Our driver went over and above for us. He wasn’t able to get to the front of our hotel due to roads being closed for a marathon. It was pouring rain, he got as close as he could then helped us to the hotel with our bags.

Terrible! The driver expected us to be at Curbside as soon as the plane landed! When we finally got through customs and got our bags, he was gone. Then, when we contacted Viator, we were told that we refused to pay for the delay time, so he left. We never saw the guy!!!!

We completely understand your situation. However, the driver was not at fault, as the payment received from the platform you booked through covered **60 minutes of waiting after the flight landing**. This was also clearly mentioned on the booking voucher.
After the complimentary 60 minutes, any additional waiting time is subject to extra charges agreed with the driver. This is a standard condition for pre-booked chauffeur services.
We understand your concern, but we did fulfill the booking conditions as provided.
Our luggage was late being delivered after our flight, so when our driver didn’t see us, he called. That worked very well.
Marcus was contacted us as we were arriving, met us as we exited the airport, took our bags to the car and brought them into the hotel for us. He was pleasant and told us about Oslo. He was very nice we would highly recommend him to everyone! He’s a 10+

We were collected at the airport by Mr Ibrar - we had been given his number beforehand via the Viator app and then were in communication via WhatsApp when we landed. He had parked super close to the terminal so was an easy walk for us, and had bottled water in the car. Mr Ibrar was knowledgable and engaging, we had a good laugh on the way to our hotel. His English was great as well so made communication for us so much easier as we don’t speak Norwegian (unfortunately).

Ibrar came earlier than scheduled because he wanted to make sure he won't get stucked in Friday rush hour traffic. He was very kind and polite and also helped us carry our luggage through the check-in counter.
We had the worst experience we have ever had with the driver this organization sent. Our plane was late and as soon as we landed I received a rude WhatsApp message saying the driver had waited long enough and any more wait would cost extra. My understanding from when I booked this very expensive ride was that the driver would track our flight and then wait at the airport in the arrival area with a signboard for one hour after the flight landed. The confirmation message I received from the business confirmed this. Our flight landed at 5:28. My first message to the driver was at 5:45 when I was first able to get on the airport’s WiFi, I reminded him of his obligation to wait 1 hour from landing, but he said he’d waited long enough. I told him if he left I wouldn’t pay. He kept complaining and saying he wasn’t going to wait any longer. When we got out to the arrival area he was not there. I messaged him asking if he’d left, in which case we would find another ride. He said we should come outside and meet him at the taxi area. When he got there, I thanked him for waiting and he complained some more. He was surly, unfriendly and kind of scary to us 3 women. It was 6:15 when we got in the car—less than 1 hour after our flight landed.
It got worse after that. When we neared our destination, he kept going in different directions than his GPS was telling him, apparently because the GPS was directing him to make a big loop to get to our apartment. Going this “shorter” way led him to 2 streets that were blocked with construction. At the second of these he stopped the car and told us we would have to walk from there. I asked why he couldn’t go around the construction as his GPS was directing him to go, and he said where we were staying was completely cut off by construction and no car could get through. He pointed vaguely in front of the car and said we should walk that way.
It was the end of a very exhausting and frustrating travel day for us and I had no idea where to go. I slammed the car door on my way out. The driver abandoned 3 women in a country and city that we are totally unfamiliar with, with all of our luggage and no cell service for directions. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a driver and I wouldn’t ever do business with them again.
I wrote to the business that night and told them what happened. They apologized, said they would investigate and “take
appropriate action if we find that our service protocols were not followed. While the high season has required us to work with selected freelance drivers from trusted third-party partners in Oslo, this does not excuse the experience you had, nor does it diminish our responsibility to ensure consistent service quality.”. It’s a start, but in no way makes up for our horrid experience.
It’s a very nice way to get to the airport, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the country

It was so easy! Driver had our name on a sign and he was waiting right outside baggage. Driver was very knowledgeable and personable. He told us many interesting things about Oslo on our drive to the hotel.
Overall it worked out ok although he was not waiting in the arrivals area with name card as promised. Once we connected to wi fi we could see that he had messaged via what’s app and then located him.

Our driver Mansoor was very professional, speaks English very well, respectful and very courteous of my elderly parents. Highly recommend! I felt very safe getting picked up from Oslo airport with my 85 yo parents at midnight.He drove us for 45 minutes to Stabek and he was professional all the way. Thank you Mansoor!
This was my first truly horrendous Viator experience. In the past, using Viator for transfers from airport to hotel, we have had excellent, friendly drivers. Not so with this transfer: the driver was not friendly. But worse, he consistently drove 20 to 30 kph OVER the speed limit, even in tunnels, and drove as if we were going to pay a premium rate if he got us to the hotel quickly. I did not feel safe. Additionally, he was a “pulse” driver, pressing the gas intermittently in such a way that the ride was jerky, not smooth. This particular driver on this particular day was a BIG problem. It will cause me to think twice before engaging Viator for an airport transfer in the future.

Mr Bilal was our driver. He waited for us airside customs with a clear sign as discussed. Then took our bags and headed to his very clean and cobgirtabke car. On our way to the hotel he pointed some interesting sites in Oslo, this was a very appreciated bonus.

Viator/LimoFahr overall performance was outstanding. Viator made it so easy to book with the help of an actual person you can talk to rather than a chat bot. Once we booked, LimoFahr's communication was outstanding as well. I knew exactly what would happen on the day of arrival. The driver was waiting outside the arrival area and was so friendly. He took us directly to our hotel with a few thoughts on some excursions we could take in Oslo. This was well worth the money and we would definitely book again with Viator/LimoFahr.

Our flight was few minutes late so driver started charging us for overtime even though the company told us via txt that drivers wait gratis up to 60 minutes. Their charge was already double what an Uber would have cost.

Our standard sedan bookings include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight landing which is mentioned in viator at the time you booked. Our dispatch guy mistakenly told you about business sedan waiting time over whats app of 60 minutes which is not an official part of viator , In your case, even the wait extended to over 70 minutes till you came out of arrival, we did not charge any overtime fees after you raised the complain to us —despite it being the busiest season in Oslo and our driver waiting patiently beyond the allocated time. This decision was made in the spirit of goodwill and customer care.
Regarding the pricing, Limofahr operates as a pre-booked professional airport transfer service, which includes licensed drivers, real-time flight tracking, and fixed-rate pricing—unlike on-demand services such as Uber. Additionally, the platform through which the booking was made (Viator) applies a standard commission, which impacts the final price.
While we’re disappointed the service didn’t meet your expectations, we are proud of the efforts our team and driver made to accommodate your arrival without applying any surcharges.

The service was great. Sir John was on time, and helpful in loading luggage for us. Gave information on finding place to convert some cash. Dropped us at our location and got luggage out for us. Very personable. Highly recommend.

This could well have been a "Not Recommended " rating because of a couple of things. First, no one was at hand to meet and greet us at the airport. We got a call with a " where are you, can you come out of the airport". Then a signal to make our way to where the taxis were. So had to lug our bags not to a car but a taxi ?? Had to double check that we would not be charged again !
The driver was polite enough but understandably sheepish after we questioned him about not meeting the experience we were expecting.
We got to our hotel safely enough so that was good.

Our transfer from the airport to our hotel was perfect!. Our driver, Jawad, was waiting for us as we came out of baggage claim with our name displayed so he was easy to find, and he was very patient and waited for us when our flight was delayed. He was very kind and courteous and a good driver.
