Perfect boat day in Positano

We had the absolute best time. The boat was a perfect size for a private ride and we had a very knowledgeable driver. He dropped us for lunch and to enjoy the town of Nerano for a few hours. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Trip got canceled last minute !

We showed up in the morning to the check in stand and the lady told me our boat was broken and they canceled our tour . I didn’t get any cancelar email . They didn’t care to tell us ahead of time or try to find us another boat . I planned this try to positano a while back and we were super excited to spend all day in our private boat to be able to see the Amalfi cost . Very disappointed and frustrated with the boat company and Viator for not giving us another option

Your last minute cancellation was due to a technical failure shortly before departure. For the safety of our guests and captains we prefer to cancel the tour and intervene immediately with the repair of the vehicle. We proposed a boat change according to our availability of the day ... but you didn’t want to pay the difference due for higher boats and for a private tour and therefore no way was found to guarantee your boat change. However, you were immediately reimbursed. We couldn't do more ... unfortunately a technical failure can happen and for us safety comes before business.
