It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, sunglasses, sunblock and a cap.
Please don't bring high heels or anything that may not allow you to easily use the segway
Note: If you want to take a private tour an extra charge of $15 USD per person will be paid in cash directly at the Segway Tours location. You will have to let us know 48hrs in advance via the Contact Viator Supplier format you receive once you Book.

Yuan was our guide (I hope I am pronouncing it correctly) and he did a fantastic job navigating us through polanco. I learned a lot of history during this tour and covered a lot of ground. would definitely recommend if you want a check out the beautiful grounds of polanco with an amazing guide!

Amazing way to see different parts of the city!

Such fun! Really great way to see parts of the city that you would not normally see and what a fun way to do it! I was able to do it (a mom!) and my kids loved it (13 year old active boys) - traversed the city, streets, bike paths, the park, saw monuments, tons of pups! & sights! Amazing guides! Highly recommend!

Great experience in Mexico City

The location was easy to find. We had ridden Segways before so the training was quick. Argelia was a great guide and stopped to talk about the neighborhoods and some history. Great tour and I recommend.

Ozz was great! He was very patient with teaching how to use the segway. He also had a lot of interesting information about Mexico City and the park. He showed great care when I went through narrow gaps or big bumps in the road. He was very cognizant of me being a beginner with the segway. I had so much fun and I honestly think it’s one of the best ways to see such a gigantic park. After the tour, I went to see it on my own and didn’t feel so overwhelmed since a few sights were familiar. Keep in mind that there are a few hills, so between the bike and the segway, I prefer the segway! I’m a very clumsy person, so if I can learn how to use the segway, then anyone can. Also, I want as a solo, female, and never felt unsafe around the city. Just lots of fun with the breeze in my hair! Ozz was so sweet and took some photos for me, too. If there is a specific area in the park you want to see, you may not be able to if it’s not accessible by segway or if it’s too far, so I recommend asking before you reserve. As for me, I had no expectations and just wanted a general idea of the park, so I had a lovely time! Muchisimas gracias, Ozz!

Great experience. Guide was very knowledgeable of the area we toured and the larger history of Mexico. Very safety conscious. And they made some other good suggestions for things to do while we we were in Mexico City. Would definitely book with them again next time I am in town.

Lovely to have a good long ride to the park sightseeing en route. Our guide was lovely. We have ridden segways in many cities - this was one of the most enjoyable as we covered a good distance. We were just one couple so it was very personal. Would go it agsin

We had a great time on this tour! Our tour guide Jonathan was so nice and knowledgable. He was very patient teaching us how to use the segways and was very careful in getting us safely around Mexico City. The segways were state of the art and in excellent condition. They were so fun and easy to use and our 14 year old son had a blast! We got to see a lot of the city on our way to Chapultepec Park and got to enjoy the park and the lake. Jonathan took a lot of pictures of us during the tour and sent them to us via email, so that we wouldn't have to stop having fun to take pictures ourselves: We had a very nice day and when we got back we had a really good snack waiting for us at their wonderful, organic cafe. Our 16 year old daughter got sick that day, so she couldn't go last minute and they were kind enough to give us a partial refund on her ticket. We had a very good guide, but the tour itself had few highlights - mostly fountains. We were a small group and were able to move right along the guide adapted the route to include a few more sights with included going by two of the area's most important museums.
