Great Weekend in NYC

Viator does not provide vehicle type or license so you are waiting at pick up point wondering if each shuttle that shows up may be yours. Since we booked a shared shuttle ride we had an earlier pick up than we had hoped for. We were the only ones (4) on the shuttle ride to LaGuardia. Our driver called me at the designated time to tell us he was picking us up around the corner from our hotel. No big deal but while you are waiting and you have family that are not used to traveling in NYC, it can cause them a little anxiety. Our driver was very nice and engaged in conversation during our ride. Pointed out landmarks in the city and shared his knowledge of NYC. We arrived at airport 3 1/2 hours before our flight. I guess that is the give and take of traveling in NYC and relying on shuttle transportation. Overall I would use the service again.

Not only made me leave earlier than necessary, when I called to push 30 minutes ( my flight is 1045, time to airport is 30 minutes max driving time) from 630 to 7 am, she told me no because of picking up more passengers. It was shared ride. So I said alright, but they only stopped one more stop to pick 2 passengers about 3 minutes away from my pick up point. WelI, I was at the airport 3 hours and 15 minutes early. I will use other ride app next time, especially party of 4 or more. And will be cheaper too.

Viator doesn't care if we had a good time. All Viator wants is a good review, but you're not going to get one for me. The shuttle was over 1 hour late to pick us up when we arrived in New York LGA. Then they were 5 hours and 15 minutes early picking us up to take us back to the airport. We spent over 4 1/2 hours in the airport waiting for our flight. All this was done so that Go Air Link could fit their passenger pickups with their schedule not with our schedule. And we had to Listen to the driver whine about his schedule on the way back to the airport. NEVER AGAIN VIATOR!
