The tour we received did not cover most of the items from the tour description on Viator website (see below for summary), so this misrepresentation is very disappointing. We contacted Viator to no avail. We will be disputing this charge with our credit card company immediately. From Tour Description on Website: Mount Etna Walk on the sylvan craters with a breathtaking view of the Ionian coast of Sicily. 1 hour • Admission Ticket Free 2 Tempio Votivo di Cristo Re Short stop for souvenir photos from the panoramic balcony of Messina 15 minutes • Admission Ticket Free NOT PROVIDED 3 Duomo di Messina Stop to visit the famous Piazza del Duomo with the largest astronomical clock in the world. 15 minutes • Admission Ticket Free NOT PROVIDED 4 Porta Catania di Taormina Opportunity to visit Taormina in full autonomy with its famous Greek Theater, Palazzo Corvaja and the many shops for shopping. 2 hours • Admission Ticket Free Admission tickets ADMISSION TICKET to THEATRE NOT PROVIDED: We had to wait on line 1/2 hour to purchase ticket and only had 10 minutes to tour the Theatre due to tour ending and need to return to our Cruise Ship.

Mrs Papaleo if u go to check the page of our tour, there is not ticket free for any places that u mention in your review. Plus our driver told u more than once time if u want to stop to Cristo Re and Messina but u refused because u were worry that the time wasn't enough! If u block your payment from your credit card, I will report you and your husband to the police and u will be judge in absence and u can't go back in our country because u will arrested. I'm very disappointed of people that try to take an advantage after they received a service.
