Great way to see Oslo, but recommend wearing a helmet. It is a city tour so next to cars but definitely think it is a wonderful tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and super friendly.

Horrible! We arrived 20 minutes early as required. However, we left 10 minutes late and rode around the city for no more than 40 minutes instead of for 1.5 hours. Our guide was super stressed out from the moment we arrived and only shared a few facts about the city. When she brought us back to the office 40 minutes early, we complained and she told us that she was misinformed about the duration of the tour and that we would have to call the owner directly for a refund. Complained to Viator and they refused a refund. I don’t understand why. Really unfair.
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Hi Jennifer. Your tour last the amount of time we set up for it. We ve 2 types of tours a 3 hour and 1,5 hour , this includes getting to know how the bike works and leaving the equipment back ( 10 mins each process).
We understand 1 hour and 10 mins wasnt enough sightseeing for you but our guide did her work and she has always been polite and just let you know she was there to guide not to mediate about a refund.
Viator called us, we xplained the process and they decided you were not entitled for a refund as the product was delivered.
Apologize you didnt enjoy that 1 hour and 10 mins.

A great way to cover lots of sights and see the popular tourist attractions. Our guide Lisa was very knowledgable and we felt very comfortable in the city.
Carrie_D, Sep 2025
Bring a small water there are no stops to accommodate a refresh, even using the toilet is not convenient. Stops are short, so your actual time learning is limited. The guide was great but I believe other tours may be more informative.

We had a delightful e-bike ride seeing the sights of Oslo city with our guide Lisa. She provided a thorough explanation of bike operation for those of us who had never ridden an e-bike before and a brief review of the rules of the road before embarking on our tour. It was raining when we began but the rain soon stopped and we had an enjoyable and educational ride visiting many of the scenic and important sites in Oslo. It’s a beautiful city and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Would highly recommend Lisa and the e-bike tour to those who have 3 hours to see the sites in Oslo.

Was on a solo trip through Oslo and had a great time with our tour guide. The pace of the tour was perfect with just enough time at the tour highlights. The team sized the bike perfectly and the bike performed perfectly throughout the tour. Would recommend for anyone with a couple of hours as a great way to get around Oslo and see a lot in a short time

This experience was canceled by the operator . We were told that we would get a refund. We will try it next time we are in Oslo

Our guide Alex was wondering and and quality of bikes were great. We toured the entire city and it was very relaxing and not rushed.
Jeff_K, Aug 2025
Alex was a great guide offering lots of insightful information. The e-bikes allow you to see much more of the city than a walking tour. Book the tour!
Jana_E, Aug 2025
Super tour of Oslo. Really enjoyed the park visit. Cruising around Oslo on ebikes was very easy. definitely recommend.
lynrowling, Aug 2025
Casper did a great job with a large group on a warm, sunny Oslo day. It covered all the main sights. I do feel that the group size should be smaller.
Mike_N, Aug 2025
Our guide, Lisa, did an excellent job taking us to some interesting sites around Oslo. Our group size was 7 adults. That was nice for being able to stay together. The highlight was the time spent at Vigeland Gardens. The bikes were in good repair and the electric power option was MUCH appreciated. We got to see a lot more of the city in the allotted time. Total time out and about was approximately 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Overall, a very worthwhile experience.

Brilliant fun and took us to lots of places we wouldn’t have got too! Easy to use and looked after us well

2 things really stood out about this tour operator. They were extremely accommodating and flexible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to truncate our tour but we were still able to fit it in. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Oslo and we left Oslo with a much deeper appreciation for this great city.

We had a really fun day touring the city with Charles as our guide. The bikes were high quality and worked great. E-bikes were a perfect way to cover a lot of ground in Oslo and the relative lack of traffic was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this experience.

We absolutely loved The Grand Oslo Tour! It was a relaxed and friendly bike tour that made exploring the city both fun and informative. Our guide shared great stories and historical insights that gave us a deeper appreciation for Norway’s culture and past.
The pace was easygoing, and we made several enjoyable stops — Vigeland Park was a highlight with its incredible sculptures, and we also visited the Royal Palace, the scenic pier area which offered beautiful views and a refreshing breeze and several more!
With the e- bikes this tour is perfect for all fitness levels and a fantastic introduction to Oslo. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Elenor and Charles were excellent guides. We covered a lot of Oslo. The guides were patient with our taking lots of pictures and asking lots of questions. Charles did a great job of explaining sculptures in Vingeland Park. We did this tours just a few hours of landing on an overnight flight. Great way to get moving and to see overview of the city.

