Here's the text of an email I sent to them, no response received. We were supposed to go on the subject excursion this morning. We arrived at the tiger statue at 11:30. We waited and looked for the tour guide until 12:30. We saw no one identifying them self with the tour during this time. We asked several people if they were our guide and all of them said no. Antoine sent an email at 12:15 which I did not receive until 12:35. I am requesting a full refund of $185.56 USD. Viator booking ref no. 1240602753.

Dear Raymond, Thank you for reaching out. We understand your disappointment and sincerely regret that you were unable to join the tour as planned. Our guide was present at the meeting point, the tiger statue, promptly at 11:30 AM and waited there until after the scheduled departure time. Unfortunately, they did not find anyone under your name or anyone identifying themselves as part of your party. The guide also approached and checked with individuals nearby during that time. Antoine sent an email at 12:15 in an effort to reach you, which unfortunately appears to have arrived too late to help resolve the situation on-site. While we are unable to offer a full refund under these circumstances, we are open to exploring a goodwill solution, such as rescheduling the tour (if your schedule allows) or offering a partial refund.
