Not exactly skip the queue on all 3. Not air-conditioning coach as mentioned but a very old 2nd hand hop on hop off bus with no air conditioning. No human tour guide but app version audio guide.
Enjoyed the Eiffel Tower portion & the river cruise. Bus tour was to start near the tower at 10 which meant finding a taxi at 11 back to hotel by midnight so we skipped it. The meeting point was near impossible to find & everyone was late to tour. Finally met guide with tickets by tower entrance an hour late. There really was no guide just tickets for the 3 events. The no guide part was not clear to us when we booked tour.
No live guide- had to scan a qr code and use our phone. None if our group could get the guide to work. Extremely disappointed
Not worth the price. Would have been one-third of Viator’s price had we booked the “guided” tour separately as it really wasn’t a guided tour but an employed person showing us the route to take.
We were not given a guided tour but only led to where we were to go on the Eiffel Tower, take the bus and the boat. Waiting in long lines was not what we had paid for and taking an old city bus on wodden benches, in the heat with no audio system working. Taking the boat on the Seine was again a very long and hot wait in line to again no audio. Terribly disappointed with the whole experience and would NOT RECOMMEND your company to my worst enemy.

Regarding the queues, please note that any delays at the monument are not under our control, as they depend on the venue itself. As for the boat, we regret the waiting time and the heat you experienced, but unfortunately this is also beyond our control, especially the weather conditions.

The tour was sold as a 4-hour guided experience that included:
Eiffel Tower visit
Sightseeing/bus tour of Paris
Seine River cruise
However, when we arrived at the meeting point, the guide only handed us Eiffel Tower tickets and separate cruise tickets. When I specifically asked about the advertised bus/sightseeing portion of the tour, the guide informed me that he “did not know about it,” that it was not part of his tour, and that if we wanted the bus tour we would need to do it the following day and contact Viator directly.
As a result, we did not receive the 4-hour guided sightseeing experience that was advertised and purchased. There was no guided city tour provided. The experience was essentially just ticket distribution for separate attractions rather than the comprehensive tour described in the listing.
The listing is misleading because it presents the experience as an organized 4-hour combined tour, when in reality we were simply given tickets to use independently.

Very poorly organized mostly directed to a Spanish audience even though the guide did what he could to also repeat information in English for us & was available briefly on the Eiffel Tower’s second level, shortly thereafter he just disappeared unexpectedly. On the bus ride portion we only had unreliable audio if we had working internet on our mobile phones. The timing of that speaking didn’t always match where we were located. Also the windows in the bus were filthy dirty leaving many of our photos marred by dirt and a VERY LARGE bird poop!! The other passengers were also talking quite loudly despite our requests that they be quiet as they were preventing us from clearly hearing the audio when it did work. The boat ride along the Seine was relatively nice & informative but again somewhat compromised by a less than perfect audio system. We even had to sit & wait for 10 minutes on the bus to accommodate another group who were being picked up toward the end of the tour delaying our trip to the boat ride. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR TO ANYONE!!

TBH- I didn't look at tour description clearly. Entrance to tower is timed, then you're on your own. We did this the day we arrived so that by the time we were done with the tower, we were too tired for cruise or bus tour. We were able to use ticket need morning for cruise. It was OK. I was not able to pair my phone with the audio commentary. Boat went as far as Notre Dame before turning around. I never utilized bus segment.

The worst experience I have ever had. I didn't know that a customer could be treated so horribly. We stood in the rain at the meeting point only to find out the the tour was cancelled and only after receiving a 100th confirmation. I'm in a foreign country, relying on resources on my own (they don't pick up), trying to communicate, and spending money needlessly. If I could ive zero stars, I WOULD!!

This 'tour' was nothing more than 3 separate activities that were in no way coordinated to be offered within the 4 hour window. We were given the tickets for eiffel tower and river cruise but we told that the bus tour would not be available until 4 hours later, well outside the timeframe we had planned for, so were not able to go. The guides did not offer anything more than the tickets and escort to the tower. This experience does not accurately describe what you get. When I contacted viator to request a refund, they indicated they would look into this. A couple of hours later they responded that a refund would not be issued and declined to indicate why. This was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. Absolutely not recommended.

The meeting spot was fairly easy to find. The two young ladies checking us in were very disorganized, but we were finally all checked in. They led us over to the entry point for the Eiffel Tower and went through security with us and got us to the elevators, and that was the end of their assistance. We came back to the meeting point as instructed so we could catch the city tour portion. We had been told by the 2 young ladies that checked us in that the city tour would be at 2 o’clock. We were early, so we walked across the street and had lunch and came back at 1:45 and the new lady said no there was no 2 o’clock city tour, the next one was at four. We then had to find our way to the river cruise to fill the gap and come back at four for the city tour. We totally missed the city tour so this combination ticket was pretty worthless. We could’ve booked each event individually and at least organized our time better.

