Beautiful cities worth visiting, especially architecture and folk arts, good quality and low price.
We were dropped off at a crowded buffet place with limited food options, lunch hours took almost 2 hours, then followed by another 45 mins shopping in the most expensive store on the street.
Tour hour was extremely squeezed by traffic, lunch and shopping.

Alan, our tour guide was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject. I also had great communication from the tour company who quickly replied to messages via WhatsApp.
The tour was in both English, and Spanish, which made it a bit slower than I would have liked.
Unfortunately we had a very small minibus which was packed with all seats taken. As one of the last to board, we ended up with seats over the wheelarch which was very cramped and uncomfortable. This is why I've only given four stars.

I purchased 6 tickets for our group. I reached out several times to discover the details of this trip and received no responses until I asked Viator to confirm. PIckup up and transport is about what you get. We were given 50 minutes to explore Choula with an uninterested guide. The guide stops and talks so by the time you reach the summit of the church, one's time is very limited. Our group wanted to see the pyramid below, but the guide didn't. While the tour includes an entry ticket, we were not given one. Our group and others from the van, purchased our tickets individually. We rushed through the site to make it to the van. Our lunch was in Puebla. Our group paid in advance, it was long, and I got sick from the buffet. The tour of Puebla featured churches, very dull. The other attendees split before lunch to do their own thing. I gave the driver a tip nonetheless but would not recommend this tour, if you are interested in the pyramid of Choula. We missed the Choula museum and learning about the pyramid itself but we saw the yellow church on top and the entry door to the tunnel which is closed due to Covid. We returned to Mexico city in the evening and the group consensus was this experience wasn't worth the investment nor time.

Not very well organised . The trip before booked said the entradas are paid but our guide was lost and we were obliged to pay our entrance to the archeological place of Cholula

Seeing the centuries old cathedral in Puebla was the reason for taking this tour. Some of the other churches were not necessary, especially the one that required a huge climb up a hill and turned out to be in use!
The driver spent a great deal of time on his cellphone - not hands free - and he was also texting while driving.
We didn’t enjoy the restaurant chosen for lunch. Would have preferred stopping in an area with a few choices ie food court, and buying our own lunch - like some of the passengers did.
Longer time to explore local artisans would have been enjoyed - 30 minutes was not enough. Too much time spent in traffic on the weekend spoiled the tour.

The tour of Santa Iglesia Basilica Catedral Puebla was spiritual & enlightening. It is a beautiful building. Also, the walking tour of old Puebla gave all a chance to adore the beautiful architecture.
I cant leave without complimenting my tour guides. They were amazing and patient. The explained everything in English and Spanish.

Where do I start...First I want to say I took this tour on September 22, 2020. The pandemic was still fully a thing.. I did not feel safe at all.
1. The vehicle was not clean.
2. Temperature was not taken of the passengers.
3. There was no hand sanitizer available.
4. There were 3 Mexican passengers that were not wearing masks when I boarded the van.
5. The guide himself wasn't properly wearing his mask.
6. The guide kept hitting on me.
7. The driver needed to stop for gas and bathroom breaks at least 3 times.
8. At one point while we were at a rest stop the Mexican passengers and the guide started petting stray dogs that were filthy dirty and had both fleas & ticks. This made me cringe and extremely uncomfortable. Luckily I had Lysol and was able to spray the van before boarding it again.
9. The place we stopped at for lunch was terrible. Food was awful.
10. All churches were closed. The tour must have known this in advance and should have mentioned it in their advertisement on Viator so people know what they are getting.
The only good thing I have to say is that Puebla itself is beautiful and bustling. I'm glad I saw it, even if it was under such unsanitary conditions.

El guía excelente, sabe mucho de historia y se nota que le gusta lo que hace. Recorrimos lugares muy lindos y tuvimos tiempo suficiente para todo.
Lo único que recomendaría es mejorar un poco el bus donde nos transportaban, era un pooco incómodo durante el viaje.

El guía de la excursión JUAN fue excelente!
Sabe mucho de los sitios que visitamos, también de su historia, costumbres y especialmente de arte religioso.
Realmente muy recomendable.
En cuanto a algo para mejorar: no hubo casi tiempo libre para mirar algún negocio.
Pero eso no es grave.
El vehículo de traslado es un tanto pequeño para un viaje de todo un día.

Hola! Este tour lo contraté para mi mamá y mi hermano. Ellos me dicen que el viaje estuvo bonito. En el caso de ellos el tour incluía almuerzo, pero no bebidas. Eso no me pareció, porque no lo indicaron claramente. Lo otro que me molestó es que los dejaron en un punto distinto de donde los recogieron. Los guías les consultaron antes, pero ellos no conocen, así que dijeron que sí.
Por lo demás, el viaje fue agradable, los guías atentos y el almuerzo muy rico.

A pesar de las medidas sanitarias por la pandemia, los guías hicieron su mayor esfuerzo por darnos algo más ya que el acceso a la iglesia de Cholula estaba cerrado, sin embargo, para mi gusto hicimos paradas en demasiadas iglesias y muy poco tiempo en los mercados que me hubiera gustado ver más. Fueron muy puntuales y serviciales. Si creo que deben ser más estrictos con el uso de la mascarilla por parte de los guías ya que a veces dentro de la microbus se volvían a darnos instrucciones sin mascarilla.

O passeio é muito bom: pelos doces típicos, pelo artesanato, pela arquitetura. Mas, a visita a tantas igrejas é cansativa. Menos igrejas seria melhor!

Fue un tour, a pesar de que llegaron tarde a recogernos nuestro guía Pablo se portó muy amable. El tiempo en Puebla fue corto, podría aprovecharse mejor.
