After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center near the baggage claim, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not receive a text or cannot click the link, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arrival terminal. The driver will meet you at the Welcome Center - please remain in this area.

First did not receive a text when we arrived at airport so called. Not good. Waited an hour and a half when first driver tried to call using WhatsApp and I couldn’t hear him. Called him back and he left we were told to call dispatch. He told them we weren’t in the waiting area which was a lie. Ended up getting a second driver a half hour later who was good.

We had a fabulous driver, Maria. I left my CPAP machine on the shuttle and she brought it.back to our hotel. She provided exceptional customer service and would not accept a tip. What a wonderful first start to our NYC visit.

Little difficult to find pick up spot at LaGuardia. Driver was great. One star is because when I called 24 hour in advance (as required) to book my return trip the female dispatcher was rude. I’d rather pay a little extra than deal with impolite folks. Ended up canceling the return trip.

Don't fall for it. Outdated info. There are no phones to dial at the Welcome Center. Called the shuttle directly and was told to wait 30 min. After a no show I called again and was told to wait another 90 minutes. I canceled and took an Uber Shuttle. 3 hours later I got to my hotel.

They didn't show up. They didn't give good location details and could not be found after plan landed and bags picked up. There was no courtesy phone to pick up to dail 18. No contact info fir driver. No call to me. I booked two weeks in advance. They changed my card three days early.

My flight's arrival was late due to a delay, and the driver, Victor, was a little late also (due to NYC) traffic so I waited at LaGuardia until he called me to let me know he had arrived. He was a terrific person - knowledgeable about the city, and very personable.

The driver was friendly and helpful. The instructions in the email did not match what we had to do to get ahold of our driver. The link we were sent did not work so I had to call the help desk to get ahold of our driver. After this, it was a fine ride. The instructions needed to be more accurate and specific.

The directions say to use courtesy phones at welcome center. They were not working. The directions need to also state to go to the parking garage. Not just terminal arrivals shuttle bus area.

I waited for over an hour for transportation. Apparently someone put me down as a "no show". I was a couple of different reason why this mishap occurred. When my transportation finally arrived, it was not the vehicle that I was told to be looking for.

Our drive Mohammad was wonder and very pleasant. Our problem was with the Company. Very poor communication.
Did not tell us where the pick up was going happen. We finally got picked up 1 1/2 hours after our arrival. And with help of several people at the LaGuardia airport.

We waited over an hour. After the initial call we were told to go outside on level two.... they failled to tell us that we needed to walk thru the terminal to the car ride area. after an hour we called and were told that the last car (at 7pm ) would be there in another 15-20 minutes..... we ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper even with a 20% tip
