A really good trip if you don‘t want to spend all day. Enjoyed sceneries, but it would have been nice if the crew would have given more background info. Overall well worth the money and the time.

The tour contracted was “ BENAGIL CAVE TOUR” with company - Seadolphins Algarve- and they forced us “acommodate ”to take this tour also a with a dolphins tour, the main tour in the Benagil cave had a duration of aprox 3-5 minutes, incredible!

Een mooie tocht langs de rotsformaties, er wordt veel bij verteld. Ook ga je vrij ver de grotten in zodat je zoveel mogelijk kan zien.

Un paysage époustouflant, des grottes superbes et un guide plein d'humour. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir avec cette excursion en zodiac et ne pouvons que la recommander. Franchement, cela vaut les 30€.

PASSEIO NÃO REALIZADO - SEM REEMBOLSO

Bom dia. Gostaria de deixar bem claro o que aconteceu. Cheguei em Portugal e tive problemas com o carro alugado. Por esse motivo iria chegar atrasada para este passeio. Eu mesma consegui fazer uma ligação diretamente do Hotel IBIS de Setúbal para eles ainda pela manhã - horas antes do passeio - e perguntei se poderia fazer o passeio as 16horas. Me foi respondido que eles estavam tentando me ligar para dizer que o passeio das 14hs não seria concluído por má condição do tempo e que eu poderia chegar a Marina de Portimão para tentar fazer o passeio das 16hs (se o tempo estivesse favorável). Cheguei às 15:20hs e o passeio não foi feito por má condição do tempo. Gostaria que eles provassem que esse passeio para Benagil, das 14hs, e das 16hs, saiu da Marina de Portimão no dia 27 de junho de 2019. NÃO SAIU, SEGUNDO ELES, POR MÁ CONDIÇÃO DO TEMPO!!! OUTRAS EMPRESAS ESTAVAM FAZENDO O PASSEIO E EU CHEGUEI A QUESTIONAR O MOTIVO, SENDO RESPONDIDO QUE ELES PREZAVAM PELA SEGURANÇA. Eles queriam agendar para o dia seguinte, porém como eu estava hospedada na Praia da Luz eu me recusei a aceitar porque ficava longe. Então a moça que estava no atendimento na quinta-feira, 27 de junho de 2019, por volta das 15:30hs (NÃO ME RECORDO O NOME), me garantiu que o dinheiro seria devolvido porque o passeio não fora realizado por má condição do tempo. Foi exatamente isso que ocorreu E ME SURPREENDEU MUITO NÃO TEREM FEITO O REEMBOLSO PROMETIDO. Lamento que tenham empresas mentirosas contratadas pela VIATOR. Fica um prejuízo para sua confiabilidade.
