Cooking with Angela was a woderful experience. She is a very loving person, she speaks very good English, is a great host. She is sharing everything she has, her knowledge about cooking as well as her 40 years old self made vinigar. She even opened a jar of self made orange jam to bake a cake with me. At the end she took a walk with me in her garten, where she filled my bag with herbs growing in her garten.

Elena was the most gracious teacher. Her English was much better than she thought. We looked things up with google to understand each other better. I learned so much from her. It was just fantastic. One on one learning little secrets to make my pasta better when I get home. If you are interested in making pasta from scratch, this is fantastic. We ate the stuff we made and brought home leftovers.
So much fun and information. Even got the recipes later.
