We were looking for a highlights tour of the Louvre and this exactly met our needs! There is so much to see and you can get lost easily in the vast rooms! With a personal phone call ahead of time we were able to schedule what we really wanted to see in the 2 hour time frame. It was perfect!! Our guide Victor was extremely knowledgeable not just about the exhibits we wanted to visit, but also about the history of the Louvre and he knew just how to get through the maze of rooms so we could visit everything we wanted to in a short time!
Viator did a good job with communication/ I did not realize viator subcontracts with local tour companies- our guide ended up being sick so they had to get last minute replacements so tour started 30 minutes late. But guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job of getting us to see all the highlights of the louve. Nice you get to skip all the long lines.

Alex was a very engaging, energetic and knowledgeable guide. We don’t have any background in art history, so having Alex guide us through the Louvre made the experience much more interesting and valuable. Totally worth the cost.
Hugo, is an excellent guide. He was prompt and welcomed us warmly and explained what the tour was about. We went through the check in process quickly and without any problems. He was able to take us through the Louvre with a process and showed us the exhibits with outstanding clarity and a warmth that we felt was very personable.
His explanations and outstanding knowledge were evident throughout the tour and was able to communicate easily with us about the various works.
At all time we felt very comfortable and confident in the way the tour was conducted.
Hugo was able to share some wonderful insights and stories, often with a little humour which made the experience so special. It was a 10/10 for us and he managed to avoid the growing crowds where possible and focus on important things to assist our understanding.
Well done and would highly recommend this and Hugo, instead of the massive line we saw as we departed.
Nicolas was a great tour guide! He did his best to keep our little kids entertained while touring the Lourve, but also helped cover the history behind many art pieces. He was very patient with us and even took the time to take some photos of us. While it was expensive, a private experience was 100x better than what we saw the other tourists in large groups doing.
Best Tour we’ve ever been on. Our tour guide, John, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, interesting, and entertaining.
We had listed a number of objects that we wanted to see, and John had looked at the list and led us to all that were currently on display.
He gave us historical context and things to look for in each object. As we walked through the various rooms, he made sure that we were not delayed by large groups or crowds.
We were all incredibly impressed with his vast knowledge of the Louvre and its objects. Thoroughly enjoyed his sharing of knowledge and his enthusiasm for each object and why each item was important. He answered all our questions and when he did not have a thorough enough knowledge to answer he told us so. I believe that only happened once on our tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. John is truly a master craftsman. His guidance through this vast expanse of rooms and art was amazing.
We did many Viator tours over our travels and this one was one of our favorites. Our guide was fantastic. We asked for a general overview for our 2 hours and we learned a lot but it was also not overload. Great experience.

We did a two hour private tour and provided a list of art pieces we wanted to see in advance so our tour guide could plan out our tour. Not only did we cover all of those highlights but we also learned about some of the other impressive or interesting pieces that were on the way. Our guide was well versed on what we were seeing and was able to answer all of our questions. This was a fantastic way to see the highlights of the museum without having to spend hours walking around.
Alex was AMAZING! It is such a huge place and so much history and information there is no way to get thru it all… the three hr private tour SO WORTH IT! No lines… fast entrance… went to quiet and almost empty areas first…

This was an exceptionally unique tour! On the first day we were scheduled, the Louvre employees went on strike. The company quickly reached out to inform us and offered several options. They rebooked us for the very next day the Louvre reopened and wow, it was worth the wait!
We knew the Louvre was massive and filled with incredible artwork, but this tour went far beyond that. It immersed us in the culture of the time each piece was created, explaining how the art was originally perceived and how it was meant to be enjoyed then versus now. Along the way, we also learned fascinating facts about the Louvre itself and how it functions.
The sheer volume of artwork and history in the Louvre can be overwhelming, but this tour made it feel manageable and truly enjoyable, allowing us to appreciate the art as it was intended. We visited in January had an amazing time, and can’t wait to return.

A friend recommended a private tour and so glad we spent the money for it. We had 2 adults and our 19 year old and 17 year old. The day after I reserved our date, Juliette contacted me to discuss what we were looking to get out of the tour. Maryam was our guide and even showed up earlier when asked because we got there earlier. She was fast paced which we loved, she did look back to make sure we were with her as she went through the crowds. The place is huge and you would not be able to see everything on your own. She gave us a bit of history which made it more interesting and we are not a family that cares too much about reading every plaque for history, but it does make for a memorable tour. We saw lot so things. Highly recommend!!
I went to the Louvre with my 90-year-old mother, my sister, her husband, and my husband. We have all been to the Louvre many times, but we always like to get a guide. The first thing that impressed me about Dayin was that they had someone from their company call me to learn about our group and what we’d like to see. That was helpful since we needed to go at a slower pace. I received a detailed e-mail with all the necessary information about where to meet and the time.
Walid was our tour guide. He showed us some of his favorite things at the Louvre and they were things we had never seen before. . His knowledge of history and art made the tour extra special. We bombarded him with questions and he was patient and kind. I’m a history major myself and Walid taught me fascinating information about ancient Syrian Gods from statues at the museum that I had never heard of. Every minute was interesting and full of captivating stories. My mother is one of the hardest people to please and she exclaimed at the end of the tour that Walid was the best tour guide she’s ever had and she’s had hundreds throughout her life. Our entire group loved Walid. I highly recommend Dayin Tours and our amazing guide Walid. If you want a wonderful experience this is the company to go with.

It moved very fast - but we did see everything we wanted to see. Obviously it is an huge place and we would not have been able to navigate on our own. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and used our time together very expeditiously. Tip: We booked an evening time slot, which was a mistake. It did not allow us an opportunity to stay and return to areas. I would do that time slot differently next time.

We had Walid as our tour guide and he was absolutely perfect! For our first time in the Louvre, we hit all different areas and was able to make the tour customizable to our liking. Walid was so knowledgeable about every art piece and elevated our experience. I cannot imagine trying to take on the louvre for the first time without him. 10/10 recommend!

RENÉ was our outstanding bilingual tour guide, he shared so much knowledge four all ages in our family group, 9 yeas old daughter in English, grownup in Spanish and English!