This tour was not what we expected of Viator. The Eiffel Tower guide was nice but not very knowledgeable on the history of the tower. She then said she would wait for our group while we went to the third floor of the tower but she disappeared and left us on the 2nd floor. The bus tour was worse. Broken bus door, homeless sleeping on the bus downstairs, dirty seats, dirty windows up the top that impeded taking photos. App was not reliable. Guide was inaudible announcing the locations. The traffic was terrible so there was not enough time to do the boat ride in one day as expected. We hopped off the bus early because it was so bad. No one was using the app it was so bad. Boat ride today was better thankfully.
Not worth the $465 we paid.

You are basically on your own. We booked the Eiffel Tower/Seine River Cruise/Bus Tour through Viator, thinking we would have guided tours. Instead, we met near the Tower, where the Paris City Vision “guide” gave us tickets for the river cruise. Cruises leave every half hour and are audio guided. We were given a QR code to access this, but it didn’t work. We were then supposed to come back for the bus tour. She led us to the Tower and gave us tickets, and left. There was a very long line getting up to the Tower. We were so late getting to the Tower that we did not have time to do both the cruise and bus tour. (Our tour started at 6:15, and the last bus tour started at 10.) We should not have been able to book a tour that late since it is nearly impossible to complete all three events in the limited amount of time. We walked to the river and the line for the cruise was so long. Our tickets just got us a spot in a very long line. When we finally got on the bus, the “guide” pointed out to Arc de Triomphe, the opera house, and Moulin Rouge. Otherwise he hardly said a word about what we were passing, even though there were some very impressive appearing buildings. In addition, when he did talk, most of the time his microphone didn’t work so we could not hear him anyway. We were told we could return the next day for the river cruise but we were leaving town the next morning. So very disappointed. Thought we would get guided tours by a real guide and that we would be able to complete all 3 activities that we paid for. Technical difficulties with the QR code and the microphone on the bus very frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I WOULD.
It was great to skip the line to get to the top of the Eiffel Tower!! It was difficult finding the meeting spot. The tour was great however, it all seemed like something you could feasibly do yourself. There wasn’t that much extra information of the history from the guide. It was more of an entry ticket/line skip and boat ride.

The company Viator booked with was awful. They gave wrong meeting place information twice and I missed the tour as a result even though I show up early. Called them on the phone and they told me. I need to call the what app number which is the exact number she answered the phone on. They tried to send picture of a place then erase the what’s app message to cover their second mistake. Will be asking for my money back as they were completely unorganized and incompetent they are Paris City Vision. I never had a problem with Viator until now. I am hoping Viator will issue me a refund as the tour company Paris.city vision’s incompetence lead to me missing what I paid for. I will update again once I see how they will resolve this.

We booked thinking it's a tour from start to finish. You are assembled to collect tickets and left to tour the tower on your own and the 4hour is not for one activity after the other.
Once you are done with the tower in your own time. No guide to explain to you the history etc. You then decide whether to go on cruise that day or another day. You also decide whether to go on bus tour that day or another day.
The booking for us was 11:15am and the bus tour starts everyday at 16:30pm.
A lot of things not communicated well.
The cruise was nice, even the bus tour. Just the communication could have been better.
Matthieu was very knowledgeable, and had such impressive multi-lingual skills.
Our bus tour route was excellent--comprehensive--and the audio-guide information was funny and educational, though it was inconvenient for those without a charged-up smart-phone (I had to share my wife's headphones in order for us both to experience the narration).
The boat cruise was a lot of fun.
The Eiffel Tower was beautiful but not enough time to look around before we had to get to the city tour.
The city tour was disappointing. The audio didn’t work properly.
Thank heavens we got the pickets for the cruise which we can use any day.
Considering we left London on the 7am train, arrived Paris 10:30 and a return trip from Paris at 7pm we really didn’t have time to do Eiffel Tower correctly , city bus tour and boat ride. Allow a full day. Too much to do considering crowds when needed to return to train in a timely fashion.
Misleading, at the price i paid and description, i was lead to believe i was booking my wife on an organised tour. I could have taken her myself and saved a fortune

This was a great way to see all three. Our time at the tower was 3 hrs which was too long for us. The city tour was good and the river cruise we did the next day in daylight. The Eiffel Tower at night was breathtaking!!
When I bought the tickets it said that I could buy the ticket to the top of the tower. When I asked the guide he told me that I could not. When we were on the 2nd floor I was told by security that I could buy it but downstairs. Then the city tour in the bus was not pleasant because there was no internet connection and therefore we could not hear anything. The walk to the Seine was very good.
Was 3 separate tours. Tour started at 6:15pm but couldn’t do all three tours that we paid for. City Bus tour was horrifically bad. Very dark outside could not see anything. Very dirty bus! Couldn’t take pictures as bus never stopped and windows were filthy! Never got on river cruise. The Eiffel Tower was fine. Was no tour. Better to purchase your own tickets and save money! The whole night was a rip off and poorly run!
