The tour itself ad information was second to none - could not fault it in any way. Was just about the right amount of time (but my gawd, its a bit of a workout for the hips and thighs due to the seat design). No need for water proofs etc, its not a fast speedboat style ride, more of a leisurely paced cruise. Lots of interesting facts pointed out along the way, and the tour guide was exceptional with translating.
The only small issue we had, was despite reaching out to the guide asking about whether they would pick us up (it says local transfers available), no one got back to us. We didn't book it until the day before, and was later in the afternoon, so maybe they didnt have time to get back to us? As it happens, was only a quick uber driver away so not a major problem.
Would certainly recommend. I went with 2 kids (8 and 10) and they loved it.

Beautiful sites. Good way to experience the caves and coastline. It was crowded on the boat and if you are not on the edge you cannot get pictures that do not have people in them.

Well it seems we booked with Seadventure but they ended up meeting us (departure 11am), driving us to another marina, we waited there until almost noon then went with another boat operator - Royal Nautic . The actual tour, skipper and captain were fantastic but just chaotic for the first hour.

Never made it to the excursion because our ship was not able to dock at the port of Portimao. I wrotw twice to thw tour operator but never received a response. Would love to be reimbursed since the situation was out of our control.

The tour guide and boat driver were fantastic. It was a windy day with rough sea conditions and it made all the difference to be doing the tour in a Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB), much safer.

Awesome! The guide and driver were super cool. We got a great ride from our hotel to the boat. Mega friendly.
The tour itself was super! A bunch of the coolest caves EVER with great explanations in great detail but just enough.
World recommend these guys to everyone! I’d go again next year easy.

Only comment I have is that the seats were not comfortable at all and some seats were too tight which I refused to sit on since it would have bothered my experience. Other couple took those seats and they were also bothered. The rest of the experience was amazing! Pedro and Gabriel were also great, very informative and extremely clear in communication!

This trip was a highlight of our holiday. We had a great guide who was both informative and entertaining. He seemed genuinely interested in making our trip a great one. The boat was small enough to get right inside the caves so had wonderful views. Would highly recommend.

The tour was wonderful and our guide Tiago was amazing about explaining everything clearly, and taking family photos for us. The guides were excellent and the tour itself was top notch. No complaints and this excursion is a must do in Portimao. We enjoyed the boat ride, sites, explanations, and ability to travel inside the caves.
I am rating it lower for a disorganized company in terms of service. We bought our tickets which said "pickup included" from your local Portimao hotel. This was clearly stated on the Viator website and confirmation screen. It had a link to click to contact the company once your tickets were purchased in order to arrange for the transportation.
I messaged the company multiple times, and even called the day before and no response. Finally when they picked up their phone, Seaventure informed me that this is a misprint, and they do not provide any transportation. This would not be possible and we would have to take an Uber or Bolt. This is all happening the day before the tour. I was quite disappointed to experience this type of misleading advertising.
We arrived at the dock at 8:45 am for the 9 am tour, as we were instructed. Nobody from Seaventure showed up until 9:10 am, while the other boats using Vasco De Gama dock were there on time and well-organized to get their passengers loaded and take off.

Great 1/2 day adventure and perfect way to see the caves and Algarve area from the water. Their boat was better and less bouncy than a regular boat. Crew of two were professional, friendly and informative. They always made sure we were having fun. I highly recommend this tour and comparing, Sea Adventures, if you are in the area.

We had difficulty finding the tour operator site. Nothing is marked. There is another tour operator with a booth set up. When we arrived, we were told by the other tour operator that "SeaAdventure" had been there, but left. We emailed the tour operator, as directed on the ticket, and never got a response. We ended up going with the other tour operator. Avoid SeaAdventure at all costs unless you want to lose money.

We had a great experience on this excellent trip. It was wonderful to see some of the beaches, trails and boardwalks from the ocean that we previously experienced on land. The cliffs and caves you cannot see from land were just beautiful. Rita and Vasco are great trip leaders and would highly recommend them!

The caves were amazing to see and I’m glad I went but the rest of the experience I could’ve done without. We were packed on the boat like sardines I could barely move my legs I had a leg cramp by the time I got back. also if you’re going to do this in the spring make sure you wear a warm jacket. Be prepared to be cramped and to get wet!

The type of boats we use is specially selected for the conditions in which we work. These are boats of the size that allow you to enter the caves and at the same time are as most comfortable as possible. That´s why you can´t expect the conditions that you have on a ferry or a yacht. All the professional companies that operate the cave tour with the entry inside the caves use this kind of boats. There are also the companies that operate the cost tour which means they just approach to the most of the caves and enter to the 2-3 biggest ones - in this situation they can allow themselves to have bigger and obviously more comfortable boats that take more passangers. Perhaps you should have decided to take this kind of tour. Our spaciality is the cave tour what we highlight in the description of what we offer.
In the spring the waves are usually little big higher as the wind is strong and it happens that you can get little bit wet, which rarely happens in the summer.
