The worst tour ever

1. Could not find tour operator because they had no sigh 2. Drove us to a different location where we waited in car for over an hour before tour started 2. Guide was totally surprised to see the itinerary & we needed to explain what we want to see 3. Had absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE about Jewish history or the places described in itinerary 4. Was on a phone all the time & just drove us to places on itinerary 5. Level of guide's knowledge: at the end of the 'tour' asked us if Star of David is always displayed in a synagogue and what it means
