It was great. I would suggest you advise customers that when they land they go to exit D - we went through exit B then ran around asking where the bus would be. Eventually we found it and driver very efficient.

On time and the bus driver was very helpful with our luggage. We were right on time and he was very professional.
It would be good to know where at terminal 1 the pickup would be. It was not easy to figure it out. It was at departure D. Also which exit do you take? It was second exit if coming from terminal 2.

Taking the Lufthansa Bus was lovely. It was significantly less expensive than a private transfer service or a taxi. Not many people were on the bus so everyone had plenty of room, and the bus was clean. We were all dropped off at the Munich main train station and then it was a fairly short walk to our hotel. I would definitely use that service again.

I signed up for this thinking it would be convenient and easy to locate, unlike the ote I booked in Dublin in 2025. Twice burned. These busses may actually exist, but nobody acknowledges their existence. Last year in Dublin we were told this type of bus doesn’t go in to the city. I say take the train or find another form of transport from now on.

The first bus saw me trying to chase him and left us in the rain. I called the company and they apologized on his behalf. But this left me with a sore spot feeling. The second bus the driver was absolutely wonderful. But that was because he didn’t leave us in the cold and was nice.

It was so easy to get the Lufthansa bus at the Munich airport to go to the Munich train station based on the information Viator gave in the email. The only thing is the driver had never seen anything like our email before with the QR code on it, but once he scanned it, it was all good! Thank you for making our travels easier.

We waited for the bus, it came a few minutes late. Driver put our cases in the luggage hold. We got on, the journey into Munchen was quick and interesting. We got off and walked to our hotel. Alles in Ordnung!

The bus service itself is great. Do not buy a round trip because you will have to pay twice. We had no issues from the airport to the city. On the return, we had to pay again even though we purchased a round trip.

There are 2 stops to the center. Driver couldn't or wouldn't answer a question regarding the stop. Had to Uber to my hotel from the first stop that cost me more than this purchase.

Found the bus outside the airport, driver very polite and helpful. The drive to the central station was quick despite the heavy snowfall and traffic in the area.

Great service and cost efficient way to travel. A short walk from the baggage claim carousels to the bus stop which was right outside the door.The bus was clean and took us from the airport to the Munich main station where we took a short taxi ride to our hotel. The driver was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant experience- only one small issue it was a little hard to find the actual pick up place (there was no real signage to confirm you were in the right spot). Other than that very easy to get bus right into the heart of Munich would recommend

We found the coach easily at the airport, there was plenty of space for the nine of us. We felt safe. The drop off point was a perfect place for our location in Munich

Everything worked out but bus overcrowded . I imagine Al travelers came at once. One concern. After getting luggage finding the stop was my biggest challenge of my journey. OST a few signs from luggage areas to the stop for travelers. Please.

Horrible, purchased a round trip and the driver never gave the voucher for the return,. So when I tried to use my pass to return to the airport, the driver made me pay again. Worst shuttle service and Viator would not refund my $$
