Pickup Information for Cruise Ship and Hotel Guests We offer convenient pickups from multiple locations in Mumbai and nearby areas (within 50 km). Cruise Ship Passengers: Pickup is from the Green Gate, which is just a 2-minute shuttle ride from the cruise terminal. A free shuttle bus is available from the terminal to the Green Gate. Please meet the driver at the Green Gate, where they will be holding an A4-size sign with your name and our company name. Hotel Guests: Please share your hotel name and address in advance. The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or near the reception area. We provide pickup from any hotel, hostel, or residence within Mumbai and nearby areas (up to 50 km). Pickup Locations We Cover: Hotels Airports Hostels Residential addresses Train stations And any other location within Mumbai city limits Return Drop-off: After your trip, we will drop you off at your hotel, airport, or train station doorstep—whichever you prefer.
