This custom tour was perfect for our large family and the entire group loved our driver Chris. The van was upscale, very comfortable , and roomy. We got to see and do many activities in a short amount of time that we would not have seen if we tried to do this on our own.
Our driver Chris has a wonderful personality, excellent customer service, was very punctual, good communication skills, and was amazing because he knew exactly how to get us to the sites we wanted to visit.
We highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get Chris as your driver you will have an amazing day like we did.

Our driver/guide, Kevin, was great. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was a great tour and our group of 13 greatly recommend this tour. We saw many sites that we wouldn’t have had time to see on our own. Kevin recommended some great places, and incorporated some areas we wanted to visit as well. Great experience

Chris was fantastic. We did the tour with a family of 7 adults, one was my elderly mother who had a walker. Chris assisted her in and out of his van. He was prompt to pick us up, he took us to all the places on our list. He was patient and very kind, answered all our questions. We truly enjoyed our 4 hours with him driving us around the city. And his van definitely had enough room for all of us to be comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Chris was very friendly, flexible and accommodating to our requests. He contacted me shortly after making the reservation and responded quickly to further communications. Note, this is not a guided tour. You will set the places/areas/points of interest that you want to view and the agent will take you to those locations that time allows. You guide yourself at those places. Provide the agent with the areas/points of interest that you want to see prior to your date so the agent can efficiently plan the time.

Our 8-hour tour was a very disappointing experience. My family has been to New York two other times, but we were meeting my brother's family for their first visit to New York. In order to see everything in only a few days, we looked into this tour as a way to see all the highlights of the city with a personalized driver and tour guide.
I've been in sprinter vans in the past, and this one was old and the air conditioning did not work well, and not at all in the back. The tour said we'd have water, so I told everyone to leave their water bottles at home. There wasn't any provided and it was a hot day. When I mentioned it a few hours later to our tour driver, he said he was running late and would pick it up at the next stop. He did. He came out with three room temperature water bottles for our party of eight.
There was a SMALL folding stool that the driver used for us to get out of the van. However, on one stop, our driver put it on uneven ground and my older brother fell off it and onto the sidewalk when it folded in on itself.
At one point, our driver asked if we were Trump fans and none of us are. At one stop, I came back to the van to hear our driver talking about how great Trump is. Because my brother was tired and wanted to stay in for a break, I thought it was super disrespectful to talk about political views with a captive audience.
We let our driver know we wanted to eat lunch in Little Italy. He went ahead and made reservations for us (without asking us or if it was a place we wanted to go). The manager of the restaurant met us at the van and walked us in to this cute little restaurant that was a MUCH higher price point than we were planning on spending. It seemed that there was something in it for the driver to take us there.
We submitted our itinerary several weeks in advance. When we asked questions of our driver, he didn't know about them or any New York trivia/interesting information. This was nothing more than a taxi ride in a hot, uncomfortable van.
For the price of the tour, I expected so much more.

We are a personalized tour and do not provide a tour guide for any locations to explain history or information other than what the driver is knowledgeable on. As for the restaurant we also advise our driver to recommend what they know is enjoyable based on past experiences, if it wasn’t what you were looking for, Little Italy is filled with restaurants of all price ranges to satisfy your needs. Water should have been provided and we apologize for the mistake as it wasn’t with the driver. Again, we are extremely disappointed you did not enjoy our service and would have offered an accommodation should it have been brought to the driver or our attention before you left. Thank you.

JJ was an excellent driver - NYC traffic isn’t a joke & he was expert level. Highly recommend you book MORE time than you think you’ll need. There is so much to see. We did 6 hours and could have done 2 8-hr days. He brought us to all our highlights / never felt rushed.

Chris was an excellent driver! He definitely knows his way around the city and how to maneuver around. He's very personable and he included all our must sees. He also added a few extra stops of areas he thought we would like. He's very accommodating and flexible with his route. Keep in mind that this is not a guided tour, it's only a driver taking you based on your list. Overall a great experience!!

We knew that with only 36 hours in New York city we wanted to make the most of our time. Going on a private tour seemed the best way to do so, and we were not disappointed. We sent our tour operator, Jared, a list of all the places we wanted to see and he kept us moving along so we could check off as many sites as possible in the four hours we had. He knew how to efficiently get around the city, and the best spot to pull his vehicle over so we could all jump out and get to the place on our list. We checked off about 10 spots we were interested in seeing. Although Jared did not necessarily share detailed information about the sites, we knew this in advance and didn't expect him to. Instead, we did a quick google search and learned what we wanted to know. I would recommend this tour for anyone who has little time, and a big interest in seeing as much as possible.

We took a personal premium tour of NYC. Chris was our tour guide who was a super Kool guy. Very friendly, knowledgeable and easygoing gentleman. Pick and drop-off was flawless. It took us about 5 hrs to go through most of attractions in NYC. It was lot of fun. Highly recommended. Five star.

Amazing experience and the best way to see as many tourist attractions as possible I. The shortest amount of time. Being dropped off right in front of an attraction and picked up enabled us to get days worth of sightseeing in one day. Awesome experience. And our tour guide Chris was amazing too.

This was an awesome experience. My mom has mobility issues so we like to do the private tours to do our own pace. CHRIS WAS EXCEPTIONAL! He called my mom "momma love" which was so endearing and was so patient with her. He was ready and willing to help do pull the scooter apart and put it back together as much as we needed. He was very informative and I have been to NYC many times but never saw so much of the city. We got to see A LOT. Don't be scared if you do not know the itinerary--I let them know we wanted to see as much of the city as we could and Chris created the perfect itinerary!! Lots of great photo ops and all of the major places. We did not feel rushed at all during our 4-hour trip- just the right time for us!! Prompt, courteous, clean vehicle and friendly service. Definitely do this trip!!! If you have someone with mobility issues, know that it is a big step up to get in the van. We had mom sit in the front which was easier for her to do then to get in the back!!!

Chris our tour driver was very polite and personable. Arrived at our hotel on time and provided a great morning of sightseeing around New York. He managed to get us through traffic safely and found nearby parking spots for each of our destinations.

Grand Central Station was awe inspiring. The sheer size of the interior coupled with the ornate ceilings and walls.
