Demarcko was a great host and driver. He pointed out the history and areas we needed to visit during our stay. He opened the car doors for all and loaded our bags and groceries. It was a great experience. One of the best!

The trip coordinator made sure to reach out before I landed to keep in touch through the immigration and customs process so that the driver was available when we exited the airport. He scheduled our return visit that same day and confirmed our pickup the morning of. Our driver was extremely pleasant and provided us with lots of Bahama history on our drive along with suggestions during our stay. Would definitely recommend this company again.

Kyro was our driver from the airport to Atlantis yesterday. He was amazing! Our flight was delayed but they kept track and he was there waiting with a smile! He took us by the grocery store for a few things and showed us restaurants and places we could try during our trip on the way through downtown on the way to the resort. It was so easy. Kyro was helpful and friendly! We will definitely be using Simon’s Transportation every time we come to the Bahamas!!

Well worth the money taking private transportation. Had Troy as our driver from the airport to are hotel & he was great. Swift with the pickup. Gave us some good restaurants to try and we did hit them up foods was excellent. On our return back we had Demarcko. Another excellent driver. On-time as well, smooth ride no worries at all about getting to the airport. 5 stars for the crew at 1k private transportation.

Troy was an excellent driver. He took the extra time to show us some local places to visit. Gave us a little history lesson of the island. It was more of a tour than just transport. Absolutely recommend.

Demarcko was awesome! Great communication upon arrival which helped since it was our first time. He was very prompt and on time for each pick up; arriving 15 min early. Very Very informative and engaging about the island but definitely not "too much" or like a sales person. He was very respectful to me and my family, smooth ride and clean vehicle. We had a bad experience on a previous trip where we arranged for a driver and we waited 90 minutes to be picked up. I read all the reviews for this driver and paid more to have round trip and airport pickup on arrival as advertised. Despite texting the driver updates on our progression through immigration we were kept waiting outside for almost half hour. He was very nice. The suv was clean and smelled nice and we got lots of island tips. We talked with him about pickup time for return to airport for departure. Sadly once again we were kept waiting. Again he was so very charming and apologetic but when you’ve confirmed a time for pickup that’s what needs to happen.

After reviewing our trip records, we would like to respectfully clarify that the wait time was not 90 minutes. Our records show that you exited the airport at 3:08 PM and were picked up at 3:17 PM, which reflects a wait time of approximately 10 minutes. We also noted that the driver arrived about 10 minutes later than the confirmed pickup time for both arrival and departure due to an unusually high influx of traffic in and around the airport area and hotel at that time.
While we always aim to be exactly on time, delays can occasionally occur due to heavy traffic and the need to service multiple clients safely and professionally. That said, we take full responsibility for ensuring clear communication and timely service, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused to your travel experience.
We do appreciate your kind words regarding the driver’s professionalism, the cleanliness of the vehicle, and the island tips shared during your ride. However, we understand that punctual service is just as important, and your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue improving our scheduling and traffic monitoring procedures.

We did a round-trip private pick-up from the airport to the Atlantis hotel. The driver, Demarcko, was terrific. So friendly and accommodating. He was right on time to pick us up from the airport and to drive us back when it was time to go home. On the way from the airport to the hotel, he pointed out numerous sights and gave us many fantastic recommendations for food and things to do/see. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Nassau.
