The driver picked us up at the airport and he was there when we landed. He helped us with our luggage and dropped us off at the entrance of the hotel. He was friendly and polite.

Well I got dropped off at the end of a street that crosses with my hotel and told me to walk up the street (luggage and all) because supposedly it’s closed but yet cars were coming down the ONE WAY street. It’s only a 5 min walk he said and pointed. Also took over 40 min for the shuttle to arrive

The cell phone app has a button to notify a driver that you are at the pickup point and ready to be picked up. The button would not work, even after rebooting the phone. I had to call the listed support number. There was a 10 minute wait. I was then told the driver would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. On a good note, the driver was friendly and courteous. The traffic was heavy from LGA to Midtown, but I did not get charged a congestion fee, at least.

Read the instructions on your ticket carefully before you leave. You need to call when you arrive. There will be about 15 passengers that need dropping off at different stops. We ended up getting off the van at an earlier stop and taking an Uber the rest of the way.
Your baggage will get tumbled during driving, so keep any backpacks in your lap. Do not let the driver take a backpack or personal bag and put it in baggage. We lost earbuds and sunglasses to the trunk with shifting baggage/rapid accel/hard stops. Traceable earbuds drove all over the city until they stopped - presumptively in the finder's apartment.
Our driver was abrasive. We took an Uber the rest of the way. The Uber was great.

They take FOREVER!! The wait is extremely long and the driver was rude to one other passenger. I WILL NOT recommend this company!! You're better off paying the extra $$ for an Uber.

Picked me up over 2 hrs late based on POOR communication from Viator. Was late for my commitment. I had requested a later pick up time when I made the reservation. They never responded, then sent emails for an early pickup so I planned around that. When I arrived at airport, WITHOUT TELLING ME, the pick up was 1.5 hrs later than what they had emailed. Then they were 30 min late beyond that time with ZERO communication. I had to call Viator 4 times. Totally stressful. Terrible service. I had made 2 reservations. For the return to the airport they said a 7 am pickup and tye driver called me at 6:20 asking me to hurry. I had just gotten out of the shower and communicated that Viator had confirmed 7 am. He was 40 min early!!! What the heck?! Just a bad experience on both ends.

Driver was skilled in the NYC traffic. Other passengers so it took a while because we were the last stop. Lots of traffic but we got off in front of our destination so it was worthwhile. We were not in any rush

First did not receive a text when we arrived at airport so called. Not good. Waited an hour and a half when first driver tried to call using WhatsApp and I couldn’t hear him. Called him back and he left we were told to call dispatch. He told them we weren’t in the waiting area which was a lie. Ended up getting a second driver a half hour later who was good.

We had a fabulous driver, Maria. I left my CPAP machine on the shuttle and she brought it.back to our hotel. She provided exceptional customer service and would not accept a tip. What a wonderful first start to our NYC visit.

Little difficult to find pick up spot at LaGuardia. Driver was great. One star is because when I called 24 hour in advance (as required) to book my return trip the female dispatcher was rude. I’d rather pay a little extra than deal with impolite folks. Ended up canceling the return trip.
