A great experience picked up outside our hotel and clear instructions on collection, it was very good.
Total chaos outside after with people leaving and also entering made it really busy and could be difficult to find anybody. But pre planning by our driver was essential to a seamless collection.
It’s well worth the money and makes the total experience a - must.

Driver was late so we ended up having to take a cab to our show to get there on time. However he did show up on time for the return b pick up but didn’t speak English which made our transaction a little more difficult. We will be requesting a 50% refund.

What a complete ripoff. I fell for the sales pitch that this was a good idea. In having a guaranteed ride after the show. The driver never came back. The driver's boss told me to get a cab to get home. I spent more than double what the cab cost for this nonexistent service. DO NOT USE THIS RIDE SERVICE.

My sister and I had tickets to the dinner and show at the Moulin Rouge. We were going to take a taxi back and forth but I was afraid of the number of people wanting taxis since the show was crowded. I saw this private transfer online through Viator using Comfort Cars. It was more expensive than a taxi but well worth it.
Our driver called and said he would be a little late due to traffic which was bad. He came within 5 minutes. He was so helpful since I have a handicap and needed help getting into the van.without his help, I wouldn’t be able to get in.
He was an excellent driver and very attentive to all the traffic.
He picked us up after the show and again drove us very carefully back to the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this service.

We had different drivers that picked us up from the hotel and from the show venue. We were extremely happy with the driver that picked us up from the hotel. He was informative and friendly. We were disappointed with the driver that picked us after the show concluded. We had been advised to wait at a certain landmark to be picked up. The driver stated that he had been advised to pick us from a different landmark. Miscommunication resulted in a 40 minute delay on our return trip.

Our driver was excellent, on time and picked us up in a very comfortable car from our hotel The most impressive part is how he was directly outside the venue waiting for us after the performance, considering all the traffic and people trying to exit from the early performance and enter for the later performance. Great job, it took the stress out of the evening and my partner had a fantastic birthday as a result!!

We used this company for both our transfers to and from the airport and Moulin Rouge show. Even after a delay in our flight, and several changes in arrival time, our driver was there ready for us and whisked us out of the airport. We had the same driver for the Moulin Rouge show and experienced the same results. He was on time, and provided a secure and dependable trip to and from the show. If you consider the price of taxis in Paris, this is a great alternative.

The driver was great and he got me to the show on time. He dropped me off across the street and was at the same place waiting for me when I walked out of the show. It was a little pricey but it was really nice not having to worry about finding a ride back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Would definitely recommend this. We had booked the 11pm show and didn't want to take the metro. Our driver was on time to pick us up and explained where he would be after the show to take us home. The show ran about half an hour late and he was waiting for us exactly where he said. The car was very comfortable.

Excellent. Driver was prompt, on time and friendly. He even met us on the sidewalk of the Moulin Rouge to escort us across the seat to the car!!! Great to not have to worry about how we would get to and from the show.

Our driver was on time at the agreed upon meeting place for both pickup, and drop-off. It was pouring rain both coming and going, and I really appreciated being escorted with an umbrella from the doorway to inside the vehicle both times. Our driver was professional, courteous, and friendly. His English was great! Upon leaving the Moulin Rouge, we almost got into the wrong vehicle same color, same car, but our driver was watching, and waved to us, so we'd not make the mistake. The wrong car called to us to get in! Good thing our driver was looking out for us, in the the confusion of the pouring rain. Definitely worth every penny! Will do it next trip for sure.

This took all the stress out of getting to the show on time. Our driver was wonderful and returned for us when the show was over, parked at the agreed-upon location. When we didn't see him, he jumped out of the car and ran over to get us. He was very thoughtful and considerate of our limited mobility.
