For 160.00, I id not expect to be picked up in an old tour bus. Aa first for me and the most expensive. Lesson learned

Our driver, who was punctual for the transfer, was excited to meet you. While you booked for a shared transfer, on both ways, you got a free upgrade to a private transfer, which we were happy to provide. For your return transfer, we also picked you up in an SUV at no additional cost.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for your disappointment. We always aim for five-star service because three-star service is not exceptional, but we hope you enjoyed your trip to our gorgeous island. I don't think we could've found a better service. Immediately and timely connections from the moment of booking until your final destination. Our driver was very patient as it was raining after getting luggage which made everything better to know we where in good hands.

Jeremy, our cabby, contacted us as we arrived and picked us up accordingly. He also gave us a little tour of the island as we drove to our hotel, which was very helpful. He gave us some ideas of places to visit we were not aware of.

My flight was late, passport control was slow, my bags failed to arrive.

Jeremy was great in person as our driver. Friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. Samuel was great on the phone when booking the reservation. The online booking needs an upgrade so that the choices aren’t open-ended (date format, time format, pick-up location). I didn’t have confidence booking online as a result and Samuel took good care of me on the phone. The price was higher over the phone vs what I was quoted online, but I at least booked with more confidence that the driver would be there.

Aside from Jeremy I would suggest updating the website and extracting that you have wifi.
The bonus is that you have Jeremy to compensate for not having the wi fi service.
