It was great! Fred our tour guide was wonderful. We saw caves, swam, and learned a ton. I would highly recommend this tour. I’m claustrophobic and I didn’t have any Trouble with the caves. The waves were totally manageable. All family members will enjoy this tour.

What a wonderful way to see the caves. The early start was perfect in the cooler air and we were first in the caves before the mad rush from tour boats. This company takes safety first and we seemed to be the only tour group with helmets for the caves.

Caves w Brotherootz..sup was a great experience. Poor weather, they postponed our group, but it was worth the wait. Bruno was informative and helpful. We had an amazing time. My kids are 12 & 13, and were troopers paddling against the wind. Bruno shared info about the sandstone, formation, and region. Took breaks appropriately so the other boat w adults that was paddling in circles could keep up. The caves were amazing and we have wonderful memories. Bruno took pics of our group and shared them, so we didn’t have to worry about dropping our camera/phones in the drink.

The tour and our guide Poco were excellent. The caves are amazing and this is excellent. The communication on where to meet was a little challenging b/c we ordered a Bolt to the listed location but were dropped off very far away. B/c we were running late for reasons on our end we had sprint down to the beach and back up the stairs to the correct location. It caused a challenging morning to be much more so.

This meeting point is included in the booking confirmation, e-ticket, and pre-tour email to help guests arrive as smoothly as possible. As well, there is free parking for our guests that drive to us.

Carvoeiro and Benagil Caves may have been the highlight of our entire vacation. Absolutely beautiful day and wonderful guide (Paco?) who spoke perfect English and led us to five caverns, the last of which was a secluded beach and good half-hour rest stop. Kayaking was easy, water was perfect. Meeting point was easy to find. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant in town. And they will take group photos and email them to you.

We had a fantastic experience exploring the Benagil caves by kayak. The scenery was breathtaking, and the tour was well organised from start to finish. A special mention to our instructor, Pancho, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and confident on the water. He shared interesting facts about the caves and ensured the whole group had a great time. Pedro and his team were amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. This was our first time Kayaking and we felt like pros with their guidance and assistance. Such a cool and different experience. Kayaking was fun and the scenery was amazing. Getting to kayak into the caves was so cool and learning about the geology and ecosystem was interesting. The paddle back was tough cause the wind changed but still very fun!

This was an incredible experience! The Algarve is so beautiful and it was cool to see it all from the water. Better yet is that you can go in and out of the caves in the kayaks. Everyone (kids 14-22 and mom) had a great time!

I had so much fun and fantastic photos. You do not need to bring your camera or phone because the guides will take pics for you and send them the same day. I was with my 6-year-old kid on the kayak, and he had so much fun. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you, again for the great experience.

If you care very much about instagram photos this tour is for you. For me there was to much posing, smiling, taking photos. I would rather like to concentrate on tour activities and nature around.

What an incredible experience! We did the 6:30 am sunrise kayak tour to the Benagil cave and it was nothing short of spectacular! The early morning ocean was calm with the beautiful sunlight on the cliffs and caves. We were able to tour several beautiful caves before going to see the Benagil cave, which we had all to ourselves thanks to the early morning time slot. We were able to take it all in and also grab some lovely photos as there were no other tour groups or big boats. Our tour guide Egas was very knowledgable and skilled, teaching us about the caves and the region throughout the tour and also took great photos of us to capture the wonderful memories! This tour is truly the best way to explore the Benagil cave, along with other areas of the Algarve coast line, I highly recommend taking this tour from Brotherootz!

We took this tour with our teenagers and it was amazing! Pedro our guide was so knowledgeable and we felt very safe. We were the only kayakers wearing helmets which we needed when we paddled into a small opening in a cave, we felt this tour ranked safest of all the tours we saw! It was a once in a lifetime trip and must do with this crew!

My husband and I wanted to add some adventure to our honeymoon and kayaking on the algarve coast sounded perfect. We had an amazing time being guided by Poco. He taught us so much about the alagarve benegal, various caves, sea/wild life and history. He guided us safely and made sure we all worked as a team. I would recommended this to anyone! We booked this through Viator while on a Norwegian cruise because of the time it was offered (12:30 pm). We are a family of 4, ages 55, 54, 21, and 19. The tour was fantastic! Everyone working went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Our guide, Caio, did a great job leading us and presenting a lot of the history of not only the caves, but the entire region as well. My family was thrilled with the experience. The caves were great, the water calm, and the views were unbelievable. You do not have to be in great shape to enjoy this adventure, but you do have to navigate many steps from the meeting point down to the beach. The only thing you should know is that if you are on a cruise docking in portimao, it is half an hour away from where this tour begins. We paid about $35 euros each way for taxi transportation. Waterproof bags are provided. I do suggest bringing towels and water. Thank you Brotherootz for providing my family with memories that will last us a lifetime!

We visited the famous Benagil Cave along with several other stunning caves and rock formations that showcased the natural beauty of the Algarve. Seeing these places from the water was truly unique and unforgettable.

This was a fabulous kayak adventure. Be sure to put the exact directions they provide into your maps. There are no bathrooms at the location. They provide dry bags and take great photos which you can download at no charge. Awesome experience paddling. We took the 11:00 tour. Breeze kept us cool. Guide offered great tips for lunch spot and beach time after.

Amazing tour! Lots of beautiful caves and coast was explored. Bruno was an excellent guide, fun but helping us feel safe when exploring the small caves. Well organised, broken into groups of 6 kayaks max, so didn't feel overcrowded. The photos were great too, a nice bonus.
