Over charge due to concert running long

Colleen_P, Oct 2026

It was great but at the end I was charged 70.00 extra for the extra time after Celine’s concert. On trip of a very expensive fare of 900+ for 5 ladies

Response from Host, Oct 2026

Thank you for your feedback, Colleen. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the service overall. We would just like to clarify that your reservation covered **6 hours of chauffeur service, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM**. As the concert started late and the service continued beyond the reserved end time, the **€70 charge was only for the additional chauffeur and vehicle time after 11:00 PM**. We also understand that the total price paid through Viator was over €900. Please note that the amount shown to the traveler is the retail price charged by the booking platform; **travel agencies and online booking websites retain their own commission**, so this is not the amount received by the transportation provider. We are sorry if the overtime charge was unexpected and appreciate your feedback. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, **PROFI DRIVER**

Not prompt

Eleni_M, Sep 2020

He arrived an hour late and I was told I’d be refunded that time which I was not. Otherwise the driver was nice even though he spoke no English

Response from Host, Oct 2020

Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your comment. Any opinion is important to us. We would like to apologize for the late arrival of our driver. Refunds are made by our finance department and always at the beginning of the month. Therefore, we ask you to wait for the refund, it will be made in the near future. Best regards, Profi Driver Team
