The booking service was excellent, sent us the driver details in advance. Bhavya picked us up at Oslo airport in his immaculate red Tesla and we had a comfortable, informative ride to our hotel. Bhavya is very personable and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his service! Our trip was off to a great start thanks to him.

They contact you as soon as you book and then follow up before your flight in. Our driver took our call as soon as we arrived and greeted us at the arrivals hall. Very efficient and professional.

Great Service and Will Use Again

Would highly recommend using this service. Excellent communication, very flexible in needed changes. Easy to reach via what’s app with quick responses. We had an 0230 am pick up scheduled and Ismet our driver called late in the day and verified time and location which made it easier for me to relax and enjoy our time in Oslo. Note to others: we arrived at the airport 3 hrs before our 0630 am flight. There were some travelers in the building but nobody to check us in. We waited 45 min before they arrived but we were first in a very very long line of folks flying out. While hard to get there so early, it was worth it to not have to wait in line with such a mass of people.

Car did not look as pictured. Cracked windshield. Driver did not speak english and wanted to be paid again.

Regarding the cracked windshield, the vehicle was inspected and deemed safe by local authorities, but we are already in the process of replacing it to maintain our service quality. Car too small

Bait and switch

This is a bait and switch. The car shown is a large van and a Mercedes Benze. What picked us up was a Tr Tesla model 3. I would have been better calling Uber. I paid more because I wanted personalized service. I was greeted at the airport. I had to wait at the curb and thenfor the driver and then we had to put our carryon in the back seat with us. We only had 4 pieces of luggage. 2 checked and 2 carryon. We called Vistor with no results.

Hesitate to recommend

We originally ordered a minivan as we were 4 people with 4 large bags but the driver who came in an SUV said he was stepping in to help a friend. Lucky for him, our bags did not make our flight so we only had our carry on bags that filled the trunk! The driver wasn't sure where he was going even though we gave him the hotel name and address. He first took us to the wrong hotel and then finally took Google directions to the right place. Whew! We were exhausted from our travel so perhaps more disappointed in this experience. Still the driver was very friendly and wanted yo take us to the right place. Nonetheless we hesitate to recommend based on our experience.

No one showed up to the airport for the pickup. The number provided by the company wasn’t working. It was a German extension. we were in Oslo. Hopefully I can get my money back.

Poor Private Transfer Service

Driver did not meet us at the passenger meet point as promised, but rather called a half hour after the time he was to arrive. Had us meet him outside at a different location, where we stood in the rain until he showed up. Was like a mediocre Uber ride rather than what was advertised. Don’t waste your money like we did.
