Beatrice was a wonderful guide. Gave us just the right amount of information. She contacted us ahead of time & gave us a good tip to find her in a busy area. There's so much to see & felt that she covered some really interesting areas of the Louvre, esp about what was uncovered in the lower levels. Great pace & really knew her information. Also challenged us to see things from other sides of the sculptures, paintings etc. Been on a lot of tours & would recommend Beatrice as a guide.

We were lucky to have a private tour with two lovely guides. They were very good at giving us all the interesting details and stories and keeping us and our two teenage kids engaged.

The guide not turn up at all. We arrived at the location meeting point 15min early and waited 30min after the meeting time.
There was no guide.
We tried to call the number emailed to us but there was no answer.
Also we can’t contact Viator to make a complaint or get a refund.

We waited in the rain for a guide, 20 minutes and after calling to ask the operator had to call me back while she tried to find the guide. Ten more minutes in the rain and there was no guide… she cancelled and said she would refund. No refund as yet.

Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Our guide told us we were her first tour ever and she had zero knowledge about notre dame. When we asked questions she couldn’t answer with any information and often times gave us incorrect information like telling us women can become cardinals and bishops, which is not true in the Catholic Church. We were told we’d have an experienced guide and we did not get that. We are requesting a full refund. We paid $232 for nothing but walk through the church. We could have done that in our own for free!

Our tour guide never showed up. We tried to get a refund and no one will answer. We were in Paris and never got to see Notre Dame. Once your tour is over, no one will contact you.

Hi mam . We are sorry for your experience but it was not our fault. We showed up for the tour it went through and you where late and missed the tour now you want a refund. We have proof of us having a tour with the other guest . We contacted you which we have proof of but you did not respond and later you are asking us for a full refund and threading us with a bad review which is not fair to us . We are a young company who takes ownership of its mistakes. We refund our guests when we are at fault and when der can’t make it

Although the entrance was free for everyone, we paid 90 pounds for Viator because it said it would eliminate the queue, you wouldn't have to queue at all and you have a guide, which we had to wait for the guide for more than a quarter of an hour in this rain, if we had waited another quarter of an hour, we would have been in the queue head to head and it would still have been better, and we didn't even see the tower because we had to make a reservation in advance and I didn't know, thinking that with this money I would enter and visit the whole cathedral, but it wasn't like that, I only visited what was free for everyone.
I would have liked it if you had made the reservation for the tower for us because it was free anyway and we were happy too. In that case, or at least leave a notice somewhere so we know that reservations must be made in advance.

Hi mam sorry you did not have a good experience but you paid to visit the cathedral not the 2 towers . It’s a total different entry . You did not notify us you wanted to visit the tower with its many stairs we would have make arrangements for that and it’s not free . It’s 19€ per adult to visit the tower on the notre dame wed site . Thanks

Can't find the person who's in charge because they were not easily identifiable
It's labeled skip the line but that wasn't the case. All she did was but in and had finished the line with everybody else who was waiting

The tour guide was very enthusiastic and energetic. We met outside of the cathedral for about 30 minutes and she explained the history of the cathedral, afterwards we entered inside and the second 30 minutes we explored on our Owen. We also got tickets to see the museum inside the cathedral.

The guide called the night before and left a message changing the time from 12:00 to 1:30 or 2:00. That was alright with us. The guide did not show up at 12:00. She did not show up at 1:30. We called her twice and left voice mails. She did not show up at 2:00 and has not returned our calls. We found and paid another company guide to take us through. We expect a full refund from your company. We were waiting with other people waiting on different Viator tours that also did not show up.

Tour company changed time from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 pm. No text. Someone called at nearly 10:00 pm the night before from France (assume tor guide). No voicemail left. I arrived at meet site at 8:20 a.m. for 9:00 as scheduled. No one showed. Found later on Viator app ( which I normally don’ use/need) that guide moved time. As I had plans already for that afternoon I couldn't make new time. Expect full refund from Viator /guide.

This tour was an exorbitant price for the service provided. I would not recommend it. Instead, you should just make the line and see the cathedral on your own.
Entry to the Notre Dame Cathedral is free, however, there are tickets for expedited timed entry and special access to upper floors and rooms. This tour was booked with the understanding it would be provided in a specific language (Spanish) and the operator did not provide a Spanish-speaking guide.
Aside from the language issue, the guide did not have timed (skip the line access) and made us wait in the regular line.
The guide did give a few minutes of historical background before entry into the Cathedral, but nothing a wikipedia search could not enlighten.

Our tour was changed from noon to 6p. When we met our guide it was unclear as to whether we would get into the cathedral or not as our guide said that they close at 6:30 but she would try to get us in. It was confusing and unclear. We also weren’t told that we would need to wear clothing that covers our full shoulders and no open backs. We got to the front of the line and were asked to leave the line to go purchase a cover. The tour guide was friendly but didn’t provide any information that we couldn’t have read from Wikipedia while waiting in line. Our guide then took us inside, took two pictures and left as “she isn’t allowed to give tours” inside. I generally wouldn’t recommend this tour, mainly because there isn’t a lot of support or guidance needed for this visit. It was very easy to navigate and understand on our own.

You don’t need a tour for Notre Dame if you get there early 8:30/9 AM you can walk in there is no charge. We had the tour booked and we were there at 8:30 AM and could not find our tour guide outside at all. We then called and we’re connected to Ian who tried to help us but could not. We then proceeded inside and got a call that our tour guide was outside. We went back out and finally met her no ID or nothing showing Viator on her. She was very nice and apologized and gave us some information and then left us to go inside as tours are not permitted inside. The experience at Notre Dame is definitely something to see but you don’t need to spend money for it. Definitely not worth what we paid! Disappointed to say the least.

so sorry thé guide was late WE will look into that . Most companies just do outdoor tours and don't get the Guest inside but WE provide tickets or make sure the Guest have a good Time in and out if thé cathedral. WE will do better
