Great Class for any level baker

The directions to find the location were very clear. The instructor was very encouraging and easy to understand. The ingredients were staged and ready to go. Each person was able to make their own macrons and choose a color (otherwise the base/shell where the same). My only wish to select a different favoring option before meeting, and obtain a copy of the recipe used.