Tour was a great primmer to our first visit to Oslo. Our tour guide was knowledgable and had great historical insights. Oslo’s pride parade had streets closed but our guide modified the experience to avoid the crowds. Bikes were great and the sites were amazing. Highly recommend!
Sherry_G, Jun 2025
Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was a small group, and although two of the riders had never used an e-bike before, they had mastered it by the end of the 3.5-hour adventure
Maggie_E, Jun 2025
Unfortunately, Viator had the wrong meeting location on their website. Despite turning up early for our experience there was no one to meet us. After a brief phone call with the organisers we had to fast walk for 20 + minutes to the new location. There, Ellie met us and was a very good and friendly guide. But we started 30 minutes late and so we had to leave before the end of the tour. This is inconsiderate and negligent as it could easily be rectified. Maggie

Although our guide was a nice guy, the tour was disappointing compared to others we’ve taken in different cities. First, while the bikes themselves were good, he offered no personal assistance to ensure they were properly adjusted or that helmets were secure. He also gave only minimal instruction on how to use the bike controls or brakes. Second, he had only lived in Oslo for a year and spoke with such a heavy accent that he was difficult to understand. As we rode, he made little effort to stop and point out landmarks, and when he did, his explanations were brief, unclear, and lacking in substance. While it was pleasant to ride through Oslo for a few hours, this fell far short of the informative tour we had expected.
Response from Host, Jun 2025
Hi. Oh no , we are sorry this feedback was not as we wished.
1,- we of course help with tools or bike issues. If we forgot to ask we apologize for it.
2,-before we start the tour we else provide bike instructions so i am a bit confuse on how this didnt happen.
3..- our tours are English speaking and our guides are very good at it so i am wondering if the " accentc was smth you werent used to, but even if he has lived here for less then 1 year we do ve control check on their quality and i am very confident they are top top.
Final point: true our tour does show some hidden places so we are happy you gave us the chance to show you Oslo and ypur feedback wil help us improve even more.

When arriving on the weekends the place is closed and looks like offices "you are in the right place" just ring te number on booking and he will come out. We had a brilliant time and seen so much of the city we would not of seen, our guide was great, he made sure we were altogether and waited for people at the back to catch up, must do tour

Great way to start your visit to Oslo! Conrad and Charles were so knowledgeable. We covered so much of the City. We highly recommend!!
Amy_W, May 2025
The bikes were amazing. Super easy. The only thing is that it was a ways from the cruise ship. We took a taxi cab and it was $49 to go 7 minutes. Another couple walked it and it took 35 min for them. So just be aware.
Response from Host, May 2025
Hi Amy. Oh no you were at that Harbour? So unfair :-( Oslo has 3 and u were at the one that is a bit far walking distance.
Thank you for sharing this info and i am super happy our tour gave your group a good adventure.
Have a wonderful time.

Amazing experience and beautiful city to bike around. Bikes were easy to ride. We had Noel as our guide and Casper as his helper. Both were awesome. Discovered a lot of interesting facts about Oslo and gave us other ideas on places to visit. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic cycle tour delivered by Nahuel/Carlos. He was a very likeable guide who was attentive to us - our 12year old daughter was with us & we felt safe throughout the tour, & it was delivered at a pace to suit our party. Carlos was knowledgeable, happy to answer questions & provide recommendations based on his insights into Oslo. Would definitely recommend & we felt it was excellent value for money. Also, really nice bikes!
Zoe_S, Apr 2025
Great time exploring Oslo, it’s always a better experience on electric bikes as you never know how hilly the route will be. This was a great mix of the culture and history of the city, we covered a large area (approx 16km) seeing many places we would never have found on foot or by choosing from the ‘Top 10 sights to see’ lists online, although we did see many of those! Carlos was very knowledgable in the history of the city, and showed many photos of times gone by of the places we stopped at, which gave context. Would thoroughly recommend for a fun few hours (our tour was approx 2.5hrs, but we were just in a family group of 4).
