It was great! Fred our tour guide was wonderful. We saw caves, swam, and learned a ton. I would highly recommend this tour. I’m claustrophobic and I didn’t have any Trouble with the caves. The waves were totally manageable. All family members will enjoy this tour.

This is the best way to see the coastline! Great guides who are a lot of fun. Never kayaked before, and it was very easy.
Super activity. Well organised, safe and fun. Thoroughly recommended. No experience necessary, the kayaks are easy to paddle but would suggest a reasonable level of fitness.
Alexi our tour guide was ahhhmazing. Would highly recommend this trip. Great views. There were 9 of us and one had to go solo alexi made me comfortable enough to do.

I originally booked SUP for 6:30am. However around 1pm the day before I was informed we couldn’t go because of the tide. Unfortunately we had to take time out of our vacation to pivot at the last minute since we couldn’t do the later time for SUP. We did end up booking the 4pm kayaks. Our guide and all the people at the beach for this company were great. They were super nice and helpful. The only reason for the 4 is due to not being able to do SUP at sunrise. Also, we got motion sickness from the kayaks.
Terrific, not-too-strenuous paddle out to some beautiful caves, rock formations, with a terrific surfer-vibe guide with knowledge and humor all rolled into one. Cold water that became refreshing as the trip continued. We were INSIDE caves where boats cannot go.
Overall, this tour was very well conducted and it was clear that safety was their priority. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best fit for us and we turned back about halfway through the experience because of sea sickness. Even in the first tour of the day, it’s the ocean and it moves. Especially when inside the caves, the waves come crashing in. Our guide Miguel was incredibly supportive and reassuring. When we informed him we would need to head back after the Benagil cave, he made sure to call back to inform the crew on the beach. On our paddle back, we saw another tour group and the guide also ensured we were okay and confirmed that we told Miguel and that someone was expecting us at the beach. No regrets, it was very cool to see the sunrise and we still got to experience an hour of exploring by water and saw the iconic Benagil cave.

This experience was truly amazing! Caio was our guide and he was awesome! He knew so much about the caves and was able to take so many awesome pictures of everyone in the group including individual and group photos. We got to go inside a bunch of caves which was the coolest part. Would do this again 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience! Among the 10 tours we did on our 2 week trip to Spain & Portugal, this was probably the single greatest highlight. So peaceful and serene at sunrise, we were the only group out on the water at that time. We were fortunate that the weather cooperated and we experienced a beautiful sunrise visiting numerous caves, Benagil among them. Could not ask for a better guide in Bruno. Such a great host, he made the experience all the more enjoyable. My family is still raving about this tour 10 days later. Highly recommended. Muito obrigado, Bruno!

So pleased we booked this trip! I was dubious at first as I’m quite claustrophobic but I had absolutely nothing to worry about! We initially booked the 4.30pm tour, but was asked to change to the 2.30pm booking instead which we were happy to do. I asked if the sea would be busier at that time and was told between 11am and 1pm was the busiest time. There were a few boats out at the same time as us but the beauty of the kayaking tour is you can get inside the caves, closer than any of the boat tours. The group was small - only four kayaks with two people to a kayak which was another pull of booking with this company. We saw one kayaking group with at least 8 kayaks out at once. Our guide was brilliant - he took so many photos of us all, including family ones of the four of us, and he spoke about the history of the caves etc. The trek back was a little harder than on the way out as the current was going against us but it was a good workout! That being said though, we’re not a family of gym bunnies and didn’t find the kayaking to be strenuous. If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, definitely book it - you won’t regret it!!

What an incredible experience! I am not a water sport enthusiast and I never kayaked. Our guide Miguel made sure to provide simple instructions and led us to visit spectacular caves land beaches. The views from the water are unforgettable. We had an 8:30 am tour which is recommend to avoid crowds and water traffic.
This is brilliant! The trip is outstanding and breathtaking with its amazing beautiful views. Even though it is very tiring, it is worth it. My teenagers who hate everything even throughly enjoyed it. Their staff there, especially Bruno, are all very welcoming and knowledgable. Give it a go!

This was such a beautiful place to explore! As soon as we saw the view we were in awe. Pedro, our guide, had such a calming presence and was incredibly knowledgeable. He really made the experience a better one! Thank you to the team for making the tour such a good one. Highly recommend.
Great way to see the caves! Better experience compared to the boat rides since we get much closer and what feels like a more private experience. Tour guides were also amazing, and they provided all the necessary additional services like providing a dry bag, taking personal photos, and all the equipment.
Our guide taught us so much about the landscape and coached beginner paddlers how to paddle. It was such a fun experience!

Great experience, our guide was Miguel he was amazing explaining the caves and history behind it all. We did the kayak tour the 8:30 AM session it was worth it. Not a lot of boats in the water at that time and can see more as the current was not choppy. My family and I love every minute of it and if you go check them out and I hope you have Miguel as your guide :)

We were a little cild with the early start, but it was amazing and not cold at all after we got going. Definately recommend it and the early start before all the crowds.
This tour operator, and the guides and staff are beyond exceptional! Fun, kind, informative, safe - we had the best time!! We saw the other large boats and huge kayak groups and somehow these guys make it a very personal and chill experience even in all the chaos that is the bengil cave. They had great recommendations and were so helpful after the tour as well. Truly and exceptional experience - thank you!!!
