This tour was not only fun, exploring many beautiful areas in Prague, it had a ton of information about the history of the plague. I learned way more than I expected. The guide, David, was extremely well prepared and articulate. I’d recommend anyone in Prague to visit this tour if you’re interested in pandemics and epidemics or if you just want to have a fun night exploring new places.

We did the tour with Thomas and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thomas was personable, funny and full of knowledge about the plague and Prague history in general. We were looking for a short walking tour to help us recover from jet lag and this was perfect!

Maria was a fabulous tour guide. Her weaving on medieval history and the development of modern medicine was a great way to see another side of Pragues history. The tour was lighthearted and funny and a great way to spend an evening. I highly recommend the tour for people interested fun, unique storytelling.

This tour was absolutely amazing!! Aside from learning more about this interesting topic, we were able to pass by a lot of notable Prague landmarks right at sunset. It was such a beautiful evening stroll packed full of riveting trivia. Maria was super personable, engaging, and knowledgeable about the topic. She had a great sense of humor! We had a few kids on our tour, and she went out of her way to make them feel included, which I thought was so sweet. Maria is definitely one of the best tour guides I've ever had! She even let us take photos with her in her plague doctor costume at the end. I highly recommend booking this tour during your stay in Prague.

Marie was enthusiastic, informative and engaging throughout our tour. She was very knowledgeable about the Plague, the history behind the causes and how the population dealt with the problem. Although the subject was about a sad time in history Marie kept the tour intriguing and fun with some props and group questions. This tour was a unique way to see some parts of Prague that might not be include on other tours. I definitely recommend it!

Maria was excellent. We knew nothing about the plague but we left like experts. Maria took us to places off the normal tourist trail. Wonderful guide, very friendly and informative.

Really enjoyed the experience. Creepy in the best way, but also really interesting and fun. The stories were both spooky and funny, while also giving a lot of historical detail about the Black Death and old medical practices. Recommended!

David was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and very good at presenting his material. He and his fellow tour guides have done a lot of research and have talked to bacteriologists and epidemics doctors to find out a lot of information. He was funny also. Very enjoyable

We take walking or riding tours in almost every place we visit and this was, hands down, one of the very best we’ve done. Extremely interesting and informative. Funny without being corny. Our teens enjoyed it a lot and it is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Would recommend to absolutely anyone traveling to Prague. David was wonderful!

We were only looking for some cheesy fun when we booked this tour. However, this tour is based off many years of research to give you an accurate potrayal of the plague and experience of the plague doctors. The tour was kept fun and light hearted for great entertainment. Our family has 5,12 and 16 kids all enjoyed the tour as well as us adults. I’d recommend this as a must do evening tour.

Pleasurable walk round the streets of Prague, not too taxing. Informative and a good laugh. Thomas our guide was funny and entertaining.
This was a fun tour with Thomas! Interesting and informative as well. Would highly recommend this tour.
The Plague Doctor was a fantastic and fun tour. Oscar shared such knowledge of the plague with history, humor and excitement. Our teenagers loved it too!
Our tourguide was Thomas and he did a really good job making us feel like we are actually in this time. It was a super fun experience: )
