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
During the test run in the yard before we head out, you were distracted and was not keeping up with the bike in front of you. When Marvin walked over to you, you stated that your daughter was scared. Marvin explained to both you and your daughter that you should not worry, he got you and that he will just sit on the side of the buggy with your permission to show you how easy it would be and that you should just relax and trust the process. We also mentioned during the briefing that we will meet each individual where they are at and ensure a safe and fun adventure for all. (This was exactly what happened). By the time Marvin accelerate to go, you shouted out that you don't want to do this and that your daughter is really scared. Marvin explained how we bring smaller kids all the time and they had a blast. You insisted that you're being a mom right now and you would not like to go any further. Marvin then explained that unfortunately the tour is non refundable at such time and you still insisted on not going. Sorry you did not get to experience one of the most fun adventures here in paradise.

Great excursion to see the bulk of the island. The guides are great and they make sure that everyone is safe and having fun. A ton of laughters while traveling around the island.
Janna_F, Mar 2026
We did not enjoy this activity. The guide/owner talked really loudly and a LOT during the driving. It was constant noise in your ears (coming through to each car). The cars were fun to drive for a little bit but that wears off quickly and then it’s just noise. He also started with a lot of political “jokes” which were not necessary and annoying for those trying to escape reality. Anyway, not one we would repeat or recommend.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Totally understand that our tour was not for you, and that's ok.
We pride ourselves to provide a fun, safe, cultural and informative tour with good vibes in mind. Hence, we mentioned during the briefing that you were at the comedy show and comedians do make funny jokes in all aspects, this particular joke is just one of them. We meant no harm or offence. Its GOOD VIBES ONLY!!!
SHANE_J, Mar 2026
Great experience. Tour guides were awesome and the buggy’s are fun to drive. Beautiful scenery. Well worth the cost.
Nancy_M, Mar 2026
I expected a fun, relatively carefree drive and tour of the island’s highlights. We are two competent normal Canadians in our 40’s with two teenagers. Despite the bus driver and then owner/main tour operator and co-captain being nice and professional, entertaining, etc., we quickly realized the tour is about at least an hour of instruction and drive practice of the buggies. They don’t do a great job vetting who can join this excursion, so instead, if you have people who aren’t super comfortable with the speed and instructions they give on how to ride in a formation, the tour quickly takes on a vibe of safety protocol, drive advice and being reprimanded for not keeping pace (not us but a few people in our overall tour group). The owner has a speaker in every buggy so the whole tour is him quite frankly barking and almost yelling on how to drive which is super annoying because it’s constant, and literally no words ever on scenery or sites we pass.
Just to be clear we weren’t the problem so this isn’t a resentful post, just our experience.
They bring you on the highway - our group had one car cut into our line of buggies. The tour owner got upset with that car and had words with that driver, only to later berate and question the buggy driver on how well she braked given a minor scuff on the front of her buggy from that event. I felt very bad for them, given it was a scary event and quite frankly he should just be glad no one got hurt. He comes across as a bit of an ego-maniac.
I think they need to remember the tour is advertised as a fun way to learn the island. Literally the only stop was the Plantation (quite crumbled to nothing) and one stop many meters away from Prince’s ex-mansion.
He spends tons of time saying things in 6-8 sentences that should take one. And please stop making the whole group suffer for 1-2 buggies who aren’t as adventurous. If it’s that unsafe or tricky, maybe the tour shouldn’t be that many buggies, or shouldn’t go on a highway. Make it more chill or have two separate tours. And stop lecturing. We are paying customers, adults, rule-followers, respectful and don’t need to be lectured to like children.
I feel bad writing this because I love TCI and have had so many positive experiences on the island. I’m sure the owner means well but advertising appropriately and remembering a group shouldn’t suffer for older individuals joining should be key.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Our goal is always to provide a fun, safe, and memorable tour for every guest. During the safety briefing, we emphasize that the best way to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment is by following the guide’s instructions, keeping pace with the rider ahead, and staying together as a group. When this doesn’t happen, we sometimes have to shift our focus from entertainment to safety reminders, which can impact the overall experience.
We regularly host guests with little to no riding experience, and many of them still have an amazing time by staying positive and following the guidance provided.
Unfortunately, this particular tour was more challenging than usual, as some participants chose not to follow the instructions, making it difficult to maintain the smooth and fun flow we aim for.
Regarding the situation you mentioned, our guide only raised his voice after several attempts to regain the group’s attention, strictly out of concern for everyone’s safety. It was never intended to come across negatively.
For over six years, we’ve taken great pride in delivering safe and enjoyable experiences, and feedback like yours helps us continue to improve.
We sincerely regret that this tour did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

What a great way to see the island for all ages!! Just pack your fun and some sunblock. We got more than we expected!! Marvin and Nico were incredible tour guides with more energy than a 3-year-old! We were hesitant to rent a car because we're not used to driving on the left side so this was the next best thing!! We got to see parts of the island we never would've seen and we got to zip around in these cute motorbikes/mini cars with the top down. The guys were very good at making sure we were safe and then - at the end we got to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Oh and the cherry on top was Patricia came to our hotel to get us in the morning!! Highly, highly recommend!! You will never meet anyone who works as hard as Marvin to make sure you have a blast!
AmyB_L, Mar 2026
Don’t miss it! Marvin and Nikko were fun and engaging and made the day a blast as well as instructive. Most importantly, they kept us safe as we motored around the island like a bunch of ducklings behind momma duck. Lunch was a nice break with good food at Mr Grouper and the visit to the plantation was an instructional glimpse into Turks and Caicos history. Not to be missed are the many, multi-million dollar estates we passed along the way and some of the stories behind some of the famous people that owned them. All in all, a great way to get a feel for the island and its people. Don’t miss it!
