TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE. DO NOT DO THIS TOUR!!!

Terrible tour UNSAFE!!!!! UNSAFE TOUR DRIVER!!! WARNING TO ALL.... DO NOT GO ON THIS TERRIVLY UNSAFE TOUR!!!! ✋️🚫⛔️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ We booked this tour and was clocted from Delhi Airport for a terribly scary 4.5 hour slo drive where the driver was nodding off and falling asleep. We felt completely uncomfortable and UNSAFE while the driver Sanjay was a terrible UNSAFE driver often slowing down in middle of a busy freeway. Drifting into oncoming traffic and other lanes.. I watched his eyes closing as we drove... the tour of the taj was rushed through and we were not given time to just enjoy the area.. walked through fast and the same for the red fort.. was lucky to be even an hour at each place.. then driven to some dodgy store where you feel FORCED TO PURCHASE.. it was completely uncomfortable and inappropriate for two women travelling alone together. Forced by men to feel we should buy from the store. At high prices for crap stuff... the shop has highly intimidating as they were all men only . Seems they have a paid off arrangement to bring tourist to this creepy shop.. then lunch we were dumped at this dirty looking restaurant had no choices in food was told it was set menu they brought put. I refused to eat it as it looked terrible and what I tasted was. Then the drive home was worse than the drive there.. the driver again falling asleep that often I screamed at him.and forced him to pull over to get coffee ND wake up as I was feared for our lives with his terrible driving and nodding off... completely UNSAFE and unpleasant and totally UNPROFESSIONAL.... THEN YO BE DUMOED AT AIRPORT RHRS EARLIER THAN FLIGHT SO MSDE TO JUST SIT AND WAIT.... THE ENTIRE DAY WAS TERRIBLE AND UTTERLY WREAKED OUR EXPERIENCE OF ONE OF THE GREATS IN THE WORLD... DO NOT DO THIS TOUR!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM IT! RIDICULOUS TOUR COMPANY AND TOUR PEOPLE !!!!!!

Dear Respected Madam, Greetings ! Our apologies that you had dis comfort during the tour. Your travel date was 02 June 2024 to visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in a same day tour from Mumbai. We informed you that Agra has 48 degree temperature during the day hence we advised to visit Taj Mahal during Sunrise and Agra Fort after breakfast which you headed upon. You landed at 2.30 Am at New Delhi Airport and your driver Sanjay was not sleeping in the care but he was actually managing your time so that you can reach directly at Taj Mahal during sunrise where your Tour Guide was waiting. your Tour Guide reserved was a senior guide who posses 28 years of experience and he gave enough time to both of you to spend the quality time but because of heat and you were suffering from tooth pain so you had refused and wanted to go to New Delhi Airport. After that your driver followed your instructions and in between he took two medical shops to get a pain killer for you. Thanks and Regards Amrita
